Sorry, Armie Hammer. Your arrest for marijuana possession didn't even make THG's Top 10 favorite marijuana scandals ... though it did inspire us to compile the list!

Note that there are plenty of pot smokers out there who don't appear here simply because they haven't been busted for their antics. We snub them, but they win!

Anyway, take a look at some recent stars involved in weed-related police matters below and vote for which celebrity stoner is your favorite ...

  • Chace Crawford Mug Shot
  • Matthew McConaughey mug shot

10. Chace Crawford / Matthew McConaughey (tie). The Texans tie for the 10 spot based on the classic mug shots taken after their respective arrests.

9. Snoop Dogg. Snoop's arrest this month was about as shocking as ... the #7 man on this list, who was also cited for possession in the same TOWN!

8. Jermaine Hopkins / Sam Hurd (tie). The Lean On Me star and Chicago Bears player may not be household names ... but were big time DEALERS.

7. Willie Nelson. Seriously, just leave Willie alone cops.

  • Soulja Boy Mug Shot
  • New Brooke Mueller Mug Shot

6. Soulja Boy. Recently pulled over with his entourage carrying a bunch of weed, cash and a gun. All in one briefcase. Sometimes you gotta travel light.

5. Michael Phelps. Don't hit the bong after winning a gold medal, kids.

4. Brooke Mueller. Charlie's ex claims her infamous crack pipe incident merely involved weed. Even if you give her the benefit of the doubt, what a mess!

3. Jenelle Evans. Girl can't go 24 hours without smoking up! Or getting arrested. At least some of her probation woes stem from positive drug tests.

2. Miley Cyrus. Our #2 scandal didn't even involve weed, necessarily ... but Miles totally smokes it, and who else could compete with this bong video!

1. DMX. The all-time king of celebrity mug shots is only slightly less known for his affinity for the sticky-sticky. Sometimes those things are related!

Who's your favorite celebrity stoner?

Soulja Boy claims he was taken advantage of as 16-year-old in 2007 by his ex-manager, who he feels exploited his naivete with unreasonable contracts.

The rapper filed the documents in Georgia Superior Court, claiming his manager / lawyer Philip Ransom coerced him into signing multiple unjust deals.

He calls the terms "unconscionable, oppressive, and unjust."

So what did he agree to that's so oppressive, you ask?

A Soulja Boy Pic

The contracts included a management deal that gave Ransom 5 percent of Soulja's income ... forever ... relating to work completed under his management.

Another contract allegedly gave 50 percent of all Soulja's music copyrights to his record label,a deal the rapper now claims is  "commercially unreasonable."

Boy feels this is "contrary to music industry custom and practice," however in reality these are pretty standard. Some managers/labels take more in fact.

Besides, dude can't be doing that badly if he's rolling around in his SUV with guns, weed and 70 grand in cash. He should thank Ransom. And get a lawyer.

Ransom, for his part, denies the allegations, filing new legal documents claiming Soulja's got no leg to stand on, and still owes him money, as it were.

Soulja Boy is about to get his arse thrown out of an Atlanta condo for not paying rent. All over a measly $4,725 too. Knowing him, you'd think he'd have that much in the glove compartment or in an old shoebox somewhere. Get it together B.

Anyway, the eviction is set for Monday.

We imagine he will pay up and thus be allowed to maintain his residence until then, but you never know this guy's financial state. He buys airplanes for fun.

Been kind of a rough year for SB. Lying about buying a private jet, bashing the military in a song, getting arrested for carrying weed and a gun in a briefcase and now this.

Crank that, or something.

Police found marijuana, over $70,000 in case AND a gun during Soulja Boy's arrest early Tuesday, with the goods found in a briefcase belonging to the star.

The 21-year-old rapper and four other men were arrested in Temple, Ga., after cops pulled over their Escalade because one of the lights on the car was out.

Police detected a "strong odor" of weed, prompting them to search the SUV.

All five men were hauled to a nearby jail and booked for marijuana possession and a gun charge. The idiots have since been released, but not before Soulja Boy missed up to 10 scheduled interviews promoting the DVD release of his movie.

Yes, there's a Soulja Boy movie ... which more people likely know about now.

Oddly enough, this might have been the best PR his camp could ask for:

Soulja Boy was arrested Tuesday for marijuana possession, reports say, and the amount of weed (and cash) confiscated from the rapper was not small.

The 21-year-old rapper, whose real name is DeAndre Cortez Way, got popped late last night / early this morning by police officers in Temple, Georgia.

Law enforcement sources say Soulja Boy was in a car with four other men when their ride was originally pulled over for a traffic violation.

During the stop, officers discovered a "substantial amount" of marijuana and cash inside the vehicle. Soulja and the four other idiots were all arrested.

A source with knowledge of the situation says there was roughly $70,000 in cash and drugs in the car. Sounds pretty standard for this moron.

Soulja, who recently came under fire for his anti-Army rap, is still being held in Carrol County Jail and likely faces a number of criminal charges.

Sources say officers also found guns inside the car, though it's unclear if any of the men had proper licenses to be in possession of the firearms.

An investigation is underway. More details to follow.

Saying he "let my words get the best of me", Soulja Boy wrote an apology letter today after coming under heavy fire for perceived anti-military lyrics.

While a line like "F**k the Army troops" is open to some interpretation ... it's clear what the message was in his recently-released rap, "Let's Be Real."

In any case, the star just posted a blog entitled titled, "I Am Deeply Sorry To All Members Of The United States Military Services And Their Families."

Soulja

Several military vets lashed out against Soulja Boy after he released the rap. One former sergeant even released his own rap dissing the celebrity.

He tried to explain where he was coming from, but for the most part, Soulja owned his mistake and came off sincere on GlobalGrind (dot) com.

Soulja Boy comes right out and says that in criticizing the military, "not only did my words come out wrong, I was wrong to even speak them."

Soulja's apology letter appears after the jump ....

Soulja Boy's anti-military rap is, not surprisingly, drawing fire from the U.S. Armed Forces. What is somewhat surprising is to see a retired Army sergeant leading the charge with a response to the controversial song in rap form!

Leo Dunson, a five-year combat veteran, recorded the trac, "Change Your Name" after hearing Soulja Boy's "Let's Be Real." Basically, Dunson - who raps under the name Sgt. Dunson - comes at Soulja early and often (NSFW lyrics):

Dunson says Soulja Boy's song is, "The most ignorant thing I've heard in so long" and is especially offensive with the 10-year anniversary of 9/11 looming.

He says a petition to get Soulja Boy's music banned from all U.S. military bases is getting support from civilians and all branches of the armed forces.

Soulja Boy is, of course, legally free to rap about whatever the heck he wants, but Sgt. Dunson and U.S. troops are certainly free to not like it and hit back.

A number of military veterans are demanding an apology from Soulja Boy after the rapper ignited a wave of controversy with his song, "Let's Be Real."

After plugging his Twitter page (really), Soulja drops this bomb:

"F**k the FBI and the army troops ... fighting for what? Be your own man ... I'll be flying through the clouds with green like I'm Peter Pan."

Mmmyeah. Here's the (very NSFW) song ...

Fred A. Flores, a retired U.S. Marine and now a commissioner for the L.A. County Veteran’s Advisory Commission, spoke out against this "offensive statement."

Flores, who has two children currently serving in the military, calls Soulja Boy "Ungrateful" ... adding, "He should apologize to ALL armed forces."

"[The rap] is very irresponsible, especially for an entertainer for the youth of our country, and especially with the 10th anniversary of 9/11 coming up."

Seriously, Soulja. Just because you spell your name wrong doesn't give you license to start bashing actual soldiers who protect your ass daily.

Contrary to earlier reports, a member of Soulja Boy's management team is denying that he spent $55 million on a private jet for his 21st birthday.

He insisted the rumors are not true, adding: "the rumors circulating about Soulja Boy purchasing a jet for his 21st birthday are grossly exaggerated."

Soulja Boy did throw a lavish $300,000 birthday party at a Miami nightclub. Here he is arriving and sharing a tender moment with Sean Kingston ...

Soulja Boy and Sean Kingston

Pimp ass private jet he didn't actually purchase? $55 million. Birthday part? $300 thousand. Gazing into the adoring, puppy dog eyes of Sean Kingston? Priceless.

While it made for a good article, we're glad this isn't true and Soulja Boy isn't as stupid as we thought. Save for the spelling of his own name, that is.
