Nick Bollea Will Be Home for Halloween

Finally - after months of cradle robbing (way to go, Linda Hogan!), girlfriends that resemble offspring (smooth move, Hulk Hogan!) and general idiocy (sorry, Brooke Hogan!) - some good news for the Hogans:

Son and brother Nick Bollea is being released from jail three months early.

He's due to be released from a Florida prison on October 21.

His Bad!

“Nick is getting out in 17 days. I don't know where he's going. He's grown up and will decide on his own," Brooke said earlier this week.

Bollea has been serving eight months in jail after pleading no contest to reckless driving charges. They stemmed from an August 2007 car accident that left his best friend, John Graziano, in critical condition.

Brooke Hogan Defends Selfishness, Hates on Celeb Gossip

Brooke Hogan lashed out at the "stupid press" on MySpace for claiming she skipped the 18th birthday of jailed brother Nick Bollea Saturday.

Nick is behind bars for a 2007 car crash that critically injured his best friend John Graziano. He was moved from juvenile detention to the central division jail for adults, where he is being housed with 71 other adult males.

The spoiled, talentless daughter of Hulk and Linda Hogan, who was ripped for allegedly bailing on Nick's b-day celebration, seethed on MySpace:

Heres how stupid and inaccurate the media can be. According to the press I didn't show up to my brothers 18th birthday at the jail.

Lets see...

  • hes in jail
  • Its an important birthday...the big 18!!!
  • I'm only a 4 hour drive to Tampa
  • He's the most important thing in my life.

They must have thought I didn't show cause they didn't SEE me. uhh... there's such thing as a back door you jerks.

We're sorry, Brooke. You're totally right. Nick Bollea probably knows first hand about the "back door" there, it's true.

Happy Birthday, Nick Bollea!

Now legally an adult, Nick Bollea (a.k.a. Nick Hogan) celebrated a fun 18th birthday Sunday by being transferred into big boy prison - a.k.a. Pinellas County Jail's Central Division - where he shall reside in direct supervision housing!

Hulk Hogan, Linda Hogan and bunch of Nick's friends sang "happy birthday" to him over a video monitor, according to celebrity news sources. After that, they were allowed to visit him two at a time. Brooke Hogan? Not present.

Nick Bollea: Out of Solitary Confinement

So much for solitary confinement.

Nick Bollea was moved out of that lonely predicament and into  a cell with three other juveniles, jail officials in Florida said Thursday.

The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said the decision was the "result of routine and ongoing assessments of inmate population and classification."

When we asked readers if they thought Bollea deserved his punishment, an overwhelming number said yes. Do you agree?

Nick Bollea to Remain Solitarily Confined

On Monday, former WWE star Hulk Hogan essentially asked a judge: "What'cha gonna do when we ask that my son gets released from solitary confinement of you?!?!"

In a three-sentence order, though, Philip J. Federico denied the motion by attorneys for Nick Bollea, one that claimed the confinement was "cruel and unusual punishment."

"Had there been a need for such arguments, a hearing would have been scheduled," court public information officer Ron Stuart said, according to The St. Petersburg Times.

As a result, Nick Bollea is still housed in solitary at Pinellas County Jail because as a minor he can't be released into the adult population. Needless to say, the young man isn't enjoying his time alone.

Attorneys say he's spending 16 to 17 hours a day in the maximum-security cell, where his food is delivered through a slot in the door, causing him "unbearable anxiety." Bollea requested a transfer to monitored home confinement or the minimum-security area.

Do you feel sorry for Bollea? Or is he getting what he deserves for driving recklessly?

Nick Bollea Sentenced to Eight Months in Jail

Nick Bollea, also known as Nick Hogan, was sentenced to eight months in Pinellas County (Fla.) Jail for felony reckless driving Thursday.

The sentence was handed down after he pleaded no contest in court.

A judge also gave the quasi-reality TV star five years probation, 500 hours of community service and a three-year drivers license revocation.

Nick Bollea will not be able to drink for the duration of his probation, and will attend DUI education classes within one year.

The 17-year-old Nick Bollea donned a light colored suit to Pinellas County Court and stared straight ahead as the sentence was read.

Sitting behind him was a black-clad Hulk Hogan, who was seen praying during the proceedings and grew teary-eyed, sister Brooke Hogan, who wore a top with the shoulders cut out, and Hulk's soon-to-be ex-wife, Linda Hogan.

Report: Hulk Hogan Bought Son Pre-Crash Beer

Hulk Hogan was faced with numerous precarious situations inside a wrestling ring - but the multiple-time WWE champion typically came out on top.

We wonder if the same will hold true in his personal life.

As he faces a divorce from Linda Hogan, The Hulkster is now also the center of new evidence released by police on Wednesday that is incredibly damaging to both himself and his son's case.'

According to The St. Petersburg Times, a receipt from Albertson's Liquor Store on the day of Nick Hogan's accident shows that his father purchased $78 worth of beer and ice at 2:14 p.m. A clerk, June Hoopingarer, said Hulk bought the items and was accompanied by his son and several other young men.

The report says Nick Bollea and his pals spent the day of the accident on a boat with Hulk, as everyone consumed beers and had a jolly good time.

Later that night, though, well, we all know what happened

Nick Hogan to Face Criminal Charges

Nick Hogan is in more trouble than his dad ever faced inside a WWE ring.

The young man, whose real name is Nick Bollea, is being booked on criminal charges related to his August 26 car accident.

Hogan turned himself in Wednesday on a charge of reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. Sources say the automobile lover will be tried as an adult on the following two charges:

  • A person under the age of 21 operating a vehicle with a breath-alcohol level of .02 or higher
  • Use of a motor vehicle in commission of a felony

In August, Hogan's yellow Toyota Supra careened off a four-lane highway and crashed into a 25-foot-tall palm tree. Hogan sustained minor injuries and was released from the hospital the next day.

His passenger and friend, John Graziano was critically injured in the crash and remains hospitalized.

Hulk Hogan: Nick is Doing Well

Nick Hogan may have lost his pussy magnet - but at least he still has his father's love.

Hulk Hogan says that his son, whose real name is Nick Bollea, is moving ahead after the accident that almost took the teen's life last week.

The 17-year-old son of the WWE wrestler was discharged Monday from a Florida hospital after he slammed his Toyota Supra into a tree.

As Us Weekly, and other celebrity gossip sources have reported, Bollea was driving at a "high rate of speed" on August 26 when he lost control of his vehicle, which "inexplicably left the roadway," jumped a median and crashed into a palm tree, said Wayne Shelor, a spokesman for the Clearwater, Florida police.

"When I saw the wreck I didn't think anyone was alive. I never saw anything like that. I thought no one could have lived through that," Hulk Hogan said.

Hulk and Nick Hogan

Hulk and Nick Hogan pose together. We assume Brooke Hogan was off making terrible music somewhere.

The massive-muscled reality star went on to deny deny rumors that his son had been drag racing at the time of the crash.

"It's just so unfair. There's not a bad bone in my son Nick's body, the most important thing to me was from all the eyewitnesses and from everyone who saw the accident, was that they were not racing."

Lastly, Hulk says Nick was not driving like Nicole Richie; i.e. drugs were not a factor in the accident.

"There wasn't alcohol or drugs involved. The police said everybody looked straight as an arrow, thank god for that," Hogan said. "Nick is doing well, he's got a broken arm and a broken rib and some stuff wrong with his knees but he's hanging in there. He's going to be ok and we're going to move forward."

Nick Hogan Crashed His P***Y Magnet

Pity Nick Hogan.

Not only did he almost kill his close friend on Sunday when he totaled his Supra; but this accident also marked the end of Hogan's (aka Nick Bollea) "pussy magnet."

That's what the son of Hulk Hogan and brother of Brooke Hogan referred to his speedy car as in a recent interview with Rides magazine. Here is the moron's exact quote on the topic:

The yellow Supra and yellow Viper are pussy magnets for sure. I mean, the green and the silver appeal more to men, 'cause a guy knows what he's looking at and will drool over it. But girls see the yellow, and panties start dropping off.

This explains Britney Spears at least. She must see yellow Supras everywhere.

Pimpin His Ride

Is that Nick Hogan or Kevin Federline? And does it matter?
