Pamela Anderson starred in sex tapes before they were cool.

Well, they were cool back then, but not as common as today. Take an hour lunch nowadays and there's a decent chance you miss a Tila Tequila nude rant.

Anyway, perhaps the biggest drawback of a sex tape, aside from the fact that it smacks of desperation, is having to tell your kids about it down the road.

When your mom is Pamela Anderson, you're gonna hear about it at some point. Cameras used to be prerequisites for the hair band rockers nailing her.

It was after the 2006 comedy Borat that Pam decided to tell her two sons about the erotic home video she shot with ex-husband Tommy Lee, their dad.

You know, the sex tape leaked in 1998, so maybe it was when one of the kids was ... okay, never mind, we are putting way too much thought into this.

"I knew kids were going to watch the film and there was a reference to the tape in the movie and people might say things," she said of the Borat quotes.

So, she sat down her sons, Brandon and Dylan, now 12 and 11, for the talk: "I just said, 'Look, Mommy and Daddy were massively in love," she said.

"We videotaped everything, everything was videotaped, and because of this new movie you’re probably going hear about something about it at school.'"

Better they hear it from her ... but talk about awkward.

Someday, many years in the future some kids at school are going to hear about the Carrie Prejean sex tape. What will their self-righteous mom say then?

Eh, she'll probably just blame our moralless society, Larry King and gays.

Pamela Anderson says she will never rekindle her romance with ex-husband Tommy Lee after spending over a decade healing her broken heart after their 1998 divorce.

Of course, this being Pamela Anderson, the fact that she's even asked about this tells you a lot. Her love life decisions? About as good as her financial decisions. Bad.

The couple married in 1995 and split three years later after a fight between them put Lee behind bars. The crazy pair tried to make things work countless times since.

She even moved in to Motley Crue star's home as recently as last year, following her divorce from her other ex-husband, Kim Rock, but she says it's over dammit!

She's happy with Jamie Padgett now and says Tommy is history.

Don't expect a fourth or fifth Pamela Anderson sex tape anytime soon.

"You can't get heartbroken any more over all the disappointments or how he is as a father or anything like that," Pam said. "He doesn't think he does anything wrong."

"I tell him the truth, but it's been 10 years of suffering so I'm over it."

"Whatever it is, it is - as long as my kids are happy and we're happy and we're safe, let him run around the world. I support him. But I have no interest at all."

Lee and Anderson are parents of Brandon, 13, and Dylan, 11.

They should be back together again by early 2010, we'd say.

Generally, when we pit stars against each other in style showdowns, they are looking pretty fab. This time, however, it's a war of fashion faux pas attrition.

Last week, Demi Moore sported a dress that was basically as flattering as a silk potato sack (but probably 50 times more expensive). What the fug, girl!?

It's possible that her Twitter feud with Perez made her forget that potato sacks aren't clothes. Whatever the reason, Demi needs to invest in a new mirror.

Meanwhile, someone forgot to finish Pamela Anderson's hideous pink dress, but that didn't stop her from wearing it out just the same. Looks great (not)!

Maybe $1.2 million in debt makes it hard to afford the whole thing. Either way, ouch, Pam. That thing's uglier than Tommy Lee naked on your sex tape.

Pamela Anderson used to be one of the hottest babes around, and even got some "acting" work in Baywatch and critically acclaimed films like Barb Wire.

Well, many years, a couple of celebrity sex tapes and several husbands later, she's making news because she owes more than $1.2 million to creditors.

The main financial complaint stems from a pair construction companies she stiffed after they remodeled her five-bedroom Malibu Colony home last year.

“A lot of people are owed a lot of money,” Jay Bruder, boss of Bruder Construction, said. Like a lot of money. In June, he filed a $674,043 lien against Pam.

She might really need to get back with Tommy Lee for the 120th time in order to pay bills! Or because they appear to enjoy seeing one another naked.

That amount is apparently for the sky-high cost of “labor and materials and subcontractors to remodel main house, construct foundations for guest house.”

In addition to liens from countless other construction companies, Pam owes $252,360 to California’s Franchise Tax Board in unpaid income tax from 2007.

Even the little man is affected.

Jim Brown, the president of Mini-Haulers, which carted construction debris from Pam’s house, tells Pam’s failure to pay his $1,975 bill has hurt his family.

“Putting food on the table isn’t easy in this economy," says the small business owner. "When someone doesn’t pay their bills, it’s that much harder!”

More importantly ... would you hit it?

Forget celebrity weight loss tips, diet or exercise. The legendary Pamela Anderson says her wild sex life has always been the secret to her amazing figure.

The former Baywatch and multiple sex-tape star, 42, credits her toned body and radiant skin exclusively to extensive time spent between the sheets.

She said: "Looking good to me has always been because of the amount of sex I'm getting! I've hardly ever gone to the gym and I can't follow diets."

"When I'm not in a relationship and not - hypothetically speaking of course - having lots of sex how do I keep fit? Oh I don't know. I can't remember!

"Oh I know. I jump up and down a lot!"

For Pamela Anderson, being ransacked and burning calories are linked.

Okay then. We'd be quick to give props to Jamie Padgett for keeping Pam lean and mean, but there's also that other guy she's been canoodling with lately.

That would be ex-husband Tommy Lee, who she was all over at the Hard Rock Hotel in Las Vegas, sparking rumors of them getting back together. Again.

The star admits she thought her days of serious relationships were over.

"A couple of years ago I was asked if I'd ever consider walking down the aisle again. At the time I said: 'You know what, I'd love to, but who's going to have me? Mother of two, slightly crazy ex-husband never too far away,' she laments."

Pretty much.

Tommy Lee and Pamela Anderson, who totally used to be married and had a couple of cute kids together, partied at the Hard Rock in Las Vegas over the weekend.

Pamela Anderson, who has had more husbands than Paris Hilton has STDs, was the sex tape queen long before anyone had ever heard of that ho-tel heiress.

Pamela Anderson, Shannen Doherty and Samantha Ronson were among the celebs who were far from pleased when they found out they were headed to a strip club Tuesday. The lesson here? Read the fine print.

They all signed on to attend the grand opening of Sapphire in NYC - without realizing, apparently, that this being a gentlemen's club, there would be topless and body-painted nude dancers. Topless dancing at a strip club? Wow!

Ronson - who recently broke up with girlfriend Lindsay Lohan - in particular was visibly angry for having agreed to DJ at the club's opening.

"Sam feels she got tricked into performing," a source told Us Weekly. "She didn't know it was a strip club. She didn't want to go on!"

Also in attendance was Pamela Anderson, who kept to herself in a roped-off booth, displaying ridiculous cleavage in these trippy pics. [Photos: Splash News]

Ronson, who refused to pose for photos or do interviews, worked the DJ booth as Sapphire dancers performed provocatively right in front of her.

She focused on her music and did not look at the performers. Might she still have eyes for Lindsay Lohan nude only? Maybe, but she has a sense of irony.

"The silver lining to my night - it has never been more appropriate for me to play 'Make it Rain,'" the manly lesbian DJ wrote on her Twitter page..

Shannen Doherty was equally as surprised by the venue.

"I had no idea it was a strip club!" Doherty, who left after 45 minutes, said. "They told me it was a restaurant or club, so I was kind of in shock."

Another week, another man for Pamela Anderson.

The former Baywatch star returned to her beach-laden roots this earlier today, as she watched new boy toy Jamie Padgett take her son surfing.

Not much is known about Padgett at the moment, except for this: he'll be doing Anderson on video any minute now.

Pamela Anderson just can't quit the runway.

The former Baywatch and sex tape star, who turns 43 this July, flaunted her assets on the catwalk last month during New York Fashion Week.

Over the weekend, she was at it again, this time in Paris.

Anderson modeled the strange outfits of designer Vivienne Westwood, sauntering down the runway in knee-high socks and a tutu. They represented the most layers she's worn in years...
