We were inspired to see that a majority of respondents agreed with our assessment that this celebrity blogger may receive a number of hits to his website - but his posts are uncreative and mean-spirited.

Need further proof? Take a look at the story he probably spent a full 3.7 seconds on last night, one that refers to Rumer Wills as "fug" and tells her to "shave down that chin."

He then drew a penis on a picture of the actress. Now that's an example of humorous ingenuity!

On this photo of Rumer Wills at a screening of Pineapple Express, Perez Hilton catered to the lowest common denomintaor, drawing a penis across her body in an attempt to make nine-year olds laugh.

Well, calling this a Celebrity Hair Affair is pushing it. Rumer Willis is only a celebrity because of... we can't even remember. Is there anything?

Whatever. If the daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore - who People magazine actually included on its Most Beautiful list this year - is known for anything but her unusual name, she's known for her short hair. Or at least she used to be!

The fact that some superficial editor even thought up this Face-Off topic leads us to a broader question: Why is beauty synonymous with certain types (say, Blake Lively) and not, as the saying goes, in the eye of the beholder?

Can beauty not take different forms? Or mean different things to different people? If Rumer Willis does not meet stereotypical bombshell criteria, is she less of a person? Does this make People less of a celebrity news magazine?

Of course not. Rumer Willis is very beautiful, inside and out. Kudos to People - and Chace Crawford (Rumer has it) - for possessing the values, heart and courage to break these negative societal paradigms.

We're guessing Rumer Willis was as surprised as we were to discover she made People Magazine's 100 Most Beautiful People in the World List.

After all, this actress has been through more hairstyles than Carmen Electra has husbands. You simply don't change your looks that many times if you're a fan of them.

Moreover, if you put the executives at People on the hit FOX reality show Moment of Truth, we're guessing even they'd admit Rumer Willis is far from attractive.

But she is edgy. And edgy sells!

There are only so many times a magazine can feature natural beauties such as Megan Fox and Audrina Patridge on its cover. We get that.

And we don't blame People for including Rumer for the sake of shock value. But they can't blame us, either, for calling them out on it.

Guess she actually could leggo Ryan Eggold.

New York Magazine spotted Gossip Girl's Chace Crawford and celebridaughter Rumer Willis out partying together last Thursday night (they were also seen flirting up a storm at a party last December).

According to the publication, witnesses "were struck by how short and see-through her white dress was (not to mention the fact that she was wearing a black bra underneath). Oh, and chain-smoking... big time."

Wow, and we thought we knew Rumer Willis. She smokes! She wears black bras under white! She makes condom balloons and puts them in her mouth!

Is Bruce and Demi's spawn the rebound Chace needs to get over wholesome ex Carrie Underwood? Remember that Chace broke up with Carrie last month via text message.

Should Chace Crawford and Rumer Willis turn into something serious, let's hope the Gossip Girl hunk turns to his Facebook updates when they break up.

Rumor has it (pun... intended!) that aspiring actress and celebuspawn Rumer Willis has been crushing hard on young Dirt hunk Ryan Eggold.

"They went out for the first time a few weeks ago," a friend of Rumer Willis and Ryan Eggold tells celebrity news magazine Life & Style.

"They've been keeping it quiet, but he's definitely on her radar. They usually hang out at each other's houses," says the friend.
