We weren't sure if the headline cleared that up or not.

Despite the fact that 20 sexually explicit photos allegedly of Sex and the City movie star Kristin Davis are making the rounds online, the actress' camp is issuing denials that it's her naked booty being tapped feverishly on video.

The alleged Kristin Davis sex tape she made with an unnamed ex-boyfriend five years ago, according to numerous celebrity news blogs.

But her rep issued a statement earlier today stating that: "This is not a photo of Kristin Davis. There is no sex tape."

TMZ reports that while some photos from the tape definitely look like it's Davis getting it on, others do not, casting serious doubts about the whole thing.

Stunning news, really.

On some lucky guy, that is. If this is real. Which we doubt.

The celebrity gossip rumor mill is swirling this morning with talk of a Kristin Davis sex tape. The Sex and the City actress, 45, certainly would make a superior sex tape star than, say, Gene Simmons. But there's no way it's legit, is there?

Some sites claim that the Kristin Davis sex tape (featuring unknown guy) is being shopped around and that there's more photos of her on some pay site.

No reports of the tape's legitimacy have been found, however. Until we've got something to go on, we'll assume (hope) this isn't Kristin Davis.

You never know, though. Might this be a glimpse at Charlotte York's actions in the Sex and the City movie? We'll have to wait and see, people.

The Gene Simmons sex tape has taken the web by, um, storm. But the KISS star hasn't reacted one way or the other - until now.

The rock star's legal team has taken an interesting first step in shutting down the website featuring the video, showing Gene Simmons having boring sex with some woman with his pants on as Foreigner blares in the background.

The woman is not his longtime girlfriend and Playboy model, Shannon Tweed, but rather some model named Elsa. Who apparently won't kiss him.

According to TMZ, Gene Simmons' lawyers contacted Webmastercentral.com, the company which is responsible for the content on the website promoting the video - ordering them to cease and desist because of copyright infringement.

How is this copyright infringement?

Gene Simmons' lawyers claim the site had no right to use face paint to promote the skin flick, as it has done, because face paint is a KISS trademarked thing.

"I wanna know what love (and copyright infringement) is ... "

Now various reports are saying that the Gene Simmons sex tape is rather old and the copyright owner is ... wait for it ... Gene Simmons!

Apparently, Gene Simmoms got wind of the tape's existence a few years back and bought the rights. So how did it get leaked then?

Also, the sex tape was reportedly shot without Simmons' permission or knowledge - and may well be illegal. Story still developing ...

While the celebrity sex video itself may be anything but, the Gene Simmons sex tape remains hot - as a topic of discussion on the Internet.

According to AVN, the Gene Simmons sex tape was allegedly made while he was promoting ... Frank's Energy Drink.

Also, the woman in the video is not Shannon Tweed (Gene Simmons' longtime partner and mother of his two kids) but some random model named Elsa.

Elsa is a spokesmodel for Frank's Energy Drink. Part of her job description apparently entails letting Gene do his thing Ray J style...

The video is supposedly available for purchase at GenesSecret.com, though the site is not functional as of this posting. The demand for a Gene Simmons sex video must be so high that the server just can't handle this huge load.

Which is also what Elsa said. Heh, heh?

Move over, Amy Fisher: Caught on Tape.

There's a new sex tape on the way. And you may be familiar with one of its stars.

Red Light District has reportedly acquired the rights to distribute an elicit video featuring Amy's ex-flame, Joey Buttafuoco, and his new wife Evanka. The footage will be released February 6 under the title Joey Buttafuoco: Caught On Tape. Of course.

According to Red Light CEO David Joseph, Buttafuoco was videotaped having sex with Evanka, while attending a party at porn director Rob Spallone's home last year.

Now that a Tiffany Pollard sex tape exists, will people even care about Joey Buttafuco's video? 

Joseph said the couple cut away during the party "to talk and have sex," unaware that Spallone had hidden three cameras in the bedroom to catch "late-night action" from the porn stars in attendance.

"Spallone didn't know that he had captured Joey and Evanka until a couple of weeks later when he completed reviewing the footage from the party," said Joseph.

"He was so surprised to find Joey and Evanka on the tapes. When he realized what he had, he came to Red Light District to discuss distribution. He knows we are the best in town to work with on these types of deals."

So, we're supposed to believe that Buttafuoco accidentally made a sex tape?!? That's like saying Tila Tequila naked pics show up online without her knowing about them.

As 2007 draws to a close, it's time to reflect and pay tribute to the stars who made this a year to remember. On that note, The Hollywood Gossip is announcing its 10 finalists for its first annual Celebrity of the Year award.

They've given us their best, their worst and, in a more than a few cases, their naked pictures. Now it is time for us to give a little something back with this special feature, because without these celebrities, we are nothing.

We previously profiled attention-starved rich people from The Hills at #6. Now, without further delay, we present Celebrity of the Year finalist #5 … A slew of celebrity sex tape stars!

While many may remember 2007 as the year the war in Iraq raged on and on, those in the entertainment news world will mark it down as an era during which we were taken from camping out on the front lawns of celebrities... to receiving an up close and personal view of what goes on in their bedrooms.

Indeed, sex tapes came from the likeliest of sources (Keeley Hazell) to the nerdiest (Dustin Diamond) and most enterprising (Ray J, below).

With that in mind, we present the 2007 Celebrity Sex Tape Awards:

• Most Career Enhancing: Kim Kardashian. Paris Hilton's former BFF learned from the master. Getting reamed by Ray J has led to a reality TV show and a spot atop the celebrity gossip world for this socialite.
• Least Surprising: Amy Fisher. She shot her former lover's wife in the face. After that, nothing could really surprise us.
• Most Explicit: Olivia Mojica. The former American Idol contestant didn't possess the singing ability to go far on the country's most popular reality show. So Mojica chose to show us her other, more hard core talents as punishment for not voting for her.
• Sex Tape Featuring Least Famous and Least Attractive Girl: Jennifer Toof. Or Toastee Toof. This former Flavor of Love girl was so unknown at the time of her video's release that we still aren't sure what to call her.
• Best Attempt at a Sex Tape: Vanessa Hudgens and Katie Rees (tie). Sorry, ladies, but it takes more than naked photos to be counted in this group.
• Most Exciting, Untrue Sex Tape Rumors: Lauren Conrad and Britney Spears (tie). Maybe next year we'll experience the real thing. Speaking of which...
• Sex Tape Star We Most Hope to Write About in 2008: Hayden Panettiere. What? She's 18 now. It's okay if we admit this.

In a story about as shocking as the words of Nicole Narain labeling Britney Spears as an unfit mother, Amy Fisher has a sex tape.

Lou Bellara - who somehow married the trigger-happy Fisher - told The New York Post he regrets selling off a sex tape he made with his wife. Bellara sold the video after Amy dumped him to start dating Joey Buttafuoco again.

"We were estranged. She was seeing Joey," Lou said. "I was seething about the whole thing. It just came to a point where I was hurt and embarrassed by it... and it pressed the wrong button. I just used that as a vehicle to strike back at her."

Hey, at least this guy is honest. Ray J is out there, driving around in expensive cars, still pretending he had nothing to do with the release of the Kim Kardashian sex tape.

Somewhere out there, Keeley Hazell is cursing the fact that her public display of intercourse is becoming common practice at this point.

Some websites sites are braver than this one.

The good Samaritans at Fleshbot.com have selflessly subjected themselves to the crimes against amateur celebrity porn perpetrated by opportunistic former Saved by the Bell star Dustin Diamond and reviewed his infamous sex tape.

Interestingly, first off, the sex tape is apparently called Screeched, not Saved By the Smell, as was widely reported when the story broke last fall.

In any case, we've got excerpts of their review of the Dustin Diamond sex tape - which the actor first claimed was stolen from him and "somehow" made its way into the hands of vaunted celebrity image broker (best job title ever) David Hans Schmidt.

On the tape, Screech supposedly lures a pair of bachelorette party goers back to his motel for erotic adventurea involving a bubble bath and some nice defiling of them - the extent of which we can't even describe for fear of our advertisers dropping us.

Here are excerpts from the review, which is nothing short of a huge letdown:

"Shot in very poor P.O.V. style, Screeched features too many shots of Dustin Diamond's face. It is a plus, though, that the banter seems real and that the bachelorette party, getting consistently drunker, appears nevertheless to be doing this of their own volition.

That Diamond, whose financial woes drove him to selling anti-foreclosure t-shirts, now peddles a sex tape through Paris Hilton sex tape purveyors Red Light District, comes across as painfully self-conscious should be a given, but that the video fails to reveal any hidden redeeming talents is the unkindest cut of all.

And that hyped Dirty Sanchez comes as something of an anticlimax. There is poo. Apparently 'Bro' offers points for that sort of thing.

The Screeched DVD also contains unrelated bonus scenes from porn pros just in case viewers feel Shaved by the Quality. The sex isn't good, but a tape one makes for one's friends isn't really about that, anyway."

Based on this expert assessment, we recommend that celebrity gossip readers pass on the crushing, disturbing disappointment that is Screeched, and instead consider other recent releases, such as the tape to put out by Olivia Mojica.

Or Jennifer Toof. No, check that. You'll probably be scarred for life with that one too. Just wait for the inevitable Britney Spears sex tape. You know it's only a few years away.

We know all Hollywood gossip fans out there have been clamoring for a celebrity sex tape update.

So let's not wait any longer to see what attention-starved, naked females are up to...

We're officially in the home stretch of your chance to purchase the Kim Kardashian nude escapade, Kim Kardashian Superstar. As reported earlier, and confirmed this week by Vivid Entertainment Group, the video will no longer be shipped to retailers across the country as of May 31.

"After several conversations with Ms. Kardashian we have decided to stop selling the DVD after May 31st," said Steven Hirsch, co-chairman of Vivid Entertainment. "We have always believed we have the right to sell the tape, but I've made a personal decision to suspend sales."

And the former close pal of Paris Hilton has made a personal decision to accept a $5 million settlement in her lawsuit against the initial distribution. We feel very sorry she was ever put through this.

Meanwhile, Hirsch additionally confirmed that the company has delayed the release of another videoe, Toastee Exposed. Due to legal issues, the title is now tentatively scheduled to arrive in June.

It was supposed to hit stores today, but don't worry horn dogs: you can still see images of Jennifer Toof nude across the Web.

"We expect to have the legal situation with Toastee Exposed resolved soon," Hirsch said.

Shortly after Vivid announced its acquisition of the video starring VH1 reality-show contestant Jennifer "Toastee" Toof (Flavor of Love, Charm School) Red Light District studio sent a cease-and-desist letter claiming that celebrity image broker David Hans Schmidt had already confirmed a first-look deal on the property with RLD.

Lastly, Vivid's national sales manager Howard Levine said the company's planned release of Hardcore Idol, a sex video starring American Idol contestant Olivia Mojica, has also been delayed.

No street date has been set at this time for it. But at least there are Kristine Lefebvre nude Playboy pics you can look through in the meantime.
