Kai the Hitchhiker, the oddball who gained online fame this year following a random act of heroism and a tremendous local TV interview, is wanted for murder.

Union County law enforcement has issued a warrant for him for the murder of Joseph Galfy, Jr., in Clark, N.J., the Union County Prosecutor's Office says.

Galfy was reportedly found dead inside his home on May 13.

Rachael Clark is a straight-A student graduating from the University of Maryland this year, getting married this summer, and making plans beyond that.

She is preparing to write book about adoption; to pursue a master’s degree in marriage and family therapy; to become a mom to at least four kids.

Not bad for a young woman who was tragically left in a dumpster, sealed in a dark garbage bag, on the day she was born in September 1989.

“Some days, it’s like it never happened,” Rachael told NBC's Today. “But some days, I really do struggle. I have such strong abandonment issues.”

Being tossed into a dumpster and left for dead with her umbilical cord and placenta still attached will do that - but Clark insists she is not bitter.

Charles Darwin (1809-1882) was generations ahead of his time, courting controversy, bequeathing to us the theory of evolution and shifting the zeitgeist of modern science.

His "survival of the fittest" and "law of the jungle" are phrases so commonplace today that even young children would have some idea of their meaning.

However, according to The Guardian, there are holes in Darwinian biology. A prime example: The “tree of life” he drew in his famous notebooks.

Darwin Tree of Life

New research suggests this concept could actually be wrong.

The tree of life portrayed how species are interlinked, and what the whole exercise meant to show was that natural selection is the engine of evolution.

The latest experiments by geneticists show otherwise.

The man accused of keeping three women in captivity for a decade will plead not guilty, his lawyer said, while raising concerns that he can receive a fair trial.

Ariel Castro Mug Shot

Craig Weintraub, who's representing Ariel Castro, 52, on rape and kidnapping charges, said the "fantastic notoriety" of the case is a disadvantage.

Castro's defense is mulling whether to ask that the trial be moved out of Cleveland, where he allegedly held the three victims in his home.

"Then that begs the question: 'Well, where can he get a fair trial under the circumstances?' This is a case with sensationalistic, international coverage."

Castro, 52, was arrested May 6 shortly after Amanda Berry kicked out part of a locked door of his house and yelled to neighbor Charles Ramsey for help.
