It might seem hard to believe, but Kate Gosselin has just hit a new low.

A new book claims Gosselin had kids so she could become famous, and an excerpt from the tell-all that reveals Kate's attempts to pawn her kids off on the state seems to only corroborate that.

Author and outspoken Gosselin critic Robert Hoffman has said that his book, Kate Gosselin: How She Fooled the World, would expose Kate as a bully, scam artist, and abusive mom.

It now seems he's made good on that promise:

The book includes a letter written by Gosselin in 2005 as part of her effort to receive free childcare from the state of Pennsylvania. One alarming passage reads:

Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta star Stevie J says he can't be the bad father he's being portrayed as, despite reports of his seven-figure (!) child support debt.

He loves his kids, the reality star insists. Really, he does.

So much, in fact, that he even buys them Air Jordans.

Stevie J and Joseline Hernandez were out last night with one of his adult sons, who proudly displayed to TMZ cameras how well dad takes care of him.

The sneakers are nice, but a judge is not impressed.

Stevie J was recently arrested for unpaid child support, a pretty wild feat, as he likely had to ignore countless court orders and judgments to reach that point.

The Frozen epidemic reached epic proportions over the weekend:

Pearl Jam actually covered Let It Go during a concert in Milan.

As a result of this never-ending influx of the Disney smash - from its incessant playing at home to its soundtrack taking over your car stereo every time you leave home - Ryan O'Quinn and Todd Wilkerson have recorded a video that perfectly sums up the frustrations of fathers everywhere.

The footage depicts the irritation, begrudging acceptance and, finally, the affection parents have for the film, concluding in the song’s final verse:

"And I know somewhere Walt Disney/Is smiling in his grave. 'Cause while I'm filling up his pockets, while I'm driving up his profits/He's driving me insane!"

Amen, right, Dads of America?

Appearing on Celebrity Wife Swap allowed Heidi Montag to show the world her true self for the first time, the former Hills star says in a new interview.

"My mom saw the preview and she told me, ‘I can tell this is the first opportunity that you’ve ever had to be you,'" says Heidi of her return to TV Tuesday.

"It’s just great to have that moment," the wife of Spencer Pratt adds. "It was really fun to just be authentic and be in a situation and see what happens."

Classic Spencer and Heidi
These were the days, when Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt used to just pose for pictures and stir up trouble on The Hills. Nowadays it's kind of gone to $h!t.

Heidi swapped spouses with Olympic swimming star Amanda Beard, who lives in a rural area of Washington state with her two kids, ages 4 and 9 months.

“I mean, I had no idea where I was going,” explained Heidi Montag of her initial reaction driving through the rugged woods southwest of Seattle.

“I thought that it was that guy who lived in a tree and builds the tree houses! The last person I ever thought I was ever going to swap with was Amanda Beard."

Kristen Bell is standing up for a woman's right to expose her private parts in public.

Speaking to Cosmopolitan, the actress - who Tweeted about breastfeeding pumps backstage at the 2013 CMT Awards - said folks really need to chill out when it comes to this motherly act.

"They’re just boobs!” she says. “Calm down. They’re under our shirt whether you’re looking at them or not."

A number of celebrities have posted photos of themselves breastfeeding online in order to take a similar stance, with Jaime King doing so earlier this month.

A picture of Gisele Bundchen breastfeeding also went viral last year.

Jimmy Kimmel is gonna be a dad again.

So this is an exciting time for the talk show host, but also a frightening one.

How does one go about being the perfect father? What sort of lessons can one heed from those in the know?

For the answer to these questions and more, Kimmel consulted with Isla, a six-year old who was just recently a baby and who offered the comedian some sage piece of advice.

Such as: Wipe the butt. Do not eat the poop. And... no, don't hold the baby like that, either!

Sigh. We already pity Kimmel's poor child.

Let's hope he doesn't have them read any mean Tweets about themselves.

Brandi Glanville tore a guy named Cibrian a new one on her podcast this week, but not Eddie for once. This time her seven-year-old son Jake was in the crosshairs.

Those crosshairs? Not un-profane.

Brandi Glanville Gets Drunk

The podcast's name is Brandi Glanville Unfiltered, and she lived up to that, terming her little boy “a complete a--hole,” a “f--ker,” and even a “d--k.”

Why did the reality star go off on a tangent so over the top, even for the woman who always is if you watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills?

She told guest Jake Lacy: “My son’s name is Jake: He’s seven, and he’s a complete a--hole, but we love him! Oh man, he’s such a d--k, seriously."

Brandi adds that if she tells him, "I told you to do this,” he responds, “Well, I lied! He doesn’t try to get out of it ... he says, ‘I lied,’ then shows his dimples!”

Illustrating this unique mother-son dynamic, she says he sings “I’ve Got One Less Problem Without You” to her, quoting Ariana Grande's "Problem".

This isn't a sitcom, but Chuck Speare has rules for dating his daughter.

They're very clear. They get right to an important point. And they're available on Zazzle for $48.90 if you wish to advertise them for yourself.

Indeed, Speare's unusual article has clothing has gone viral, with the following Tumblr photo having been shared over 200,000 times within 24 hours of it going online.

Feminist Father Shirt

"He's very supportive of me and the decisions I make for myself; he cares so much about me and my passion for feminism," Kristine Speare, 20, says.

She tells Yahoo Shine via Twitter message regarding her father, a restaurant owner in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, "completely agrees with the shirt's message."

Take note, fathers around the world:

You should not encourage your son pulling to pull out a loose tooth with a Hot Wheels.

But you should help make your child's day at school by drawing really fun stuff on his paper lunch bag, such as a picture of Peter Parker turning into Spider-Man or a funny banana enjoying a burp.

Basically, you should be a lot like imgur user Brian, who wrote this week:

"I've been drawing on my son's lunch bags every day for 2 years, he just finished 1st grade, these were some of my favorites."

Click through these cafeteria creations now and join us in wishing Brian was your dad back in elementary school:

Peter Parker Meets Spider-Man
A dad has taken to making impressive drawings each day on his kid's lunch bag. Take this example of Peter Parking meeting Spider-Man.

Pretty cool, huh?

Kids, do not try this at home.

Okay, correction: no other kids should try this at home.

Perhaps, actually, we should address this message to parents around the world, as one IDIOTIC father recently recorded his child pulling out a loose tooth by launching a Hot Wheels off a ramp.

The result was bloody, painful and tear-inducing. Consider this a Public Service Announcement on how NOT to parent...

Seriously, even if this kid confessed a major lie to his father, we don't recommend this course of action.
