Portuguese soccer god Cristiano Ronaldo is giving last month's Carly Rae Jepsen first pitch fail a run for its terrible money ... and he's a pro athlete!

Throwing out the ceremonial first pitch at the Dodgers game in Los Angeles last night, Ronaldo showed fans why he's made millions with his footwork.

He airmailed the catcher by a good five feet. Take a look:

Cristiano Ronaldo First Pitch

We'll give him a pass for at least getting it to the plate. Perhaps he was overcompensating out there, with Carly Rae's epic fail in the back of his mind.

Also, at least he didn't fall down fist-pumping a la Chad Qualls.

Check out the full video of his Ronaldo's first pitch below:

Lululemon Athletica showcases different sizes of its popular yoga pants in such a way that deliberately shuns bigger customers, a new report suggests.

Most merchandise is presented out on the floor, hung on the walls, or folded neatly in cabinets for all the world to see, the Huffington Post reports.

But the largest sizes - the 10s and the 12s - are merely relegated to a separate area at the back of the store, left clumped and unfolded under a table.

Moreover, the only styles of yoga pants even available in those sizes were older Lululemon designs whose fashion moment had long since passed.

Philadelphia Eagles receiver Riley Cooper apologized for a racial slur he used against an African-American security guard at a Kenny Chesney concert.

Cooper's lengthy apology was only the beginning for Cooper, as he was fined an undisclosed amount by the team and possibly more from the NFL.

The athlete said he intended to apologize later to his teammates, many of whom are African American, following a 7 p.m. walk-through practice.

"It's going to be very difficult for me. I'm going to tell them, 'I'm extremely sorry,' tell them exactly what I'm telling you guys," Cooper told the media.

"There was a confrontation and I handled it extremely, extremely poorly. This is kind of the lowest of lows. This isn't the type of person I want to be portrayed as."

O.J. Simpson won a small victory Wednesday as the State of Nevada granted him parole on some of his 2008 convictions for kidnapping and armed robbery.

The decision doesn't mean O.J. will be leaving prison anytime soon, though.

The Nevada Board of Parole Commissioners released its decision in favor of Simpson's parole request on Wednesday. It becomes effective October 2.

Commissioners noted Simpson's "positive institutional record" and participation in programs addressing "behavior that led to incarceration."

Usain Bolt is headed to Moscow soon for the Athletics World Championships. Most people make sure they learn the essential phrases in a foreign language before leaving home.

Things like, "where is the bathroom" and "how much for this crappy souvenir that was likely made in China just like the stuff at home?" Important things.

When you are the world's fastest man, however, your needs are a bit different.

Check out what Russian phrases Mr. Bolt chooses to learn in the Puma ad below!

Seems about right. The real question though is this, they are still using tapes in Jamaica?

Now one team is capitalizing on the bevy of somewhat amusing celebrity scandals of late, with Anthony Weiner's troubles headlining their "Scandal Night."

Chad Qualls is a pitcher for the Florida Marlins.

So he can be forgiven for not really knowing how to celebrate, considering the team stands at 40-65.

But that doesn't make the following mishap any less hilarious, as Qualls earned a big out in the eighth inning of a game against the Mets last night, preserving a 2-2 tie and then pumped his fist in exuberance...

... only to tumble to the ground as a result.

Chad Qualls Fist Pump Fail

This isn't the first time Qualls has had a problem remaining upright on the field.

He attempted a pickoff in June of last year and, well, scroll down now to see what transpired:
