It's a busy time for Mariah Carey.

She's renewing her vows with Nick Cannon. She's fighting off insults from Nicki Minaj. She'll likely be sending out resumes for a new job once American Idol Season 12 comes to an end.

But the superstar still found time to shoot the official music video for her latest single, as "#Beautiful" finds Mariah teaming with Miguel and writing around on a motorcycle.

It was not a pleasant Thursday evening for Angie Miller, as this impressive young singer was voted off the penultimate American Idol results show of Season 12.

It was, however, a far better night for Alicia Keys.

The multiple-time Grammy winner, who has served as an Idol mentor on many occasions, debuted "Tears Always Win" during the broadcast. What do you think of the new single?

Ellen DeGeneres invited Kai, an adorable 4-year-old singer, to perform on her talk show Thursday, and he did not disappoint with his Bruno Mars cover.

The youngster's version of "If I Was Your Man" could use a little polish in post-production, but look at him work the crowd like a seasoned veteran!

With the fedora and button up, he's basically Bruno Mars' mini-me. Somebody's got to arrange an intro between these two ASAP. Ellen, you on that?

The video highlights how freakin' awesome it is to go get hammered with your bros at Spring Break... and also how amazing it feels to be in a loving, lifelong relationship.

Of course, TLI brings BTF into the mix by having the program's host, Zach Galifianakis, interview James Franco, star of Spring Breakers.

Last night was not a positive experience for Sean Lowe, as the former Bachelor was given the boot on this week's Dancing with the Stars results show.

But Tuesday marked a triumphant evening for Jason Derulo.

That's because the artist performed for the first time since a serious neck injury early last year nearly left him paralyzed.

UK composer Paul Mealor has composed a royal lullaby fit for a king ... or queen.

Mealor, who wrote music for Kate Middleton and Prince William's wedding, has penned a lullaby for the pair's firstborn child, due to be born in mid-July.

Classical artist Hayley Westenra will record the song, sweetly titled "Sleep On."

While recent speculation is that Kate is expecting a boy (Prince Harry believes this), the baby will be in line to inherit the throne after William either way.

It's only fitting that he or she will have a signature lullaby.

Cedric Brooks, a Jamaican saxophone player and influential roots musician lauded by many as a reggae great, has passed away at the age of 70.

One of his sisters, Paulette Keise, said Brooks died Friday of cardiac arrest in Queens. He fell ill years ago, she said, losing his ability to speak.

Brooks began his quietly legendary music career in the late 1960s as a studio musician, playing in songs such as Burning Spear's "Door Peep."

He had hits with trumpeter David Madden including "Money Maker" and "Mystic Mood" and was part of the Jamaican ska band The Skatalites.

He is survived by seven children and four sisters.
