Having already overcome a dangerous foot injury, Kim Kardashian is getting down to Dancing with the Stars business.

The large-boobed reality TV star told Us Weekly that she's been practicing her moves for the show on boyfriend Reggie Bush.

"I went to New Orleans a few days ago... just for the night," she said. "I have a brace that helps me with my posture and I was wearing it and he was looking at me like I was crazy."

Kim Kardashian likes to dance for Reggie Bush. We bet she does!

From there, Kim got really personal.

"I was doing my full dance in front of him, but it's hard because I kind of have to teach him and I'm just learning myself - so I couldn't confuse him. He gets so excited."

Somewhere, Ray J nodded in agreement, having experienced that feeling many times himself with Kardashian.

Kim Kardashian performed with The Pussycat Dolls Friday night in Las Vegas.

But the topic of conversation was whether or not this sex tape star's own dirty-word-for-vagina would be reserved for Reggie Bush for the rest of her life.

"I think I finally made the right choice. He's just a really sweet, normal guy," Kardashian said of her football-playing beau, telling People Magazine that the couple talks about marriage.

The running back wasn't with Kim when she performed with the the scantily-clad singing group inside Pure Nightclub, but she did text him a preview of that evening's outfit (pictured above and below).

"I did iChat him and I had my costume on for his approval," she said. "I did my whole dance for him when I was practicing last night. He thought it was so cute."

Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush took part in the Matt Leinart Foundation's second annual celebrity bowling night benefit last night.

Bush and Lenairt were college teammates at USC, but Kim had her mind on the baby-filled backfield that her and Bush would someday preside over.

“It is something Reggie [Bush] and I have talked about. When you’re that close to someone, it’s always going to come up,” Kardashian responded to a question about having children. “I don’t want to adopt — that’s my personal choice. If I am blessed to have kids of my own, then I want to do that."

Kim also said she "can’t imagine anything less" than six kids because that's what she grew up with.

That's five more kids than she has sex tapes with Ray J. Just sayin.

According to The New York Post, the New Orleans Saints running back is pressuring Kim Kardashian to get rid of some of the junk in her famous trunk.

A source told Page Six that Kardashian has been working out like crazy these days at the request of her boyfriend, as the insider simply says: "He's been pushing her to work out hard."

Reggie Bush to Kim Kardashian: Lose the weight, not the boobs.

For example, on Sunday Kim was overheard telling a friend at the opening of FUSE nightclub in Nashville that Bush made her run the dunes at Manhattan Beach in California. It could be worse for her, though.

But your former girlfriend and sex tape partner, Kim Kardashian, appears to be as serious as one can get about Reggie Bush. Consider what she said recently when asked about tying the proverbial knot with the football star.

"That's definitely where we are heading," Kardashian stated at a taping for Celebrity Family Feud in Los Angeles Saturday. "I think that when you spend so much time with someone who is such a big part of your life, that's definitely the future."

Kim added that the New Orleans Saints running back is "the best," likely causing Chargers running back LaDainian Tomlinson to take exception to that statement.

Quarterback: Tony Romo. You'd think his girlfriend putting a jinx on his team would be enough of a reason for Romo to dump Jessica Simpson, but the pair was recently spotted out together. Again. We can only think of three reasons why:

Simpson's left boob, her right boob and her fatherly boob.

Third base: Alex Rodriguez. We know, he cheated on his wife, Cynthia Rodriguez. But A-Rod is whipped by society. Every action is choreographed and every word is politically correct because the man is afraid to be himself.

The man is more stiff in public than he was with Joslyn Noel Morse.

Back-up quarterback: If Tom Brady is seen holding Gisele's purse a few more times, perhaps he can supplant Romo as the club's starter.

Manager: Tiger Woods. He doesn't seem whipped at all. We just wanted an excuse to mention Elin Nordegren.

Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush may dislike the celebrity gossip spotlight, but they have a funny way of showing it: Kim continues to give interviews about the duo's relationship.

"We try to be super low key," Kardashian told the Sport Illustrated's Extra Mustard column. "We know if we go to an event, we're gonna be photographed, but he'll still say 'ugh, I don't want to go.' "

Kim added that her athletic boy toy "only gets annoyed when we're out and about and we get followed."

Kim Kardashian and Reggie Bush are officially dubbed "Kush."

Of course, being the loving, understanding girlfriend that she is, Kardashian never places Reggie in any uncomfortable situations in front of a camera. Oh, wait, that's entirely incorrect: he's appeared on her reality show, Keeping up with the Kardashians.

"He's such a big part of my life that you can't not be on the show if you're in my life," she said. "I'm glad we filmed the show during his season, because he was only on every now and then."

"I hate the paparazzi. I honestly do. [Kim Kardashian] knows I don't like it, but it comes with the territory," Bush said. " I deal with it. It doesn't make me view her any different, it's part of her life and so you just deal with it, but I hate it."

Kim, however, has tried to help her man stay calm during the storm of entertainment news reporters.

"I'm giving him tons of blow jobs a few tips here and there. We try not to take it too seriously. The paparazzi are really an invasion of privacy that you're never really ready for but you learn to adapt to it and not really pay too much attention to it."
