Kim and Reggie snacked on ice cream and then headed to a hotel for some real dessert, if you know what we mean!!!

The pre-game hype for Super Bowl XLIII can finally begin.

If it were up to Kim Kardashian, friends and family would be offering their kongratulations on an engagement to Reggie Bush.

"Of course, I would say yes!" Kardashian told Us Weekly about her response if Bush asked for her hand and large breasts in marriage.

Will Reggie Bush make an honest, often-clothed woman out of Kim Kardashian?

Kim said that she and the NFL star, who have been dating since April 2007, have been thinking about their nuptials for awhile.

"We are totally happy, and we have a great relationship, and it's definitely where things are heading," Kardashian said. "But hopefully it will be a surprise!"

Is Kim Kardashian posing adorably with Reggie Bush in the hospital one second... only to sell photos of herself and her man to celebrity gossip tabloids the next second?

According to sources, the giant-breasted reality TV star is selling out her injured boyfriend.

"Kim was peddling pictures of Reggie Bush partying with her in Vegas while he's supposedly 'injured'," an insider told MSNBC.

Bush is sidelined for a couple weeks with a knee injury. But the source claims Kardashian is hoping to spin the running back's ailment to her benefit.

"She is trying to make it out to look like he isn't hurt, that he's pulling a fast one on his team and just partying it up with her instead of being with the Saints. You could argue if he's well enough to party in Vegas, he could at least show his support on the sidelines, but selling pictures? That's pretty low, too."

Some dude crashed Kim Kardashian's 28th birthday party Saturday night - her actual birthday was October 21 - in Las Vegas, but she definitely didn't mind.

No, it wasn't Ray J. She may have objected to that.

Her NFL star boyfriend Reggie Bush, whose New Orleans Saints played without him in London as he recovers from knee surgery, popped in unannounced!

Kim Kardashian, sisters Khloe and Kourtney, pal Robin Antin and others, were partying in a hotel room at the Luxor on Saturday night when the doorbell rang just a half hour before they were to head down to the nightclub LAX.

When Kim opened the door, there stood Reggie Bush, who the Saints coaching staff had given the OK to fly to Vegas at the last minute. OMG! So cute.

On her actual big day, Kim was in the hospital with Reggie, who had surgery that morning. So it's only fitting that the running back returned the favor.

Of the special birthday surprise, Kim told E! Online, "We had the best time! It was a birthday I will never forget. He wins the best boyfriend award!"

Reggie Bush damaged the meniscus in his left knee yesterday, an injury that will cause the New Orleans running back to undergo arthroscopic surgery and miss three to four weeks of action.

But don't worry, Saints fans, Kim Kardashian will make sure her man follows a rigorous rehab program. We hear she has the following exercises in mind...

• Sex tape remaking (20 minutes, 3-4 times/week): Helps relieve pressure on hips, lower back, penis.
• Reality TV watching (one hour, once/week): Viewing episodes of Keeping Up with the Kardashians will test Bush's gag reflex.
• Letter writing (two hours, 5 times/week): Personal rebukes of every viewer that dared to vote Kardashian off Dancing with the Stars ought to help Bush keep wrists loose.
• Kontemplation of K-names (kountless hours): With engagement rumors flying around himself and Kim, time spent thinking of names for future children is a mental exercise more difficult than memorizing any formation in the Saints playbook.

During his most recent NFL picks feature, Simmons pointed out the most effective way to stop Kim Kardashian's boyfriend, Reggie Bush, who is tied for the league lead with eight touchdowns this season. We'll let him share it with readers:

[During a] Saints road game, what if the home team handed out "faces on a stick," only the face on the stick belonged to Ray J, the guy who made the sex tape with Kim Kardashian? How could that NOT mess with Reggie's head?

You know that tape just kills him and continues to kill him. Why? BECAUSE HIS FIANCEE MADE A SEX TAPE WITH ANOTHER GUY!!!! Or what if the home team went a step further and hired Ray J to actually sing the national anthem before the game? These are the ideas we need to spice up the NFC South.

Sounds like a great idea to us. We're sure Ray J has some free time on his hands.

NFL opponents aren't taking advantage of a golden opportunity to get inside Reggie Bush's head... by showing Ray J getting inside Kim Kardashian.

At 4:35 Tuesday morning, Kim Kardashian posted an engagement announcement on her MySpace page. It implied that boyfriend Reggie Bush had proposed by placing a ring inside her dessert. Just one problem:

"She doesn't have a Facebook page," said Kardashian's representative, shooting down the rumor that her and Reggie had finalized plans to tie the knot.

While Kardashian and Bush may not be officially engaged, the reality TV star - and really bad dancer - admitted in June that marriage is on the table between the couple.

"That's something that we do talk about," she said. "I think that when you spend so much time with someone who is such a big part of your life, that's definitely the future."

Reggie Bush has definitely seen Kim Kardashian nude. We're just sayin.
