Rapper Speaker Knockerz is dead at the age of 19. His body was found inside a South Carolina home on Thursday, the Richland County Coroner's office confirms.

The medical examiner said play is not suspected and a preliminary autopsy found no sign of trauma. The results of a toxicology test on the body are pending.

A cause of death is unknown and an investigation is ongoing.

Speaker Knockerz may have been missing for at least two days, police say.

A Facebook user who identified herself as the rapper's mother said that the talented teenager was last seen Tuesday night while in a black Camaro.

"It's not like him not to communicate or come home for this long period of time," Mesha Wilson reportedly wrote on the Internet. "I pray that my son is ok."

Born Derek McAllister, the rapper was discovered in his garage, and online.

Though unsigned, the rapper's videos on YouTube average somewhere between 200,000 to 3 million views, making him a viral sensation in the genre.

John Strickland, a local reverend, read from the poem "Afterglow," reciting the memorable line, "I'd like the tears of those who grieve to dry before the sun."

He spoke of mortality and not putting off telling loved ones you care:

"When we're young adults, we think we'll live forever. But parents die. Friends die. Even children die. So tell the ones that you love that you love them."

The memorial took place hours ahead of the 2014 Academy Awards, where a group had been petitioning to recognize Jones during its "In Memoriam" segment.
