A man believed to be a British soldier was hacked to death in broad daylight by two men with a cleaver in what officials are calling a terrorist attack.

As the victim, dressed in what looked to be a T-shirt for Help for Heroes, a charity for military veterans, lay dying, one of the attackers found a camera.

"We swear by almighty Allah we will never stop fighting you until you leave us alone," said a meat-cleaver-wielding man with bloody hands.

"The only reasons we killed this man ... is because Muslims are dying daily," he added. "This British soldier is an eye for an eye, a tooth for tooth."

One witness, Michael Atlee, described the gruesome, frenzied and ultimately fatal sequence of events Wednesday afternoon as "a bloody mess."

British Prime David Cameron called it a terrorist attack.

"We will never buckle to terror," he wrote on Twitter.

Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries really kicked the proverbial hornet's nest.

By remarking, basically, that his clothing company caters only to "the cool kids" and he doesn't want any fat girls in his stores, he caused a major uproar.

Stars like Kirstie Alley and Ellen slammed A&F for sending such a message, and now a blogger named Jes (a.k.a. The Militant Baker) has upped the ante.

Attractive and Fat

Recreating popular topless Abercrombie ads (and wearing their clothes) in a series of photos, the Size-22 Jess says A&F should stand for "Attractive & Fat."

She published the images - which should make Jeffries cringe - on her blog, with an open letter to the company lamenting its stance on "larger people."

A video of an Oklahoma mom's tearful reunion with her son after Monday's tornado has gone viral, and for good reason, given the situation at hand.

After the Oklahoma tornado hit the city of Moore, just outside Oklahoma City, two severely damaged elementary schools left parents fearing the worst.

Trenda Purcell, who found both her kids safe, was one of the lucky moms.

In what could very well become an iconic moment from this tragedy, Purcell's reunion with Kamden, 8, was captured in this emotional video:

As the mom of two told CBS This Morning, she walked over a mile to find Kamden outside Briarwood Elementary School, where he is in first grade.

A judge has ruled that a Texas lesbian couple can't cohabitate, or live together, because of a morality clause in one of the women's divorce papers.

Such a clause is common in divorce cases in Texas and other states.

Justice

It is designed as an actual legal means of preventing a divorced parent from having a romantic partner spend the night while children are in the home.

If a couple marries, they can get out from under the legal provision, but that's not an option for gay couples in Texas, where gay marriage is not legal.

In the divorce of Carolyn and Joshua Compton, Collin County District Judge John Roach Jr. enforced the terms detailed in their 2011 divorce papers.

A Utah woman is courting controversy by reprimanding 10-year-old for bullying - by giving her a taste of her own medicine, public humiliation style.

Ally Olsen, 41, discovered that her fiance’s 10-year-old daughter, Kaylee, had been bullying a classmate because of the way she dressed.

As a result, the victim no longer wanted to come to school. When Ally heard this, she was upset at Kaylee, and responded in unorthodox fashion.

"I confronted Kaylee who explained that she had called another girl ‘sleazy’ for wearing Daisy Duke shorts and a tank top," Olsen told Yahoo! Shine.

"We’ve taught Kaylee to dress conservatively but never to be judgmental.”

Olsen said Kaylee was unapologetic, so grounding her "wouldn’t resonate.” So she took action, and took her to the thrift shop. Macklemore would be proud.

A Virginia couple was both shocked and outraged when the police showed up at their home to establish if they were in fact their children's parents.

Joseph, a white man who didn't want his last name revealed, and his black wife Keana said this all went down after a trip to their local Walmart.

There, a security guard reportedly suspected Joseph, who was walking around with his three young, biracial daughters, of kidnapping them.

"He asks us very sincerely, ‘Hey, I was sent here by Walmart security. I just need to make sure that the children that you have are your own,’” Joseph said.

Keana was equally perplexed and upset by the question.

After a horrific tornado tore through the Oklahoma City area on Monday, killing 24 people and injuring 233, with the casualty toll likely to rise.

The loss of life and catastrophic level of destruction in Moore, Okla., brought countless people to tears - TV reporter Lance West among them.

West, a reporter for KFOR, was in Moore and confirmed on live TV that there were children inside Plaza Towers Elementary School when the Oklahoma tornado hit.

West lamented the massive damage and "absolute chaos" in Moore.

"I've never seen anything like this in my 18 years covering tornadoes in Oklahoma City. This is without question the most horrific ... I've never seen ..."

He then trailed off, and for very good reason, broke down.
