Real soap opera excitement is taking place at Rob Lowe's house!

The back-and-forth accusations between the actor, his wife Sheryl and a pair of employees - Jessica Gibson and Laura Boyce - have reached a new, absurd, racist low.

Boyce, a former nanny for the family, has filed legal papers, reiterating the following claim: when she tried to call in sick to work one day, Sheryl Lowe yelled the reason for her illness was "she got strep throat from sucking n****r d**k. I mean black d**k."

Well, at least she corrected herself. That's more than Charlie Sheen can say.

Sheryl Lowe is accused of being more than just racist. She's making oral sex seem like a bad thing!

In new documents filed yesterday and published by TMZ, Boyce claims on November 16, 2007 she called in sick.

She states she "heard Sheryl Lowe in the background yelling and laughing into the phone." Then, she allegedly made the racist comments because; at the time, Boyce was dating an African-American man.

After hearing what Sheryl said, Boyce quit on the spot.

Round two of the Rob Lowe and Jessica Gibson battle is on - and juicy!

According to court documents released Friday, Gibson - the former nanny who is accusing the actor of sexual harassment - repotedly offered sex to the family's tennis instructor. Oh yes. We told you it was juicy.

In a sworn declaration, instructor Nigel Armstrong stated that Jessica Gibson "told me shortly after we first met [in mid-2005] that she was interested in me... She was very forward and did not seem concerned with being discreet."

As reported by People, Armstrong described an incident in the kitchen of the Lowe London house in which Gibson was nude from the waist down and "invited me to have sex even though [the Lowes' children] were in the general area. I was shocked by her audacity."

Heck, Lindsay Lohan would be shocked by that audacity.

According Rob Lowe, Jessica Gibson loves to solicit sex from fellow employees.

Armstrong added that Gibson was displeased he would not take their relationship further, allegedly begging him leave his girlfriend and "taking the relationship with me more seriously... She would tell me that she loved me on a number of occasions."

Another former employee, James Maclear, who was a private chef for Rob and Sheryl Lowe, described an incident in which Gibson "changed into hot pants and was laying on the kitchen floor with her legs open in a very suggestive manner."

Both men described Gibson as having unabashedly sung the Pussycat Dolls' lyric "Don't cha wish your girlfriend was hot like me."

Somewhere, Nicole Scherzinger must be ashamed their song to be used in such a manner.

Rob Lowe won a pair of small victories Thursday in the first courtroom showdown against former nanny Jessica Gibson.

Santa Barbara, Calif., Superior Court Judge Denise de Bellefeuille threw out two of the 12 allegations made by Gibson, 24.

Jessica Gibson's sexual harassment claims against Rob Lowe remain intact.

The two allegations thrown out - on the grounds that there was no legal basis - were related to labor-code violations.

"We're pleased with today's outcome," said Rob Lowe's attorney Larry Stein. "The Lowes have consistently denied any wrongdoing and will be vindicated."

Gibson's lawyer, John West, responded in kind: "We don't consider this a setback at all, Jessica's case is still intact as a whole."

Neither Rob Lowe nor Jessica Gibson was present at court.

"She's been lying low," West said of Jessica Gibson. "This has been a very traumatic situation for her, she's doing her best to heal."

Former nanny Jessica Gibson has accused Rob Lowe of dropping his pants.

Now, the actor wants a California court to drop the lawsuit filed against him by Gibson.

Lowe is asking the court to dismiss portions of a countersuit against him by the woman who says he showed her his genitals one too many times, according to documents released yesterday.

"Each of Gibson's [accusations] is completely unfounded ... but nine of those ... are subject to immediate dismissal because she has failed ... to even allege the essential elements of a claim of relief," Lowe's attorney Larry Stein wrote.

Among the charges Stein wants to see dismissed are: unpaid overtime, meals and rest periods. Penis flashing, evidently, would still be on the table.

A court date to hear the request for dismissal is set for June 19.

During an emotional press conference with attorney Gloria Allred, Laura Boyce - the woman accusing Rob Lowe's wife, Sheryl of, well, many things - broke down in tears.

"I feel betrayed and hurt and extremely upset that (the Lowes) would sue me after I endured what I did in their household," Boyce said. "I never did anything to them other than give them my best efforts for their children."

That's not how Sheryl Lowe sees the situation, though:

"The charges against me are lies meant to embarrass and humiliate. I find it deeply offensive the false allegation that I would use racially insensitive comments. I'm certain that my dearest and longtime friend, and godfather to my children, Marcus Allen, would beg to differ with their charges.

We do not see color in my household; my children do not see color. It deeply saddens me that I even have to explain this to my children."

There's an old saying in the world of celebrity gossip: Pose naked, make a buck. Cheat on your wife, you're still in luck. But discuss your children's penises with your nanny, and you're f*%ked.

As Keeley Hazell and Bill Clinton prove, respectively, the first two parts of this adage ring true. Now, sadly, Sheryl Lowe will find out the veracity of the third sentence.

For while some may believe that Miley Cyrus had an awful week, since when does getting naked have negative repercussions on a beautiful girl?

And while others may think Roger Clemens should be the most ashamed celebrity this week, he's probably happy to be in the news for non steroids-related issues.

But Laura Boyce says Mrs. Rob Lowe spoke of her children's genitals, inquired about the size of Dale Davis' schlong and laughed about her husband's broken cock rings. You recover from one of those things, two at most.

We can't see Sheryl Lowe coming back from all three.

Larry Stein - the lawyer for Rob and Sheryl Lowe - issued a statement Wednesday denouncing the lawsuit filed by nanny Laura Boyce. (We don't know, Hillary Clinton, if he also rejected it.)

Stein lashed out at Boyce's attorney Gloria Allred, who also represents Jessica Gibson, the other nanny accusing the actor and his wife of sexual misconduct:

"Having struck out against Rob Lowe, Gloria Allred now seeks to drag his wife and children into the fray.

"In response to a lawsuit against Laura Boyce by the Lowes, Ms. Allred filed a cross-complaint on behalf of Boyce, which contains false allegations, in an apparent attempt to divert the negative publicity which Allred's client, Gibson, has universally received.

Move over, Jessica Gibson. Another former nanny of Rob Lowe wants to sue the actor.

Laura Boyce is accusing the actor and his wife of sexual harassment, according to the woman's lawyer (who also represents Gibson), Gloria Allred

"The details of the lawsuit will speak for itself," Allred told People.

We'll have more on the latest lawsuit filed against Rob Lowe - this one by Laura Boyce - when the information is released.

TMZ is now reporting that the bulk of the suit is filed against Rob's wife, Sheryl. Among the accusations by Boyce:

• Walking around naked, completely exposing herself to Boyce.
• Asking Boyce about the size of Boyce's boyfriend's penis
• Once saying "laughingly that her husband's (Rob) cockrings were broken," allegedly showing them to Boyce.
• Telling Boyce about her sex life with Rob.
• Talking about the size of her children's penises.

Jeez. And we thought Lindsay Lohan was dirty.

It's been years since Aaron Sorkin penned the words that came out of Rob Lowe's mouth on The West Wing, but the creator of that classic series has still rushed to the defense of the actor in light of recent allegations laid on him by Jessica Gibson.

"I've only known him to be a gentleman who cares first and most for his family," Sorkin told People, expressing shock over any penis exposing accusations leveled by Gibson.

In an e-mail, Sorkin added: "I've worked with Rob twice â€" for three years on The West Wing and for another six months when he starred in the [London] West End revival of A Few Good Men."

Fellow actor Dulé Hill, who starred alonside Lowe on the Sorkin drama, said: "I've known him strictly as a family man. What comes first is his children and his wife. That's always been his focus."

In actuality, current and former employees of Rob Lowe weren't nearly as creative in their defense of him as The Hollywood Gossip staff was in the headline above.

Nevertheless, they have spoken to People Magazine about the sexual harassment claims made by Lowe's former nanny, Jessica Gibson.

Carol Andrade, Lowe's estate manager, defended the actor in a written declaration given to Lowe's legal team. It reads:

"Jessica never told me ... that Rob ever said or did anything that she found inappropriate or offensive or that made her feel uncomfortable ... or made sexual advances toward her."

Seen here at the premiere for Thank You for Smoking, Rob Lowe and wife Sheryl are saying "Thank you for sucking!" to former employee Jessica Gibson.

Meanwhile, Jennifer Dynof, president of tremendously-named Lowe Profile, a company owned by Lowe, similarly stated that she'd never witnessed any questionable behavior by her employer.

"[In the past four years working for Rob], I have never seen him make any sexual advances toward any other woman or act inappropriately, offensively or disrespectfully toward any woman," Dynof said.

Both employees added they would testify in court if need be.
