Move over, Rob Ford.
Trey Radel is coming after your drug-based political headlines.
The Florida congressman was arrested yesterday and charged with cocaine possession after federal law enforcement officers caught Radel allegedly purchasing drugs from an undercover agent on October 29.
The congressman was informed that evening that the charge would be forthcoming.
In a statement, Radel did not mention whether or not he would resign, but did acknowledge an "extremely irresponsible choice" and added that he will seek treatment for substance abuse.
