The Real Housewives of Atlanta Recap: Guess What? I'm Rich!
The Real Housewives of Atlanta took a trip to Miami this week and set the town on fire! Well, not exactly. But we'll recap it for you regardless, THG +/ style!
After a solid Season Four premiere, this may have been the most boring trip for any of the Housewives franchises. NeNe takes Kandi and Cynthia down for some time in the sun and sand but there's little fun to be had. Minus 10 for a yawn inducing segment.
The funniest part is that it's more of a girls weekend than expected as Miami is hosting a Lesbian Pride event. Plus 8 because that's not what these ladies were expecting. This prompts a conversation about who is willing to bat for the other team. Neither NeNe or Cynthia are willing but Kandi says she's open to it, but just sex, not a relationship.
But Kandi is really focused on finding NeNe a new man. Minus 10. Does anyone remember that she's still married? I know she's separated but that doesn't mean divorced. What's the rush?
As we rehash last week's NeNe / Sheree fight, as I'm sure we will for many weeks to come, Kandi wants to know if NeNe really told Sheree she was rich. "I told her I'm rich. Guess what? I am."
NeNe can't stop flaunting her newfound wealth but can she really afford that $9 million pad in Miami? Minus 7. This girl needs to slow down before she can no longer tell people how rich she is.
Phaedra's continuing to follow her new passion for dead people. Not surprising her husband questions this new interest. Plus 5 for someone having some sense. She wants him to be a part of her venture. Perhaps he can pick up the dead bodies or learn to be an embalmer. Ah, no.
Sister Wives Recap: Boston, Here They Come
Sister Wives took the show on the road this week.
In the wake of a more serious episode that saw them discuss polygamist leader Warren Jeffs, TLC's big happy polygamist family drama went road-trippin' last night.
The occasion was a panel discussion that Kody Brown and his four wives, Meri, Christine, Janelle and Robyn, agreed to attend at the request of a lecturer they met.
Despite fears of facing a hostile audience, the fab five and the four oldest Brown children (Mariah, Logan, Aspyn and Madison) ventured out to the East Coast ...
The family first went out to dinner with Danielle, the pastor who invited them out and arranged this, and some college students to prep them for the panel discussion.
Kody and the wives answered questions (at times personal ones) and a gay student, who worries that the Brown family wouldn't accept him, learns it's not the case.
"How can we say we don't accept your lifestyle, but please accept ours? We're not like that," says Christine, earning rave reviews from the student and her audience.
Dirty Soap Season Finale Recap: Let's Go Camping and Talk About Relationships!
On the season finale of Dirty Soap, Fary tried to set Nadia Bjorlin up with a guy, JP and Farah hit a turning point in their relationship, and everyone went camping.
Kelly Monaco, meanwhile, prepares for life after General Hospital - funny that this is a new reality show about a declining genre - by better building up her brand.
Whatever that means. She's trying to branch out, let's just leave it at that.
Also, Kirsten Storms (pictured) is still MIA, but not forgotten. Get well girl.
Tension between John-Paul Lavoisier and Farah Fath begins early when he says, at a group dinner, that he will never wear a wedding ring. Passive-aggressive much?
Farah gets upset, and asks if he’s scared to move out to L.A. with her. He says she is the only reason he would move there, but still seems willing to take the plunge.
Brandon Beemer plans a fun, totally non-scripted-by-E! camping trip for the gang to attend. Everyone, sans Kirsten of course, sets up camp near the beach to chill.
There, Farah’s friend Danny asks Nadia about her mom and Brandon, and if her mother Fary is one of the reasons why she and Brandon aren't already married.
She says yes, basically, and he tells her to live life for her, no one else. Farah talks with Jenna about being career oriented and managing work and family life.
Kelly Monaco interjects, saying she would love to be a mother one day.
Piers Morgan Resigns as America's Got Talent Judge
America might have talent. But it no longer has Piers Morgan as a reality show judge.
“I’m leaving America’s Got Talent after 6 wonderful years,” Morgan Tweeted last night, following an announcement on his CNN talk show.“Turned out that juggling’s harder than it looks, so I’m going to focus on CNN.”
Morgan went on to thank “NBC, Fremantle, and of course, my friend Simon Cowell, for giving me such a great opportunity. It’s been a blast.”
No word yet on who might replace this panelist, but first chime in: Will you miss Piers Morgan on America's Got Talent?

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Recap: Dr. Paul's Beauty Shop of Horrors
The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills ventured into a day of beauty and a night filled with spirits on this week's episode. Which of these women is afraid of ghosts?
We'll break it all down for you in THG's +/- review!
Paul offers all the ladies a special night of beauty at his plastic surgery clinic. Plus 10 for the generous offer but not everyone partakes of his skills. Lisa simply shows up to watch and gossip. Kim Richards actually attends.
Does anyone else notice this is one of the few events Kim has made the time for these days. Of course she arrives 20 minutes late. Hey, that's really pretty good for Kim so Plus 5.
One of the scarier moments of the night is watching Kim drive on her way there. Talk about a distracted driver. She's lucky to make it there alive. But Dr. Paul has some ideas about that.
Before Paul adds some botox to Kim's face he gets a run down on her current medications. it's quite the laundry list: Trazadone, Topomax, and Lexipo.
That sounds like quite the cocktail. Paul talks to Kim about having her medications reevaluated and the importance of never mixing them with alcohol.
He also points out the drugged state she's walking around in, something Kim's not completely aware of herself. Plus 20 for being forthright and responsible as both a friend and a doctor. Hopefully Kim will take his advice.
Sister Wives Recap: About That Warren Jeffs Guy ...
Sister Wives did a little preemptive damage control last night.
In the wake of the prosecution of infamous polygamist leader Warren Jeffs, TLC's big happy family drama decided to tackle the self-proclaimed "prophet" head on.
So what do Kody Brown and the girls think about the guy?
Kody's friends Andy and Nicole - who are monogamous right now, but were raised in and still believe in plural marriage - come to visit Nevada from Utah.
Andy wants to talk to Kody about dating a woman as a married man, as he has six kids and wonders about pursuing a younger woman with no children.
He also considers the Browns to effectively be in a divorce since the wives live in different houses, but that would just be weird otherwise. And awkward.
At home, Mykelti tells mom Christine how proud she is of her family.
It's true that for the Browns, they are surprisingly open about their lifestyle and that takes a lot of courage, no matter what you think of the way they live.
Dirty Soap Recap: More Monster-in-Law Drama
This week on Dirty Soap, tension lingered between John-Paul Lavoisier and Farah Fath, while Nadia Bjorlin and Brandon Beemer finally confronted her mother.
Kelly Monaco? She made a General Hospital fan's life.
Kirsten Storms? She's still MIA. Get well girl.
We begin with Farah and JP. She is basically doing the overbearing thing, in his mind, trying to get him to change up his wardrobe and the like (although let's be honest, he could use a little help), and he's being pushed to the edge.
When you tell the camera your girl "sucks the life force out of you," that's generally not a good sign for a relationship. Clearly she has a strong and difficult personality.
Brandon suggests he pick his battles, but he's got a different situation on his hands where he might want to try that. Of course, it's hard to tell off your girl's mother.
Luckily, Farah gets the hint and promises she'll try to back off JP a bit.
Nadia's mom Fary, however? That resolution is less likely to happen.
Brandon’s parents are coming for a visit, and Fary doesn't respect them ... he’s garbage and came from garbage. Brutal stuff right there, but she's a brutal individual.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta Season Premiere Recap: New Deals, Old Feuds & Blinged-Out Funerals
The Real Housewives of Atlanta came back in style as the ladies all showed off their new ventures in Sunday's fourth season premiere. Covering everything from babies and modeling to sex and death, THG breaks it down in our + or - review ...
Kim's living large, really large.
In her eighth month of pregnancy, Kim's cooing about Kroy, her baby daddy and her brand new McMansion complete with a pool, basketball court, and movie theater. Plus 10 for finding a home with plenty of space for her wigs.
Pregnancy agrees with Kim. It's the best excuse to complain that her breasts are too heavy and lounge around in bed all day. Plus 5 for realizing that being pregnant isn't a free pass to eat. Of course that doesn't stop her from sending the kids off to get her some baked ziti with jalapenos and sour cream and onion potato chips.
Unfortunately, Sweetie put the gold plate in the microwave. Minus 8. It's always such a bitch when the help does that.
NeNe's still riding high off of her Celebrity Apprentice run. She says Trump taught her the importance of negotiating which comes in handy when she goes to buy Bryson a car.
NeNe's getting divorced and her 21-year-old son won't move out on his own but life is good because she can write the $13,500 check to buy the new Charger. Plus 10 for knowing how to look on the bright side.
Jennifer Arnold and Bill Klein, TLC's Little Couple, Suffer Miscarriage
Joy has turned to despair for the stars of TLC's The Little Couple.
Soon after the couple, who successfully transferred an embryo to their surrogate, learned that encouraging news, the surrogate miscarried their unborn child.
Dr. Jennifer Arnold and Bill Klein, who both have a bone-growth disorder that causes dwarfism, have documented their long road to parenthood on the show.
Arnold and Klein, who are married, say they decided to use a surrogate to have a baby, because of the challenges a pregnancy could pose to her health.
On The Little Couple season finale, they learned their surrogate was expecting.
"After we got pregnant, the craziness ensued with us wondering what to do with the baby's room, making sure our surrogate was getting her vitamins," Klein says.
But since filming their happy visit to the doctor, the pair's surrogate lost the pregnancy. Klein had to contact his wife, a neonatologist at Texas Children's Hospital.
"I didn't want her to be the last person to find out. Ugly or happy, it needs to be told. It was a very tough day, and Jen took it harder than she originally expected."
Dancing With the Stars Recap: Ricki, You're So Fine
The seventh week of Dancing With the Stars' 13th season saw the return of the group dance, along with some decidedly spooky performances on Halloween night.
Who sizzled? Who fizzled? Could anyone top J.R. Martinez and Ricki Lake? Was Maksim Chmerkovskiy heating up the dance floor instead of just getting heated?
Let's find out in THG's weekly DWTS recap ...
Ricki Lake, showing off the results of her recent weight loss, turned in her best dance, paso doble that showed no evidence of the nerve injury she's been fighting.
No 10s for her (or anyone), but she stole the show, as usual, posting the best solo score of the night (27) and helping her team earn a 3-point group dance win.
J.R. Martinez, thought of by many as her chief challenge for the Mirror Ball, didn't quite match Ricki Monday. Len Goodman called his performance "substandard."
DWTS also aired video of J.R. and Karina Smirnoff getting testy backstage, though they ended up working it out and hugging it out. We think he'll survive tonight.
As for the rest of the field? Rob Kardashian isn't going anywhere, either, turning in his best dance of the season on the same day Kim Kardashian filed for divorce.
