New York Mets pitcher Matt Harvey recently filmed New Yorkers answering questions about Matt Harvey ... unaware they were talking to Matt Harvey.

In a skit for Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, Harvey conducted man-on-the-street interviews, asking people for their thoughts on the second-year pro.

It went exactly as you think, by virtue of the fact that we're sharing it, and proves that even die-hard NYC sports fans aren't as savvy as they think.

Then again, it's the Mets. Who even knows what their record is*?

The highlight has to be the guy blissfully ignorant of who he's talking to ... while actually wearing a Matt Harvey jersey and saying Harvey is his favorite player.

* - 41-50, 11 games out of first place. No one can blame Harvey, though. The 24-year-old is 7-2 with a 2.35 ERA and just made his first All-Star team.

Photos of tennis star Agnieszka Radwanska nude in ESPN The Magazine's Body Issue are reportedly not going over too well in her native Poland.

Agnieszka Radwanska Nude

According to the Wall Street Journal, the Catholic group Youth Crusade is distancing itself from Radwanska on account of her “immoral behavior.”

The ESPN Body Issue features naked but not explicit photos of athletes, including the world's #4-ranked tennis player next to a pool of tennis balls.

Youth Crusade, in heavily Catholic Poland, runs a campaign called “I am not ashamed of Jesus,” which Radwanska participated in two years ago.

Move over, McKayla Maroney.

In a hilarious new GIF making the viral rounds, Robinson Cano is the one unimpressed by the feat of his fellow athlete, as he stands alongside Eduardo Nunez with his arms folded while the shortstop snags a pop up during last week's win over the Royals.

It's clear Cano was a bit perturbed that Nunez called him off, considering the ball fell on the second base side of the infield.

But, hey, at least the Yankees actually made this out. A trio of embarrassing errors contributed to the team's 10-4 demise yesterday, as New York heads into the All-Star break on a two-game losing streak.

Reality star Anna Benson is in jail in Marietta, Ga., for allegedly breaking into her estranged husband’s home and threatening him with a gun.

It turns out this is not the ex-stripper’s first run-in with the law.

In 1996, Anna Benson (then Anna Warren) lived in a rundown Tennessee apartment that was adorned with satanic graffiti and anti-police messages.

At 19, Anna was reportedly the subject of a sweeping manhunt after an 18-year-old man named Michael Evans was murdered in that apartment.

The unique “allowance” she grants him has been rumored for years, but has been reported again by the New York Post after his arrival in Brooklyn.

“What’s forbidden is always desirable. And athletes, particularly men, are susceptible to all the things they are offered,” Masha Lopatova, 34, said.

“It’s the same way raising children," she goes on. "If I tell my child, ‘No pizza, no pizza, no pizza,’ what does he want more than anything? Pizza!”

NFL linemen Mike and Maurkice Pouncey are standing by their former college teammate and accused murderer Aaron Hernandez. To a surprising degree.

As the former Patriots tight end sits in jail, the Pouncey brothers both rocked hats stitched with “Free Hernandez” at a birthday party in Miami.

Free Hernandez!

The Pounceys have been linked to Hernandez’s off-field activities as police continue to probe Hernandez’s past for clues relating to murder charges he faces.

In 2007, when Hernandez was just 17, the Gainesville (Fla.) Police Department mentioned the Pounceys in a report after investigating a double shooting.

Police tried to speak with Aaron Hernandez about the shooting but he invoked his right to have an attorney present. No charges were ever filed.

Carly Rae Jepsen may wanna stick to her day job.

Or, really, anything aside from playing baseball.

The "Call Me Maybe" singer left no doubt yesterday that she isn't meant for the diamond, throwing out the first pitch at the Tampa Bay Rays game and making John Lackey look like Bob Gibson in the process.

Watch the noble, albeit feeble, effort now:

Aaron Hernandez will remain in solitary confinement at the Bristol County (Mass.) Jail as he awaits trial on murder charges, which could be a long ways off.

Officials said it would be in his "best interest" to stay isolated from the general prison population, despite concerns from the ACLU about his condition.

The former New England Patriots star and alleged murderer was placed in solitary right after he was booked for plotting the execution of Odin Lloyd.

Fearing violent inmates might view the former NFL player as a "prize," officials have declined to move him out of solitary, saying it just isn't prudent.

In what may be a new low for youth sports, one coach became so enraged with an opposing coach that he physically charged and attacked him.

So violently that it led to an arrest for assault.

T-Ball Arrest

Astonishingly, this really happened, with one coach aggressively knocking another to the ground and pummeling him while his players looked on in tears.

The coaches involved were 32-year-old Anthony Borders, the alleged attacker, and 56-year-old Oscar Cantu, who began by verbally sparring.

An umpire intervened, but soon enough, tensions boiled over again.
