Two days after being arrested for a drug-related offense, Mark Balelo has been found dead of an apparent suicide. He was 40 years old.

According to TMZ, the Storage Wars star killed himself via carbon monoxide poisoning, as his body was found (by an employee) in his home's garage in Simi Valley, California - with the door closed and the engine running.

Balelo was scheduled to appear in court next Tuesday to face charges related to this weekend's arrest.

He allegedly warned his fiancee after his release from jail on Saturday that he feared he might hurt himself in some way.

An autopsy will be performed today and we send our thoughts and prayers to Balelo's loved ones.

The music world lost an all-time great one year ago today.

Whitney Houston passed away from a drug overdose inside a hotel room on Grammy Awards Sunday in 2012, leaving behind her a troubled teenager and a legacy that may never be matched.

Elsewhere, Cissy Houston just released a memoir about her child and contestants on singing shows such as The Voice and American Idol continue to honor the star by covering her best-known tracks.

There were an incredible number of them.

Robin Sachs, a British actor best known to most American viewers for his role in Buffy the Vampire Slayer, passed away last Friday. He was 61 years old.

Details on the death aren't known at this time, but the BBC made it public this morning and included with the news a statement from Sachs's ex-wife.

Chris Kyle, a former Navy SEAL who wrote "American Sniper" about his career as a marksman in Iraq, was shot dead at a gun range in Texas Saturday.

Kyle, 38, and another man were found dead at the shooting range of Rough Creek Lodge on Saturday afternoon, the Texas Highway Patrol said.

The killer, identified as Eddie Ray Routh of Lancaster, Texas, was arrested after a brief pursuit, Trooper and spokesman Lonny Haschel confirmed.

The other victim was named as Chad Littlefield, aged 35.

Spokesman George Arzt confirmed the sad news and said a funeral will take place Monday at Temple Emanu-El in Manhattan.

For the first time in the 17-year history of The X Games, a participant has passed away due to injuries suffered in an accident.

The family of snowmobile rider Caleb Moore confirmed today that the 25-year old died as a result of bleeding around his brain and heart, problems that arose after a horrific crash on January 24 in Aspen.

"He will be truly missed and never forgotten," Moore's family said in a statement. "The family wishes to express their deep gratitude for all the prayers and support they have received from all the fans, friends and family around the world that Caleb has inspired."

Mary O'Connor, Hugh Hefner's secretary at Playboy for more than 40 years, has died.

"Mary passed away today. We loved her more than words can say," Hef tweeted.

Girls Next Door stars Holly Madison, Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett and Bridget Marquardt all took to Twitter to offer condolences, as did Hef's new wife, Crystal Harris.

Holly wrote, "Rest In Peace Mary."

Our hearts go out to Denise Richards.

The ex-wife of Charlie Sheen took to Twitter this week and expressed sadness over the passing of Hank, her French bulldog who died at the age of 13 Sunday.

"Last night we lost our beloved Hank," the actress wrote. "I will miss him dearly, 13 yrs old... been there for me thru it all Best dog ever & part of our family."

Fortunately, the mother of three recently adopted a rescue puppy and has many other pet cats and canines to keep her company. We feel her pain.

Five years ago today, Hollywood lost one of its most talented young actors, as Heath Ledger died at the age of 28 in Manhattan.

According to the official autopsy, Ledger passed away from "acute intoxication by the combined effects of oxycodone, hydrocodone, diazepam, temazepam, alprazolam and doxylamine." The death was ruled an accident.

The star would go on to collect a posthumous Oscar for his incredible portrayal of The Joker in The Dark Knight, but it's impossible not to wonder what else could have been.

He also left behind daughter Matilda, who is being raised by mother Michelle Williams.

A player so good he didn't require a last name, or even a full first name, beloved St. Louis Cardinals star Stan Musial died yesterday. He was 92 years old.

"I never heard anybody say a bad word about him, ever," fellow baseball legend Willie Mays said Saturday in a statement released by the Hall of Fame.
