In a truly startling turn of events, a member of Bravo's Real Housewives franchise has admitted to going under the knife.

Jacqueline Laurita made the admission last night on Watch What Happens Live, using the interview to discuss her tummy tuck and neck lift and hype the services of Dr. Brent Moelleken.

"When workouts and diets fail to put your body back in order after three kids, is there anything wrong with having a Dr. Brent put you back together again?" she asked on Twitter earlier this year.

"I honestly think it's beautiful when people grow old gracefully. I have no idea why I choose not to. I'll fight gravity with a laser like Luke Skywalker."

Amanda Bynes is coming clean ... about the plastic surgery she apparently had.

The 27-year-old Tweeted Sunday that she had a nose job several years ago.

This is why, she says, she hates when sites post old Amanda Bynes photos.

"I look so much prettier in my new photos," the self-obsessed star gushes.

"In Touch used a photo from years ago on their cover and I hate it!" she adds of the mag's most recent issue, which featured her along with Kim Kardashian.

"I had a nose job to remove skin that was like a webbing in between my eyes."

First Elmo. Now Charlie Brown?

Peter Robbins, who voiced the latter in a string of beloved TV specials and movies, pleaded guilty in a San Diego court Wednesday to a series of charges.

Robbins, 56, was accused of stalking and threatening his ex-girlfriend and a plastic surgeon who performed a boob job on her, and could face three years in prison.

Good grief. Sorry.

Hayden Panettiere looks a bit curvier lately, but is that the result of a boob job? Putting on a few pounds? Or just the way a particular bikini looks on her?

The rumors started after Hayden Panettiere bikini pics taken on Easter spread like wildfire online. Relatively speaking, she was busting out of that thing.

She looked fairly curvy in her Glamour photos too, but not so much so that plastic surgery seems obvious. There could be many variations at work.

That bikini is microscopic, first of all, and anyone's chest looks bigger depending on the angle of the pic. If she put on 5-10 pounds, that'd make a difference too.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson defended her plastic surgery and slammed co-stars Tamra Barney and Gretchen Rossi Monday.

On The Real Housewives of Orange County season premiere, Vicki debuted her “new face” - tweaks to her chin and nose - only to be mocked  by Tamra and Gretchen.

Barney and Rossi felt the look "was too masculine."

Lisa Rinna sat in for Kathie Lee Gifford as co-host of The Today Show's fourth hour yesterday, sharing wine and chocolate with Hoda Kotb... and talking about her lips, of course.

It's unclear, but her rep is not a fan of some of the recent reports to that effect. She's been making headlines after sporting a very different look last month:

The speculation continued after the star was spotted leaving the set of MTV's Rap-Fix Live, looking quite a bit not like she did just a few years ago.

Looks like the simmering feud between The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills co-stars Adrienne Maloof and Brandi Glanville is heating up once again.

After Monday night's episode, Brandi took to her Bravo blog out to call out Adrienne over various issue, namely those pertaining to plastic surgery.

Brandi took umbrage with Adrienne repeatedly saying her (then) husband Paul Nassif could have done a better job on Kim Richards’ new nose job.

“That's an insult to not just to the doctor but also to Kim,” Brandi Glanville wrote. “I really found Adrienne’s comments to be in extremely poor taste."

"She then later tried to poorly recover from her rude comments.”

Lindsay Lohan showed up to an amfAR event at Fashion Week last night dressed to the nines and ... well ... her lips aren't small. This can't be normal, can it?

While Lohan didn't show up in totally ridiculous fashion, at least by her exalted standards of couture, it's hard to take her very seriously in that hood.

Or when you look at the rest of the Mean Girls cast then and now.

The 26-going-on-45-year-old reportedly showed up at the shindig with Saudi film producer Mohammed Al Turki, who was executive producer on Arbitrage.

No word if he's one of her high-priced escort clients.
