Kate Middleton's pregnancy certainly looked flawless, and apparently the actual experience of welcoming Prince George into the world wasn't far off.

In October's Vanity Fair, sources close to the Duchess of Cambridge reveal that her birth plan went exactly according to plan ... doesn't it figure?

"She spoke to some of her best girlfriends after the birth and described the birth as perfect," a source told Vanity Fair's longtime royal reporter Katie Nicholl.

"She said it was straightforward and there were no complications. She wanted a natural birth and she was so happy she was able to have one."

This on top of the fact that throughout her entire first pregnancy, Kate Middleton, 31, only looked pregnant from the front with a perfect baby bump.

Jack Osbourne’s wife Lisa Stelly has tragically suffered a late term miscarriage, the couple confirmed on her blog Raddest Mom late Thursday.

Titling it "Unfortunate Announcement," she began her post: "I have been dreading this announcement. I needed some time before being able to say it."

Suffice it to say, new motherhood agrees with Kate Middleton.

Earlier this week, fans got our their look at her post-baby body weight loss, and it basically looks as if she never had a baby, much less just five weeks ago.

Now, for an encore, she attended her first public event since welcoming Prince George into the world, and was radiant as ever with husband William:

On Friday, the duo attended the Ring O'Fire Ultra Marathon in Anglesey, Wales, and were all smiles as they mingled with well-wishers before the race.

"Both looked genuinely happy to be there," an onlooker said of Prince William and Kate Middleton. "There was lots of laughter from the new parents."

"Many locals thanked them for being there."

16 and Pregnant star Nikkole Paulun is answering allegations that she did not really give birth to a stillborn child after people said it was all a hoax.

Nicole, 19, tells Radar that the heartbreaking story is sadly true. Moreover, medical records dated July 28 confirm she did in fact have a stillborn son.

She was admitted to a Michigan hospital’s obstetrics wing where she had blood tests, anesthesia and an array of drugs including penicillin and oxytocin.

Among the many charges totaling more than $7,000 is an especially heart-rending entry for the delivery of a child who would never get to know his mom.

Doing some shopping at her local Waitrose supermarket in Anglesey, Wales, Kate Middleton revealed a stunningly slim post-baby body on Monday.

The 31-year-old dressed casually in a white and black striped shirt, black skinny jeans, flats and her hair pulled up in a ponytail, looking gorgeous as ever.

This is not to imply that Kate needed to lose baby weight in any particular time frame, or at all, in order to remain beautiful. But she has, and she is.

Her secret? Breastfeeding, yoga and genetics.

A woman in the UK recently woke up from a coma to discover she was 12 weeks pregnant with a child who somehow survived the crash that nearly killed her.

The baby was carried to term and is now 12 weeks old!

Despite major head injuries that left her unable to remember the previous three years of her life (including who the father was), Gemma Holmes is thrilled.

It's a miracle she even lived to see it. In fact, she named her son Ruben Miracle. The reasons are obvious, given what she went through to see him.

Holmes was tossed from her moped into a pole and was not expected to survive the traumatic crash. Her mother was told she was 12 weeks pregnant.

Germany will allow babies born with no clear gender-determining anatomy to be put on the national birth register without a "male" or "female" classification.

The "third gender option" takes effect November 1.

A study by the German Ethics Council concluded that the rights of intersex individuals against irreversible medical interventions should be better protected.

"If a child cannot be designated male or female, then they should be entered on the birth register without such a status," the country's new law states.

At least 150 intersex babies are born in Germany each year up to 10,000 people have "serious variations" from physical gender-defining characteristics.
