The "Anna Rexia" Halloween costume, which sparked controversy a couple of years ago when it was first unveiled, is back and more offensive than ever.

The costume, if the name didn't make this clear, is a play on anorexia nervosa, a serious eating disorder. This did not go over well in 2011, but has resurfaced.

Halloweenparty13 (dot) com is selling the "Anna Rexia" costume for $39.99, using the same contentious tagline: "You can never be too rich or too thin."

Featuring a glitter screen-print skeleton mini-dress, a choker neckband, measuring tape belt and an "Anna Rexia" badge, the outfit is begging for backlash.

Dreamgirls International, the costume manufacturer, said in an earlier statement: "We understand that some people will not find the dark humor funny."

Michael Skakel, the Kennedy cousin convincted in 2002 and serving 20 years to life in the 1975 slaying of a neighbor, will be retried, a judge has ruled.

Skakel's conviction was set aside Wednesday by a Connecticut judge who ruled that his attorney failed to adequately represent him in the 2002 trial.

Prosecutors say they will appeal the decision. Skakel's current attorney, Hubert Santos, said he expects to file a motion for bail, seeking his release.

"We're very, very thrilled," Santos said. "I always felt that Michael was innocent."

Skakel argued that his trial lawyer, Michael Sherman, was negligent in defending him when he was convicted in the golf club bludgeoning of Martha Moxley.

Both Skakel and Moxley were 15 years old at the time of he death.

Move over, Karl Malone. There's a new clutch mailman in town.

Darrian Crutcher was conducting his usual mail route in Detroit on Tuesday when he came across a home on fire… with the owner inside!

So Crutcher grabbed a nearby hose and successfully fought back the flames on his own, definitely saving the structure in the process and likely saving Carolyn Patterson's life.

"It was a blessing for me to be at that spot at that particular time," Crutcher told WJBX, refusing to label himself a "hero."

A black college student claims he was arrested for attempting to buy a designer belt, and has sued the NYPD and Barneys New York as a result.

Trayon Christian, of Queens, was arrested at the luxury department store in April.

"His only crime was being a young black man,” Michael Palillo, his attorney, said.

The N.Y. Post reports that Christian, 19, was buying a $350 Salvatore Ferragamo belt, but following the purchase, was stopped by undercover officers.

The law enforcement members were reportedly contacted by Barneys sales clerk who believed the transaction that had taken place was fraudulent.

The lawsuit, which was filed on Tuesday in Manhattan Supreme Court, states that the New York City College of Technology freshman was asked by police:

“How a young black man such as himself could afford to purchase such an expensive belt?”

Philip Chism, a 14-year-old student has been charged with the murder of a 24-year-old Massachusetts math teacher, Colleen Ritzer, earlier this week.

Blood found in a second-floor school bathroom helped lead investigators to the body of Ritzer, who was allegedly dragged into the woods by Chism.

Chism was arraigned on a murder charge Wednesday and held without bail.

The Danvers, Mass., teenager, described by classmates as soft-spoken and pleasant, was found in a nearby town after he did not return home on Tuesday.

"We have no reason to believe that any other suspects are involved," Essex County D.A. Jonathan Blodgett said told reporters during a news conference.

Ibragim Todashev, a friend of deceased Boston Marathon bombings suspect Tamerlan Tsarnaev, told police that Tsarnaev participated in a triple murder in 2011.

Todashev was killed by an FBI agent who was interviewing him in May. His death is under investigation. Tsarnaev was killed days after the April 15 bombings.

After the attack, police began taking a closer look at whether Tamerlan Tsarnaev, who knew the Waltham, Mass., murder victims, was involved in that case.

Todashev’s statement that Tamerlan Tsarnaev was involved in the murders was previously reported. But a court filing this week was the first confirmation.

“According to Todashev, Tamerlan Tsarnaev participated in the Waltham homicides,” prosecutors said in the filing, though officials did not elaborate.

Prince George's christening took place today at St. James Palace in London, with parents Kate Middleton and Prince William beaming proudly from ear to ear.

Kate, William and Prince George

As the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge pulled up in a dark blue sedan and made their way to the courtyard, a tiny cry could be heard from the guest of honor.

William held his baby boy, who was wearing the traditional lace-and-silk baptismal robe, first fashioned for Queen Victoria's son, the future King Edward VII, in 1841.

Kate Middleton wore a cream-colored skirt suit and matching fascinator by Alexander McQueen, whose creative director, Sarah Burton, also designed her wedding dress.

She also donned a matching hat by Jane Taylor and had her long hair brushed to the side for the special event, which was small by royal standards.

On the list of things that will land you in a world of trouble with your would-be wife, forgetting to book the venue for your wedding is pretty high up there.

So you can imagine how Neil McArdle felt when he realized he'd forgotten to reserve St. George’s Hall for his nuptials to Amy Williams until the day of.

What you probably can't imagine is that McArdle staged a bomb threat instead of coming clean, later admitting he was just too embarrassed to confess.

He saw her in her wedding gown that morning, the UK resident recalls, and could not bring himself to admit that he screwed up. So he phoned in a hoax:

An investigation led to his arrest, so he's apparently about as bad at crime as he is at wedding planning. Neil was given a prison sentence of a YEAR.

The Guardian says the couple is still together, miraculously, so hopefully he finds some time behind bars to properly plan their wedding, when and if it occurs.

On second thought, just hire a wedding planner dude.

On September 29, Alexian Lien was driving along the highway in Manhattan when he struck a biker who darted in front of his SUV.

After briefly stopping, the 33-year old sped away when a contingent of the victim's friends gathered around on their motorcycles and made Lien fear for the safety of himself, his wife and their two-year old daughter.

The large group of bikers followed, a four-mile chase ensued and Lien was eventually forced to stop at a red light in Washington Heights.

Once there, many of the bikers dragged him from the driver's seat and brutally beat Lien in front of his family members and numerous witnesses.

Now, courtesy of WABC-TV, new footage of the actual beating has surfaced online. It was taken by an onlooker and - consider yourself warned - it's graphic in nature:

Thus far, nine bikers - including a police officer who had been undercover, yet did nothing to prevent this incident - have been arrested for their alleged roles in the assault.
