The prosecution has rested in the R. Kelly sex tape trial, but not before it called Lisa Van Allen to the stand.

The former threesome partner of R. Kelly and the alleged victim in this case - who prosecutors say was underage at the time of intercourse with the singer - grew emotional yesterday as she recounted several sexual encounters with the R&B superstar and the anonymous other woman, many of which she said were videotaped.

Van Allen also told jurors (as part of more than three hours of graphic and dramatic testimony) that R. Kelly offered her $250,000 to recover a tape of one of the trysts.

R. Kelly: We believe he can fly, right into jail.

Lisa Van Allen added that she first had sex with the R&B superstar and the alleged victim in 1998. That would have made R. Kelly around 30 years old at the time, while Van Allen was about 18 and the alleged victim would have been 14. Gross stuff, indeed.

In a final, disturbing bit of testimony, Van Allen said that R. Kelly carried a duffel bag containing his homemade sex tapes everywhere he went.

"Wherever he was at, the bag would follow him," she said.

Rumors say Adnan Ghalib is shopping around a Britney Spears sex tape filmed during their trip January trip to Rosarito, Mexico.

"The video starts with Britney undressing," said an insider. "She was wearing some cheap clothes she bought down there in Rosarito. The sex wasn't particularly kinky but Britney wears a pink wig throughout."

Yes, of course she does.

"At one point in the tape Adnan Ghalib asks Britney to remove the pink bob but she refuses, saying 'Take what off? There's nothing left to take off.'"

This "insider" also thinks a Britney Spears sex tape would be the top selling celebrity sex video ever, topping even the Paris Hilton-Rick Salomon romp, 1 Night in Paris.

Spencer Pratt is sticking to his story that the Jason Wahler-Lauren Conrad sex tape existed, even if it doesn't exist right now.

LC's ex, Jason Wahler said yesterday in a statement:

"I do not have a sex tape of Lauren Conrad and one does not exist. Spencer Pratt is lying again to get attention. Lauren Conrad is a close friend of mine and it is insulting to her to suggest this."

But Spencer Pratt, who said on the Tyra Banks Show late last week that he's 100 - nay, 1,000 - percent sure the tape existed, countered:

"Jason's statement couldn't be more transparent. Notice how he uses present tense, 'I DO not have a sex tape... one DOES not exist.'"

"We all know that it existed, that he tried to sell it and is now covering up to make himself look better," the smarmy Hills villain said.

Tell us, which of these jackasses from The Hills do you believe regarding the Lauren Conrad sex tape: Spencer Pratt or Jason Wahler?

Jason Wahler is speaking out against Spencer Pratt's recent claims on national TV that a Lauren Conrad sex tape exists.

"I do not have a sex tape of Lauren Conrad and one does not exist," Wahler said in a statement. "Spencer Pratt is lying again to get attention.

"Lauren is my friend," said Wahler, LC's ex, who's battled a long list of legal problems. "And it is insulting to her to suggest this."

On Tuesday's Tyra Banks Show, Spencer Pratt declared, "I know for 100 percent fact it did exist - 1,000 percent!"

Pratt's girlfriend, Heidi Montag, also claimed the video is:

"Not a rumor. From what I have heard from confirmed sources... her ex-boyfriend [Jason Wahler] was going around trying to sell it."

Banks then asked Heidi Montag, if she hadn't seen the tape, how could she be so sure it existed?

"Well, I mean, I am not sure she has it anymore... but from what I've heard... I am not really allowed to elaborate."

Very convincing argument right there, Heidi. What else would you expect from the biggest media whore in Hollywood after Ashlee Simpson?

We're still waiting on the Roger Clemens and Mindy McCready sex tape - seriously, would anyone be surprised by that at this point - but, in the meantime, the following news will have to suffice:

Vivid Entertainment claims to possess a Jimi Hendrix sex tape.

The tape is 45 minutes long and you can watch a clip of it at TMZ. Reportedly, the FBI probably has an entire library full of vintage videos such as this.

We can't wait until they come out with a Neil Diamond sex tape.

It's about time. The Hills' villain-in-chief, Spencer Pratt, has fully refueled the long-standing feud between himself and Lauren Conrad.

During a taping for next Tuesday's episode of The Tyra Banks Show, he says he is "100 percent" sure there is, or was, a Lauren Conrad sex tape.

"I know for 100 percent fact it did exist. 1,000 percent!" he said.

Ignoring the fact that one cannot be more than 100 percent sure of anything, Banks asked if Spencer Pratt had actually seen the tape.

"I would never watch that!" slimy Spencer replied. "I would rather throw up... but I know for a fact, and I would take a lie detector test."

The alleged Lauren Conrad sex tape supposedly co-starred her boyfriend at the time, Jason Wahler. Rumors took the Internets by storm last year, but the sex tape never materialized and LC flatly denied it ever existed.

Lauren Conrad won't be pleased by Spencer Pratt's comments - again!

Conrad's friendship with Heidi Montag fizzled after LC accused her of spreading false rumors about a sex tape, which Montag denies. This running feud was the basis for an entire season of The Hills, as fans probably know.

According to TMZ, the ex-boyfriend (whoever this loser was) was pissed off at Kristin Davis and decided to sell off the naked photos of her to a third party.

The third party then got involved in a business venture with some other guy and that guy somehow pilfered the nude pics and they ended up online.

Now you're up to date. If it's true, Kristin Davis has joined an infamous list of celebrities who've had sex tapes released into the public arena.

You know what there's no doubt about? The Audrina Patridge nude pics that have surfaced... those things are the real deal and The Hills are alive with scandal!
