Matt Fiddes, Former Michael Jackson Bodyguard, Says MJ Tried to Have Brother Randy Killed
Michael Jackson's former bodyguard Matt Fiddes claims that the late King of Pop once tried to have members of his inner circle kill Randy Jackson.
His brother, not the portly American Idol personality of the same name.
In the interview with The Sun (UK), Fiddes claims that Michael was intensely paranoid and "caught in a war with his brothers for years, They were all desperate to sign him up to a $500 million deal for a Jackson 5 reunion tour."
Fiddes explained that the eccentric Michael eventually grew fearful of his sibling.
"Things reached a head when Randy was trying to force his way past the bodyguards to speak to him in one of his rented homes. Michael ordered him to be shot."
Of course, no one shot Randy, who is alive and (presumably) well right now.
Fiddes adds, "[Michael] was out of mind on drugs and luckily Randy was OK."
"Randy was so scared he got on the phone and threatened to call the press. He told the bodyguards, 'If you shoot me the whole world will know about it.'"
Fiddes also claims MJ despised Madonna and poked holes in a Voodoo doll of Steven Spielberg. None of his accusations have been corroborated.

Randy Jackson on New Michael Songs: FAKE!!!
Michael Jackson's brother Randy went OFF on Twitter last night, stoking the flames of the debate among fans and family members over Michael's "new" music.
Swearing some songs on Sony's upcoming Michael album are fake, he writes "Some of the songs are him, and some aren't. I would be [sic] my life on that."
"I know this may seem harsh, but this is the truth, as I know it..."
Every expert, including forensic voice specialists, who analyzed the tracks said the voice on "Breaking News" is MJ's, but Randy Jackson is undeterred.
Undeterred and conspiratorial: "But what's worse ... is that my brother isn't here, and these people are more concerned about making money off his death. They could care less about why and how he died, or maybe they already know."
Randy also claims MJ's executors "didn't care about quality or how complete the vocals were." That's a different argument, one we also heard from will.i.am in lamenting the album release, but it doesn't mean it's not him.
Are the songs really fake, though? Listen after the jump and see ...
Randy Jackson on Parents' Interview: O, Hell No!
Randy Jackson, the late Michael Jackson's brother, is seriously pissed about his parents' interview with Oprah. Why? Because he says O had it out for MJ.
After Joe and Katherine Jackson invited Oprah Winfrey out to the Jacksons' family compound in Encino, Calif., for an interview, Randy Tweeted his disapproval.
RJ thinks Oprah tried to put his brother in jail and that she tried to blatantly use her influence to poison the jury in the Michael Jackson molestation trial.
Michael and Randy Jackson were always close.
Randy recalls Oprah doing a show about pedophilia during jury deliberations for his brother's famous molestation case, and, as he puts it, "That was no coincidence."
Randy says O "is the last person on earth [Michael] would want around his children" and had no idea the interview, which he calls a bad mistake, was going on.
If true, he makes a valid point. The air date for the interview is not yet known, but we have a hunch at least one family member won't be glued to the TV set.
Katherine Jackson Really Wants Former Daughter-in-Law, Grandkids Out
As we previously reported, Michael Jackson's mother Katherine wants four of her grandchildren and their mom to move out so she can care for MJ's kids.
Prince, Paris and Blanket are under Katherine's guardianship, but her mansion currently houses Alejandra Jackson and her four children as well, and it's chaos.
The family housing feud began when the matriarch asked Alejandra and her four kids to move out, because they're just too much to handle for Katherine, 80.
She has two kids (Jermajesty and Jaafar) by Jermaine Jackson and two others (Donte and Randy Jr.) by Randy Jackson, who had a heart attack this week.
The deal is this: Katherine and the Michael Jackson estate have offered to let Alejandra and her brood move into a nearby condo owned by Michael Jackson.
Alejandra has lawyered up, however, and while all Katherine wants is a confidentiality agreement, Alejandra wants better digs and a big financial settlement.
Another day, another dose of Jackson family drama.
Katherine needs Alejandra and her kids to move so she can care for Michael's kids, and is reportedly ready to play hardball over it - condo or the highway.
Sources close to the family say Katherine cares deeply for the four grandchildren but is not about to be held hostage by someone who has no legal claim.
Jermaine Jackson does owe Alejandra back child support, but Katherine sees that as her son's problem, not hers. Plus, Katherine is living on an allowance.
Michael left 40 percent of his estate to Katherine, but paid out in increments, with the remainder going to Paris, Prince and Blanket when she passes away.
Therefore, she doesn't have access to a lump sum for a payoff and the executors of MJ's estate aren't going to cover Jermaine and Randy's obligations.
Basically, it could get ugly for Katherine. Like, worse than Joe Jackson blaming Michael's death on her ugly. But don't underestimate this strong woman.
Randy Jackson Hospitalized After Heart Attack
Randy Jackson - Michael's younger brother, not the ring leader of the American Idol dawg pound - was hospitalized in Pasadena yesterday with chest pains.
Later, E! confirmed that the 48-year-old had a mild heart attack.
"Randy was admitted to the hospital yesterday," the ailing Jackson's assistant said. "He will be staying overnight. He suffered from a mild heart attack."
"Thank you for your concern. He is doing as well as expected."
As if this month wasn't difficult enough for the family, with the anniversary of Michael's death next week and Conrad Murray's court proceedings underway.
The singer checked into Huntington Memorial Hospital around noon yesterday and remains there Wednesday, where he is awaiting additional test results.
The media wasted no time in swarming the hospital Tuesday night, and hospital spokeswoman Andrea Stalding released only the bare minimum statement:
"By law, I can only confirm patients that are in our hospital database," she said, refusing to confirm whether or not Randy was being treated at the time.
The incident came one day after he appeared with siblings La Toya and Jermaine to watch a judge allow Dr. Conrad Murray to keep his medical license.
Also on hand for that court date? Parents Joe and Katherine Jackson - just days after Joe blamed Michael's death on Katherine. It's been a rough week.
Earlier this month, Randy tweeted his frustrations with the ongoing battle to protect his brother's legacy and his own difficulty dealing with Michael's death.
"How do I cope?" he wrote. "I have a strong Christian faith & find power in prayer ... although this month is hard." It only gets harder too, sometimes.
Here's wishing Randy a fast, full recovery.
