A Nate Dogg sex tape featuring the late rapper/singer and an unidentified female lover has surfaced and is being shopped to various media outlets, TMZ reports.

The tape, shot several years ago, is pretty standard by sex tape standards.

The person in possession of the Nate Dogg sex tape is currently shopping it around to the usual sex tape purveyors/studios. So far, no takers. But just wait.

If nothing else, the private collector that just paid big bucks to snap up the Tupac sex tape might want another addition to his pile of random celebrity porn.

Nate Dogg died last March at the age of 41.

Adele is best known for her blockbuster hit, "Rolling in the Deep."

But was the singer once rolling in the hay... on camera?

Yes, a French tabloid hilariously claims, as the latest issue of Public is running a cover story that alleges Adele and the ex about whom she penned songs from the album "21" once pulled a Kim Kardashian/Ray J. The magazine even includes photos with the report.

In response, Adele has hired Schillings law firm to represent her in a possibly lawsuit against the tabloid.

"We are informed that the French magazine Public has today published images which it claims show our client in a sex tape," one of Adele's attorney says. "Our client has not appeared in a sex tape as claimed in the article. Our client does not appear in the photographs. Such claims are grossly defamatory. Our client is taking legal action in relation to this matter."

Darn right. In this instance, rumor has it... wrong.

Michelle "Bombshell" McGee, the tattooed, fame-seeking floozy who broke up Jesse James' marriage to Sandra Bullock in 2010, apparently starred in a sex tape.

Shocking, we know.

McGee got down and dirty with two equally-tattooed sex fiends earlier this year, and the private XXX liaisons were all caught on tape. Seriously. TMZ has a pic.

Unlike the Tupac sex tape, which was just sold to a private collector, the Michelle McGee sex tape is now in the hands of a giant porn company. Yeah baby.

The Bombshell footage documents two separate sexual encounters: 1. With a tatted-up dude; 2. With a tatted-up woman. Both were filmed in the last year.

It's unclear how, but we're told the tapes were acquired by porn giant Red Light District (of 1 Night in Paris fame) which plans to release the footage next year.

Somehow we don't imagine that will be a big seller, even if it is a hot 2-DVD box set. McGee, for once in her waste of a life, could not be reached for comment.

The absurd Tupac sex tape unearthed earlier this year has been sold, but only to a private collector who has no plans to make the 1991 footage public.

According to reports, the former owner of the tape decided not to sell to any corporate sex companies, describing them as "parasites." How virtuous.

It is unknown how much the 2Pac video sold for, but it was reported that two rival porn agencies were ready to pay $150,000 or more for the Tupac sex tape.

Tupac's family have made it clear they do not want the X-rated flick to be distributed and have insisted that they "will sue anyone who tries to sell a Tupac tape."

According to an official spokesman for Tupac's estate, only his family can authorize the use of Tupac's image for commercial use and they would not permit this.

The rapper's mother Afeni Shakur has also reportedly told her representatives: "Get the legal team ready because we will not allow someone to put it out."

Looks like a moot point now. The footage of Tupac getting serviced orally by some girl at a house party while smoking, drinking and dancing to his own music will be enjoyed by a private collector for personal use only. Which is sort of odd.

SueLyn Medeiros simply can't believe it. She's aghast. She's angry. She's truly stunned that a sex tape featuring her and a loved one has hit the Internet.

And the Brazilian model says she plans on taking legal action against whoever had the audacity to release it.

MediaTakeOut claims they have seen the alleged Chris Brown sex tape, but sadly, were forced to pass on the thing because it was out of their price range.

Nevertheless, the singer's rep says "The report is absolutely not true."

A second source in Brown's camp smells a conspiracy, in fact.

"Doesn't it seem like a coincidence that every time Chris has a major performance or event on the horizon, some fake story like this breaks?" he asked.

It's true. These stories do seem to follow Chris Brown wherever he goes ... though he can take responsibility for some of that with his well-documented actions.

Kate Major shed some interesting light on Michael Lohan's recent behavior in an interview with Dr. Drew. According to Kate, Lindsay's father is on steroids.

And trying to blackmail her by threatening to sell sex tapes she didn't know existed, and/or by killing himself and her as well. Guy is not really too stable.

Lohan, who is still in jail after being arrested a second time in less than 72 hours last week for harassing Major, allegedly threatened and attacked his ex.

A HUGE offer just surfaced for the Tupac sex tape ... but it has nothing to do with Shakur receiving oral relief. Peeps just want the song playing in the background!

A million-dollar offer has been made by the CEO of NOHO, which is seeking to acquire all rights to the unreleased Tupac track playing in the background of the tape.

That's right. One million for an unreleased Tupac track.

It's not even clear who owns the rights to that Tupac song, but the company (which makes an anti-hangover drink), has flat-out offered to buy them straight up.

The track would then be the official theme song for the beverage. Obvi. This is absurd for any number of reasons, but let's just list a few of them below ...

1. So far, no one's offered more than $150,000 for the 2Pac tape.
2. Tupac's estate, led by mom Afeni Shakur, will never consent.
3. The aforementioned CEO has not even heard the track yet.
