Catholic League president Bill Donohue will not be raising a pint of Guinness in honor of St. Patrick’s Day this week.

With Sam Adams, Guinness, and Heineken all having opted NOT to sponsor the St. Patrick’s Day parades in New York and Boston this week - because those in charge barred LGBT groups from participating - Donohue has called for a boycott of all three companies.

“None of these companies believe in diversity,” Donohue wrote on the Catholic League website, not trying to be ironic.

Yummy Guinness

"No gay person has ever been barred from marching in any St. Patrick’s Day parade, anymore than the parade bans pro-life Catholics or vegetarian Catholics," he added.

"They simply cannot march under their own banner. The parade has one cause: honoring St. Patrick. Those who disagree do not have to march - that’s what diversity is all about."

Sadie Robertson of Duck Dynasty fame says fame is transient, but faith is forever. Wise beyond her years, the Louisiana teenager strives to remain grounded.

Sadie Robertson, John Luke Robertson

While Miley Cyrus makes news for Twerking and posing topless and Justin Bieber acts like a jerk around the clock, this youngster is going the opposite route.

"I think people use fame as an excuse to lose their faith," said Sadie (above, with brother John Luke). "Faith is obviously my number one priority."

"I think you need to put God at the top."

The overnight success of her family's hit A&E show has put Robertson in the spotlight, and the teenager is using her fame to help promote family values.

If you watch Duck Dynasty online, you know this is the crux of the show for Sadie, parents Willie and Korie Robertson, and the rest of the family.

"When we began Duck Dynasty, we weren't starting it for fame," the 16-year-old Sadie said. "We started it to get the message of God out there."

Candace Cameron-Bure wants her Facebook haters to know that she sees their comments and is not impressed with the vitriol regarding her religious beliefs.

Having joined the Dancing with the Stars cast for Season 18, the former Full House star is back in the spotlight, and for her, this hasn't been totally positive.

"[L]ately, as my FB page has been growing rapidly with new 'likes,' it’s becoming a sensitive issue for me to post because of the dread in my heart," she wrote.

"Knowing I am going to get discouraging comments," she says, makes it less fun to even post on her page, which has more than half a million Likes.

"[A]ll I see is a bunch of religious people throwing around bible verses attacking each other," she writes, with non-religious people then going after them for it.

Cameron defended her religious beliefs, but said that is is never her intention to make her Facebook page all about them or to cause any sort of controversy:

Leah Remini is once again speaking out about her much-talked about decision to leave the Church of Scientology last summer. Why did she do it?

In an interview with Buzzfeed, she cites "dozens" of factors that led to her July 2013 exit, but none as important as her 9-year-old daughter, Sofia.

"She was getting to the age where the acclimation into the Church would have to start," Remini explains, referring to Scientology's "auditing" process.

That brought up memories of the actress' own experience with the Church as a child, and how it affected her relationship with her mother, Vicki.

Vicki moved the family to a Scientology compound in Clearwater, Fla., shortly before Remini's 10th birthday, and spent a lot of time at the Church.

"I started thinking of my own childhood and how I grew up resenting my mother because she was never home," she says of that time in her life.

Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer (R) has vetoed legislation that would've allowed state businesses to discriminate against same-sex couples on religious grounds.

She said the Arizona "religious freedom" bill, which became a national talking point, had "the potential to create more problems than it purports to solve."

"Senate Bill 1062 does not address a specific or present concern related to religious liberty in Arizona," she said of the controversial bill passed this month.

"I have not heard one example of business owners' religious liberty [being] violated."

Brewer said she understands proponents' position, but believes passing such a bill would devastatingly divide Arizona in ways no one would ever want.

The Arizona state legislature passed the bill, known as SB 1062, last week.

Almost as soon as it did, it came under intense criticism from activists, lawmakers and business interests both in Arizona and across the nation.

When the Church of Satan wants nothing to do with you, that's a sign you likely took it too far, whatever it is you were doing. Such is life for Miranda Barbour.

The self-proclaimed serial killer is defaming the group's name and reputation, the high priest for the Church of Satan believes. Seriously. She's pure evil.

Barbour, a.k.a. the Craigslist Killer, confessed to committing between 22 and 99 murders, saying the Devil compelled her to kill after she joined a cult.

High Priest of the Church of Satan Peter H. Gilmore says this is B.S.

He can't vouch for her cult claims, but he says that the official Church of Satan has never had any involvement with her, nor would they. Ever.

Gilmore tells TMZ that true Satanists don't believe in murder (not even sacrifices), and if Barbour is truly a murderer she should be given the death penalty.

Sean Lowe's stint on The Bachelor clearly worked out for the best, but it's also not what he is all about, the newly-married star says in a new video.

Featured in a 12-minute short film for the Christian nonprofit I Am Second, Lowe says he worried that he was going against his faith by dating 25 women at once.

He started as a contestant on Emily Maynard's season of The Bachelorette; His sister, Shay, applied on his behalf; he himself was resistant to the idea.

"Never in a million years did I think I would do a cheesy reality TV show about love," the Texan says, noting that it definitely changed for him, and soon.

"After about four or five weeks of getting to spend time with the Bachelorette, I thought, 'I kind of like being around her,'" he recalls of falling for Emily Maynard.

"'Wow, I'm actually developing feelings for this girl when there are all these cameras around. This is kinda nuts. I can see myself being her husband.'"

The American Atheists have taken some attention away from the Seattle Seahawks, the Denver Broncos and even the Puppy Bowl X roster this week.

The organization launched a billboard near Metlife Stadium in New Jersey yesterday, one that mocks the idea of prayer in sports by featuring a priest in eye black and the tagline:

A ‘Hail Mary’ only works in football. Enjoy the game!

Atheists Billboard

“Prayer is superstition, plain and simple,” said American Atheists President David Silverman. “It trivializes the dedication of the players and takes away from their achievements."

Pope Francis has achieved a new milestone, joining generations of influential figures in the worlds of politics, pop culture and life who have covered Rolling Stone.

The 266th and current of the Roman Catholic Church, who cracks a smile and waves to the camera in the cover photo, has become a rock star of sorts.

Perhaps it's not surprising that he's the first pontiff to be treated as such ...

Pope Francis Rolling Stone Cover

The cover story? An appropriately titled homage to Bob Dylan's classic song, and Francis' new reign, "Pope Francis: The Times They Are A-Changin.'"

The article offers readers a peek "inside the Pope's gentle revolution."

"Since his election last March, Francis has consistently confounded expectations with the simplest of gestures," writer Mark Binelli explains of the 77-year-old.

Whether he's paying his own bills, kissing disfigured strangers, joking at his own expense or spreading a message of inclusion, Francis has won wide acclaim.

It's not just Rolling Stone. Pope Francis is Time's Person of the Year for 2013, and was also given such an honor by The Advocate for his views on gays.

A blasphemous video of Sarah Silverman hanging out with her feminist BFF, Jesus Christ, has hit the Internet this week. You can imagine the response.

In the five-minute clip, she bonds with Christ over an NCIS marathon, a back rub and a discussion of some of life's enduring mysteries and debated topics.

Including when life begins. Not at conception, the Messiah informs her, but at age 40. Watch her not-subtle take on women's reproductive rights below:

The video promotes "V to Shining V," a national reproductive-rights pride day scheduled for September 28. Rallies are planned for all 50 state capitals.

Silverman has tread this progressive political path before with her outrageous clips that draw predictably polarized reactions. Plenty of people love her.

Others hate her ... like really, really despise her.

No matter how disrespectful her envelope-pushing efforts, the coverage and commentary she receives from critics is so vile that this is tame by comparison.

Ironic. As is the fact that the intense backlash only bolsters such efforts from Silverman, who seems to embrace the rage she feeds rather than tone it down.

No idea why she had to drag TV's #1 drama into this issue, however. Liberal or conservative, religious or Athiest, who doesn't love to watch NCIS online?!

Seriously. Let's come together, not grow apart.
