Nancy Grace doesn't hold back.

The news pundit and Dancing With the Stars competitor was not among the many people lauding the Amanda Knox verdict yesterday. Grace's thoughts on Knox's conviction (in the 2007 slaying of Meredith Kercher) being overturned?

"I think that it was a miscarriage of justice," she said.

Nancy Grace does not hold back when it comes to her favorite cash cows.

"I only hope Ms. Knox makes something of her life because she's certainly been given a second chance. Very few people are given the chance she has been given."

Knox, a University of Washington student who had been studying in Perugia, Italy, faced a sentence of 26 years in prison after being convicted of murder in 2009.

Yesterday, an appeals court overturned the 24-year-old's conviction.

Dancing With the Stars viewers who tuned in last night probably didn't do so in hopes of seeing a Nancy Grace nipple slip, but that's reality TV for you.

She was clearly spilling out of her dress, although she sought to downplay it today. The 51-year-old told Us Weekly backstage after Monday's show:

"Tonight, when we were doing our hopscotch portion of our dance, there was a little bit of movement but it did not rise to a wardrobe malfunction."

The buxom Casey Anthony hater showed more than she bargained for.

As ABC quickly cut away to a static shot of the audience, Grace readjusted her dress and buried her face in partner Tristan MacManus' shoulder.

"On the European version that would be perfectly fine," host Tom Bergeron joked.

"We took every precaution known to man in this dress right here," Grace said. "I'm talking industrial size precaution. There may have been, as Tristan said, a little bit of jiggling but there was absolutely not a wardrobe malfunction."

File this under Nipple Slips You Never Thought You'd Encounter: Nancy Grace had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction on Dancing With the Stars Monday night.

The 51-year-old HLN host fell out of her costume, causing ABC to pan quickly to a static shot of the audience. Thank goodness for tape delay, right?

"On the European version that would be perfectly fine," Tom Bergeron joked.

After the 51-year-old readjusted herself and buried her face in partner Tristan MacManus' shoulder, the pair finished their quickstep with a solid 21 points.

The judges were able to see past the partial nudity, which was nice to see.

Even the most cantankerous judge appreciated Grace's performance. "How refreshing," Len Goodman said. "That was a proper quickstep. Well done!"

Nancy's total was among the top Dancing With the Stars scores from last night. Chaz Bono stands alone in last place, with Ricki Lake alone in first.

Ryan O'Neal was all but confirmed to appear on Dancing With the Stars this season ... until he wasn't. The reason, sources say, is his disdain for Nancy Grace.

Sources close to the Ryan say he was set to do the show but pulled out late when he learned Grace would be a part of the Dancing With the Stars cast.

The actor is steamed about Grace's recent harsh words for his son Redmond O'Neal, who has drug problems, and for suggesting Ryan is a bad parent.

For her part, Grace is perplexed that O'Neal dropped out of her, telling TMZ, she never said anything bad about him ... even loosely or tangentially.

"We have never covered Mr. O'Neal nor his family on our show," the pundit said, adding that, "I hate that he dropped out of Dancing With the Stars."

"I would have loved to compete with him and wish him the very best."

Grace says she considers O'Neal to be one of the great actors of our time and she finds his relationship with Farrrah Fawcett "an inspiration to me."

Well, somebody's clearly not telling the truth here.

Chaz Bono's joining the Dancing With the Stars cast gave the show major publicity, but it wasn't just done as a stunt or a favor to the LGBT community.

Based on what we know of past seasons and those who have made long runs on the show, Chaz - if he can dance at all - could be among the favorites.

Favorites: David Arquette, Chaz Bono, Ron Artest, Hope Solo, Ricki Lake

If anyone has the notoriety that they can utilize to gain interest and build fan support, it's Bono, who will be paired with a female professional dancer.

David Arquette is probably the show's second biggest "get," especially after his separation from wife Courteney Cox and subsequent bizarre behavior.

We don't know if either one can dance, admittedly. But assuming there's any kind of rhythm there, each could go on fairly sustained runs this fall.

Dr. Conrad Murray's lawyers saw what happened to Casey Anthony.

The doctor's legal team told the trial judge they don't want Nancy Grace to influence the jury - not that it worked in Anthony's case, with Grace eviscerating her daily - so they asked the judge to prohibit jurors from watching.

Why anyone would want to anyway is beyond us, but fair point.

Dr. Conrad Murray is free on bail as he awaits trial.

Attorney Michael Flanagan argued it's impractical to tell jurors they can't watch TV - because they simply will anyway - so he wants them sequestered.

We're talking full-on O.J. style.

The idea that Murray, who's charged with involuntary manslaughter in the June 2009 death of Michael Jackson, can't receive a fair trial because of Nancy Grace is dubious, but the case will receive inordinate media scrutiny.

HLN host Nancy Grace could not believe that Casey Anthony was found not guilty of murder earlier this week, and she let the world know it.

Criticized by some for her outspoken views, even after Anthony was cleared in her two-year-old's death, Grace has only grown more defiant.

As the de facto TV face of the trial - and whose show received huge ratings - Grace steadfastly believes a cold-blooded murder walked free.

Having coined the derogatory moniker "Tot Mom" for Casey, Nancy Grace went off on her immediately after she was acquitted Tuesday (above).

Yesterday, asked if she went too far, she told the New York Post this:

"I feel the jury was absolutely wrong. I feel they went into this case with the mindset to acquit and not to have their minds open."

"For them to say Tot Mom was a good mother is astounding to me."

"The day Caylee died, before that day and for the months on end that 'Tot Mom' was out partying, staying over with her boyfriend."

"There was no babysitter, so where was Caylee?" Grace says. "Everyone knew [Caylee Anthony] was being babysat in a car trunk."

Nancy Grace does not mince words.

After watching the jury announce Casey Anthony's not guilty verdict live on her HLN show, the former prosecutor was in disbelief like many others.

While certainly benefiting from this case in the ratings department, Grace has railed against Anthony from day one, and was true to form Tuesday.

Making it clear she didn't expect or agree with the jury's call, she said "I absolutely cannot believe that Caylee’s death has gone unavenged."

While she empathized with the prosecution and the case they laid out, Grace said that "in the end, Tot Mom’s lies seemed to have worked."

She then proceeded to describe the mangled remains of Caylee Anthony in graphic detail, reminding viewers of what Casey allegedly did.

Later, she added, "As the defense has their champagne toast after that 'not guilty' verdict, somewhere out there the devil is dancing tonight."

Nancy's words, not ours. But it's hard to argue with her.

Jon Gosselin has traded barbs with estranged wife Kate for a week. At least in that public war of words, he can release his lame statements separately.

During a panel discussion on The Insider Tuesday, CNN News anchor Nancy Grace absolutely owned Jon, hilariously scolding him over his recent antics.

On top of saying how Jon only pretended to care about his kids after his show was renamed Kate Plus 8, she said he's all talk but doesn't walk the walk.

Furthermore, Nancy Grace ripped Jon Gosselin for parading around with "one 22-year-old after another," lambasting his recent conduct with women.

Apparently no one told Nancy that he and Hailey Glassman are exclusive, but there was that fling with Deanna Hummel. And Kate Major, and Stephanie Santoro ...

IS JON A GOOD DAD? We know how Nancy Grace feels.

Earlier today, Jon accused Kate of hiding cash. This followed reports that he cleaned their account out of more than $200,000 and left her just a grand.

As Jon tried in vain to defend himself, if you can call it that, she called him out again - for not being able to speak without his lawyer Mark Jay Heller.

Perhaps the best moment? When Grace asked Gosselin a question about his children, and he started to talk about how he could do things better.

"Why is this always about you?" she said. "How does it always get back to you?"

A stunned Jon was speechless.
