Among Shar Jackson's guest list for her 32nd birthday party (her b-day is actually September 4): fertility family, friends and K-Fed.

The father of four – including two children with Jackson – was at Las Vegas's Blush Nightclub on Friday helping his ex celebrate.

"We were friends before we were a couple and we're always going to be," Jackson said. "We have two amazing kids together. Kevin is my boy."

She's not kidding. Their reunion came only a few hours after the two hung out together in a VIP cabana at Tao Beach with friends and family.

Shar Jackson, who K-Fed dumped for Britney Spears while pregnant, insists there is no \rekindling the flame. "We have passed that stage."

Jackson's party was the first stop for Kevin Federline in night that saw him dropping by newly opened Lavo, Tao and Prive Las Vegas.

After seeing each other for the third time in 12 hours, Federline took a break from partying at a table in the club's kitchen, then headed to the deejay booth to publicly wish Jackson a happy birthday into a microphone.

Embroiled in ongoing court battles with his former wife, Britney Spears, Kevin Federline is trying to see that all four of his offspring get along - and he's getting a helping hand from his ex-girlfriend and first baby-mama, Shar Jackson.

Shar Jackson has two children - Kori, 5, and Kaleb, 3 - with K-Fed. Shar says that she watches Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1, K-Fed's kids with Spears. Shar Jackson also has two older children of her own. That's some fertile ground.

"We definitely make sure the kids all bond together," Shar Jackson told People magazine recently. "I mean, they're siblings, they need each other."

Shar Jackson also stresses that she and Kevin Federline always strive to keep their family very closely knit, despite whatever differences they might have.

"We're not together or anything but we're definitely still a family unit," says Shar Jackson, who perhaps remains best known for the 1996-2001 show, Moesha.

"Honestly, we're like the best of friends... we're still a big part of each other's lives. Our children get to see two good friends, two people who aren't together, but still have a great relationship, and I think that's really important."

Shar Jackson has repeatedly praised Kevin Federline's parenting skills before, and says she exclusively trusts the FedEx man with all her children.

"I know he's in a good place," she says, "the kids are in a good place, and I made sure from day one, I told him, 'Make sure you have our children.'"

How is K-Fed holding up in the fight with Britney over Sean Preston and Jayden James - while the train wreck continues to lower her standards of behavior?

"He's great," says Jackson. "We don't even talk about that stuff, because that would be a non-stop conversation, and we don't even go there."

She is, indeed, the great Shar Jackson. Bitches!

If Shar Jackson, who has two children by Kevin Federline and four in all, were really trying to take a shot at Britney, well, the least she could is get the words right. Right?

"Actress" and professional baby mama Shar Jackson has snagged a role on yet another reality show. On Celebrity Rap Superstar, Shar and other celebrities rap.

That's about all there is to say about it. You can imagine how good this show is. Kendra Wilkinson, Jason Wahler and celebrity gossip gangsta Perez Hilton are among the other stars flashin' mad skillz and dropping the illest, phattest beatz.

In exchange for appearing on this quality program, Shar Jackson was even given a her blog on MTV. The mother of Kevin Federline's first two kids, she's taken a positive attitude when it comes to people laughing at her. Which is probably smart.

"All I've known lately is being a mom, taking care of my kids, finishing up my album. Which by the way is not a rap album, but more R&B and pop music. I love a challenge and being that I've never rapped a day in my life, I figured this would be the perfect opportunity to do so.

This is just something I've never done before and put myself to the test. Also, other members of my family decided to rap... I thought I would give it a shot too...

Once again, Shar Jackson finds herself caught up in the middle of hectic family drama.

This time, fortunately, it's fictional.

The mother of two of Kevin Federline's four children, who was pregnant when K-Fed dumped her abruptly for Britney Spears, will guest star on the CW's Everybody Hates Chris, Shar confirms to People.

"I am having a blast," Shar Jackson said. "The cast is absolutely amazing."

In the episode, Jackson's character, Alyson, is a young mother whose daughter uses Chris' sister as a cover to sneak into an R-rated movie and visit a boy.

Chris' mother, Rochelle, played by Tichina Arnold, takes Alyson aside to confront her about being a better role model.

Choreographer Debbie Allen, who may be familiar to So You Think You Can Dance fans, is directing the episode, which will air sometime after the Season 3 October 1 premiere.

Jackson, whose defining role was playing Brandy's best friend, Nicey Jackson, on UPN's Moesha, recently co-hosted Ex-Wives Club with Marla Maples and Angie Everhart.

Of course, Shar Jackson is not an ex-wife of anyone. Just a baby mama four times over. But who cares, really. It's Shar Jackson!

Recently, we learned that Shar Jackson had two children from a previous relationship in addition to a pair of offspring with the great Kevin Federline.

Today, we learned that Shar has a 16-year-old son and an 11-year-old daughter. Shar is 30. Do the math, celebrity gossip readers. It is, you could say, a tad abnormal.

Yes, folks, it's more news about Shar Jackson.

According to TMZ, Shar hired an attorney, George Gallegos, in her battle against Star Magazine's claims that she is pregnant again - with Kevin Federline's newest offspring.

It's enough to make one "Lose Control." So to speak.

Shar Jackson refutes the magazine's claim, and says her children - two with Kevin Federline and two from a previous non-marriage - are being adversely affected by the rumors.

Shar Jackson said through her rep (who needs to start reading the employment listings):

"When my kids hear things at school and then ask me if they are getting a new brother or sister, I have to put my foot down."

She's also putting her money where her mouth is. Or something. Shar Jackson is willing to prove to the celebrity gossip mag that she is not pregnant.

"I stand by my truth by offering you an EPT test if you stand by yours and reveal your 'source' to me," said Lynne Spears' BFF in a statement to Star's chief editor, Bonnie Fuller.

Come on, Shar. You think EPT tests are foolproof? What we really need to know is whether you and K-Fed did it wheelbarrow style. Gravity is on the side of the "boys" in that case.

Either way, one might refute such rumors by not having four kids out of wedlock by age 30. Or by simply saying to one's children, "No, Mommy is not pregnant again."

But hey, what do we know. Also, is she also gonna sue K-Fed? His rapping must be more traumatizing for the kids than any pregnancy rumors. Are we wrong?

We doubt it. But we digress. We can only speculate how Britney Spears would react to a new FedEx package being delivered (first class) to Shar's baby factory.

Although the rift between Britney Spears and her mother, Lynne Spears, has been growing for quite some time, it was Lynne's budding relationship with Kevin Federline's previous ex, Shar Jackson, that pushed it over the edge.

While Britney Spears, 25, was at Promises Center in Malibu following her nutso head-shaving incident and umbrella rage, Lynne was getting to know "the other woman."

That's what she considered Shar Jackson, K-Fed's original source of baby mama drama, to be. But the two soon got, like, real close.

It all started when Lynne dropped grandsons Sean Preston, 21 months, and Jayden James, 9 months, at the Tarzana, Calif., home of their dad, Kevin Federline.

Shar Jackson, 30, who also has two children with Kevin Federline, 29, was there as well, and ended up watching Spears' sons in addition to her kids.

After meeting, Lynne Spears and Shar "started talking all the time," a pal of Shar says. As a result, when she learned of this, Britney Spears became enraged.

"She decided she had to cut out everyone who she thought was using her, and that included her parents," says a source close to the crotch shot and nipple slip queen.

Jackson confirmed the friendship this week, saying, Lynne Spears is "a really nice lady... It was easy for us to get along once we met."

She also thinks it's time for Lynne and Britney Spears to work it out.

"They are mother and daughter. They need to talk already."

Well put, Shar. Well put. T.H. Gossip's only other question? Has Lynne Spears ever chilled with Dina Lohan? No one compares to that self-promoting, pastic train wreck, but there could be a potential BFF-ship there. Just a thought.

Alas. Shar Jackson is denying recent reports that she is pregnant with yet another Kevin Federline child.

"I'm not pregnant. Have you seen my new stomach?" Jackson said.

The erroneous story originated in this week's Star magazine, which reported that Shar Jackson, 30, is six weeks along with Kevin Federline's baby.

Jackson and Federline, 29, have two children together, a daughter, Kori, 4, and a son, Kaleb, 2. The Ex-Wives Club star also has two children from a previous relationship.

Kevin Federline also has two sons with Britney Spears, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

These are some fertile folks! Anyway, the shining Shar sat down for an exclusive interview with Us Weekly to set the record straight. Excerpts below...

Us: How do you think the pregnancy rumor started?
Shar Jackson: Honestly, some people are just really unhappy that me and Kevin have a great friendship. Obviously some people can't handle that. Some people like to start stuff to make their little lives better.

THG NOTE: Yes they do, Shar Jackson. Yes they do. But don't let the celebrity gossip-spreading bastards drag you down. You go girl.

Us: So for the record, you are not pregnant?
Shar Jackson: Not at all. I am not pregnant. Have you seen my new stomach? Are you kidding me? I am not going to ruin that. That is so stupid. Not only is it stupid but it's unhealthy. I could die. So obviously the person who made this up isn't that bright. Let your readers know there is no way in hell I would waste $16,000 on a tummy tuck and get pregnant. I have no time and no plans to get pregnant any time soon. And when I say I have no time, I'm talking years. So whoever's hating should stop and focus on their own problems.

THG NOTE: No offense, Shar, but with four kids out of wedlock already, is it that big a stretch to believe this rumor? But, good to hear you've discovered the pill, though.

Us: And you are not interested in getting back together with Kevin Federline?
Shar Jackson: No. I am single and I am loving that. But he is one of my best friends and that isn't going to change no matter what anyone says or does.

Us: What do you think about Lynne Spears and Britney Spears' possible reconciliation?
Shar Jackson: They need to work it out. They are mother and daughter. They need to talk already.

Us: And you've become friends with Lynne Spears?
Shar Jackson: Yes. You know what? She's a really nice lady... It was easy for us to get along once we met.

Us: What do you think of Britney Spears' state right now?
Shar Jackson: That's her journey and nothing will change until she wants it to. She doesn't think she has a problem so I don't see her changing anytime soon in my personal opinion. So it is what it is.

Kevin Federline may be sick - and that could last for about nine months when he reads this - but someone's gotta break the news.

Shar Jackson is pregnant.

That's the report coming straight out of the New York Post, TMZ.com and numerous other reputable celebrity gossip sources. Oxymoronic as that sounds... would it shock you? The guy's boys can frickin' swim.

Report has it that Kevin Federline has planted his seen for the fifth time, knocking up the mother of his first two children.

He ditched the D-list actress for Britney Spears a few years back, but as soon as his divorce from the pop star became official, FedEx reportedly embarked on an on-again, off-again, and (for Shar lately) very much on-again romance with the shining Shar.

And the rekindled passion seems to have produced yet another baby between them. So much for those rumors of an impending Spears-Federline reconciliation.

The Post's Cindy Adams claims Shar Jackson is already "into her seventh week, and at the instant I write this, he doesn't know." She cites Shar in Star, saying that she's hoping "this brings them back together as a family."
