R.I.P.

Kara Kennedy, daughter of former U.S. Sen. Ted Kennedy, passed away Friday at age of 51. She was working out in a Washington D.C.-area gym at the time.

"She's with dad," Patrick Kennedy, her brother and Congressman from Rhode Island, said. Their father died in 2009 at age 77 after battling a brain tumor.

She was the eldest of Ted's three children.

Though she never sought elected office like many in her famous family, she heeded the family's call to give back through public service throughout her lifetime.

Kara, who also helped work on her father's senatorial campaigns, was also a cancer survivor. In 2003, she had a malignant tumor removed from her lungs.

According to her Patrick Kennedy, the cancer treatment, while successful, "took quite a toll on her and weakened her physically. Her heart gave out."

Kara is survived by her husband Michael Allen and two teenage children.

Percy Foster, a dwarf porn star who was a dead ringer for Gordon Ramsay, was found dead in a badger den in the U.K. Seriously, this is a real story.

The star of X-rated movie Hi-Ho Hi-Ho, It's Up Your A**e We Go (again, seriously) was discovered partially eaten "deep in an underground chamber."

UK Ministry of Agriculture experts running a planned badger-gassing program near Tregaron, Wales, happened upon the 3'6" actor, reports indicate.

Gordon Ramsay has nothing at all to do with this story.

Investigators have not yet ruled out the possibility of suicide.

"Percy was a little guy with big problems," said one producer. "He was doing well but under pressure like everyone else in this god damn industry."

In a recent interview, the 35-year-old Percy revealed his delight at being compared to Ramsay. Alas, he won't get to live out his dream any longer.

His murder has never really been solved, but in the 15 years since the hip hop star got got, the world has been transformed, seemingly many times over.

DJ Mehdi, a world famous producer and DJ who has worked with many big name musical acts, has passed away. He fell off a roof and did not survive.

Mehdi Favéris-Essadi was 34 years old.

A very successful French hip hop and electronic music producer, he is best known for his collaborations with artists such as Daft Punk and Chromeo.

According to the French site Liberation Next, the fatal accident happened at DJ Mehdi's residence, when the mezzanine collapsed and fell several meters.

Chromeo Tweeted, "We lost our brother. No words." Drake Tweeted, "Damn... RIP MEHDI." Tributes from the music world will likely pour in for days.

Steven Tyler's father, Victor Tallarico, has passed away. He was 95.

According to Victor’s obituary, the Aerosmith rocker's dad was surrounded by family when he died peacefully in Nashua, N.H., on September 10.

Victor was predeceased by his wife of 63 years, Susan Ray (Blancha) Tallarico. He had two children, Steven and Lynda, and seven grandchildren.

An excerpt from his obituary reads:

“Among Victor’s proudest accomplishments were his offspring: Lynda, a retired teacher who resides in southern Vermont, and Steven, who, having been well launched into the music business by Victor, became famous as Steven Tyler, the lead singer of Aerosmith.”

Spartacus: Blood and Sand star Andy Whitfield passed away at the age of 39 yesterday, about a year after a recurrence of his Stage 1 non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.

While thoughtful messages and Tweets pour in from around Hollywood, former co-star Lucy Lawless has released a special statement to Entertainment Weekly that reads:

“Obviously, Andy Whitfield left an indelible mark on all of us in the Spartacus family. He was a gentle man who never said a bad word about anyone, a gifted photographer, engineer (no really!) and a brilliant actor. Andy’s incandescent film presence made men want to be him and women want to marry him. Andy’s  two babies will always know that their Daddy cherished them and their mother, Vashti, above all things. How lucky we were to have him grace all our lives. Godspeed, Andy!”

Andy Whitfield, the British actor who starred on the first season of Spartacus: Blood and Sand, has passed away from non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. He was 39.

Whitfield was diagnosed with treatable Stage 1 non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma in March of 2010, but determined to be cancer-free two months later.

However, Starz announced in September of that year that Whitfield would not be return for the show's second season because he had to undergo “aggressive treatment” for a recurrence of the disease. Australian actor Liam McIntyre was named Whitfield's successor.

In a statement released to the Associated Press, it was announced that a “beautiful young warrior,” passed away on a “sunny Sydney morning” in the “arms of his loving wife.” Our thoughts go out to his family and loved ones.

Cliff Robertson, who won an Academy Award for playing a mentally disabled man in Charly and more recently appeared in the Spider-Man films, has died.

The versatile actor of stage, television and movies died of natural causes at Stony Brook University Medical Center on Long Island, according to his rep.

Robertson was 88 years old.

A successful star throughout the '50s, Robertson had his first memorable role in 1963 as a young John F. Kennedy in the World War II drama PT 109.

In 1968, he won the best actor Oscar for Charly, a movie based on the short story Flowers for Algernon, reprising a part he originally played for TV.

He returned to prominence and garnered renewed attention as Tobey Maguire's kindly Uncle Ben Parker in the original Spider-Man and two sequels.

The infamous oak tree that Tiger Woods drove into that fateful night has met a fate similar to that of his golf career. It's gone down hard.

It was Thanksgiving night in November 2009 when Woods - hopped up on painkillers and reportedly fleeing Elin Nordegren - hopped in his Escalade and plowed into the tree, which sat in his neighbor's yard.

Well, new neighbors moved in recently and tore the thing down.

The construction company that did the work on the property said the tree was in terrible shape ever since the crash. The new peeps decided to get rid of it in spite of (or perhaps because of) its status as a memento of Tiger's affair with Rachel Uchitel.

A new tree will be planted soon, according to TMZ.

For now, though, there's just a portable John sitting there, allowing workmen to relieve themselves on the very spot where Tiger Woods' career went down the toilet.

A new twist has been added to the death of Russell Armstrong.

TMZ confirms that Alan Schram, a business associate and friend of the late Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-star, also killed himself last week, just 24 hours after Russell did the same. Schram's body, with a self-inflicted gunshot to the head, was found on August 16, outside of his parked car on Mulholland Drive.

Schram was the managing partner of a Los-Angeles based hedgefund and was part of Tiger 21, an organization of wealthy individuals who discussed investments together. Russell was also reportedly a member of this club.

The reasons behind Armstrong's suicide will never be fully understood, but the man definitely had money problems. He was facing a $1.5 million lawsuit at the time of his death and was laid to rest on Wednesday.
