Today marks the 150th anniversary of the historic Gettysburg Address by President Abraham Lincoln, one of the most famous speeches of all time.

Jeydon Loredo, an 18 year old transgendered Texas student, has had his photo banned from inclusion in his high school's yearbook because Loredo, who was born female but identifies as a male, is wearing a tuxedo instead of the typical girl's attire.

The school district says Loredo's photo "violates community standards."
