Lil Wayne has released the music video for "God Bless Amerika," and there's no sign of him trampling the U.S. flag, which he was infamously seen doing on set.

Wayne said he didn't step on the flag on purpose (sounds like BS) and had no excuse for the fact that the flag being on the ground is kind of a no-no anyway.

It appears he got the message, though, because during the flag dropping scene, the video is edited in a way that never shows Old Glory on the ground:

The rapper took major heat last month when photos of him stepping all over the flag while filming "God Bless Amerika" surfaced on the Internets.

He gave a half-assed excuse (not unlike during the Emmett Till controversy), but in this case, apparently decided to nip this drama in the bud.

Flag or no flag, what do you think of his new video?

Stripped down covers of high-energy, fist-bumping pop songs are a dime a dozen on the web these days, but Robin Thicke's cover of "I Love It" by Icona Pop?

An unexpected, instant classic, for good reason.

The "Blurred Lines" and "Give it 2 U" singer stopped by BBC's Radio 1 Live Lounge last week and sang a mellow, piano-driven version of the track.

Robin's version may not want you to crash your car into a bridge and throw your hands in the air like you just don't care, but it's burning up the 'net.

Check it out below and you'll see why!

Chris Brown‘s new single, “Can’t Say No,” and its intensely suggestive lyrics have the masses wondering if it's an ode to Rihanna ... or Karrueche Tran.

In the leaked track, a slow jam/love ballad, the 24-year-old R&B star calls a woman "irresistible" because "without you girl, the sun don’t shine.”

But which girl is he talking about?

Chris Brown goes on, crooning:

“Girl without you it’s hard to breathe, it’s like you are my air. Made a man out of me, ’cause your love, it sets me free, and when I need you you’re there."

After his bike got a flat tire during a pre-show ride, a stranded Dave Matthews hitchhiked to his own concert with some fans who were on the way there.

Dave Matthews, Fan

The rocker had gone out for a ride prior to his Saturday show in Hershey, Pa., when his back tire popped, leaving him stranded without a cell phone.

Emily Kraus and her boyfriend, who were running late to the concert, weren't the only ones. They noticed a hitchhiker and pulled over ... to their astonishment.

Thanks to a recently-installed bicycle rack on their car, the fans were able to give the singer-songwriter and his gear a lift to Hersheypark Stadium.

Willow Smith's new "Summer Fling" music video and lyrics have drawn criticism from some parents who find the content a bit racy for someone her age.

She's 12, after all.

The Willow Smith "Summer Fling" video shows her holding hands, hugging, cuddling and flirting with a seemingly older boy, and features lyrics such as:

"You tell me that I’m the one / I tell you it's just for fun / Don't really care what we do tonight / Good night kiss 'til the mood is right."

"Laying by the beach with you / Wishing it would never end."

The video - and song about having a "fling" at age 12, has some parents worried that it's too mature for Willow's age, while others say it's all in good fun.

Where do you stand on Willow Smith's new video?

In the aftermath of the George Zimmerman verdict that resonated across the U.S., Beyonce honored Trayvon Martin at the Mrs. Carter Show in Nashville.

The 31-year-old singer offered a moment of silence for the slain Florida teen, whose death continues to sadden so many around the nation and world.

She also covered Whitney Houston's legendary "I Will Always Love You."

Martin has become a cause celebre among A-listers since his death 17 months ago, as evidenced by the mostly irate celebrity Twitter reactions to the verdict.

Beyonce did not criticize the jury specifically, however.

By choosing to tenderly and simply honor the teen and his family, she left the legal and political issues this case has raised to be debated another day.

Rogers Communications, one of the sponsors of a concert in northeastern Canada, has withdrawn from the event after Chris Brown signed on to perform.
