The Brooklyn Nets defeated the New York Knicks last night, with Kris Humphries coming off the bench for 11 points and a team-high 13 rebounds.

But afterward, attention was less on points in the paint and more on Kim Kardashian. Naturally.

After receiving taunts from the Madison Square Garden crowd all game, Humphries tried to get the final say after the contest, telling reporters:

“They were harassing me when I was going in and out of the tunnel. But after, I asked them, ‘Why’s everyone so quiet?’"

He then followed that statement up on Twitter with: “the Garden got really quiet on the way out!”

Ray Lewis should not expect a retirement muffin basket from Anna Burns Welker.

Following her husband's defeat yesterday at the hands of Lewis and the Baltimore Ravens, Mrs. Welker took to Twitter and tore apart the future Hall of Famer, writing of the linebacker:

"Proud of my husband and the Pats. By the way, if anyone is bored, please go to Ray Lewis' Wikipedia page. 6 kids 4 wives. Acquitted for murder. Paid a family off. Yay. What a hall of fame player! A true role model!"

Welker is referring to the fact that Lewis has six children by four different woman - and was charged with murder in 2000 for his role in a stabbing that resulted in two dead bodies.

The matchup is set and television viewers ought to prepare for two things:

  1. A whole lot of Ray Lewis.
  2. The constant use of the term "HarBowl.

Indeed, following last night's 28-13 victory by the Baltimore Ravens, they will now take on the San Francisco 49ers in Super Bowl XLVII.

That means it will be brother versus brother, as Jim Harbaugh coaches the 49ers and John Harbaugh helms the Ravens.

Har Bowl

Which sibling will be victorious? How many features will CBS run on retiring linebacker Ray Lewis? Which Super Bowl commercials will stand out? We'll learn the answers on February 3.

Yes, yes, yes, yes and yes.

That was the word that came flowing out of Lance Armstrong's mouth in his much-hyped sit-down with Oprah Winfrey tonight, as the disgraced cyclist admitted in multiple one-word answers that YES, he used performance enhancing drugs in all seven Tour de France races he won.

From EPO to testosterone, cortisone and human growth hormone, Armstrong confirmed that he took it all, despite numerous brazen and bullying denials over the years.

Well, this was inevitable.

With the Manti Te'o girlfriend hoax going viral, online users across Twitter and other social media networks have taken up Te'oing, a play on Tebowing - and Kaepernicking - that features individuals posing with... well, nobody.

To wit:

Te'oing

Te'o is expected to address the media later this afternoon and give his side of what has grown into a surreal story.

Did he play any role in inventing Lennay Kekua as his girlfriend? Was he completely duped by Internet idiots who "Catfished" him online? Might he be gay and used this story as an alibi?

So many questions. So many confusing answers no matter where the truth lies.
