Breaking news: Britney Spears is NOT an amazing vocalist ... said nobody, ever. Shocking, it's not, but this recently leaked track is still worth a listen.

A recording of Britney singing her song "Alien" with no autotune has leaked, and wow. Just wow. This could not even earn a callback on American Idol:

It's unclear why or exactly when, but the 32-year-old pop sensation's unedited vocal version of "Alien" hit the web this week, and gave it goose bumps.

Not the good, Ariana Grande-style vocal goose bumps, either.

The song from the mother-of-two's most recent album, Britney Jean, can be heard in its official, auto-tuned glory after the jump, for comparison:

The most successful artist in music history is on his way back.

Garth Brooks announced yesterday that he will kick off a three-year world tour in the near future, with the first date to be confirmed on Monday and plenty more details to come afterward.

The 52-year old kept things mostly mum during a Nashville press conference, simply saying he’s “very proud” of the ticket prices for the tour.

He also teased a new album in the works, with the initial single being released “sometime in the next two months.”

Colbie Caillat is aiming to inspire with her new music video.

The artist, who shined a spotlight on natural beauty with the lyric video for "Try," is doing so again with the actual video itself.

It features everyday women with and without makeup, along with Caillat herself slowing stripping away everything on her face that clouds her “real” beauty.

The Grammy winner co-wrote the ballad with Babyface over a year ago, doing so during a time when she was feeling tired from the pressures of being a woman in the entertainment realm.

"The song was from experience. I do try very hard," she recently told Glamour. "I think all girls - especially in this business - have to be polished, and if you don't then you're the one who looks bad. It's a lot of pressure."

Somewhere, Demi Lovato is nodding along in approval of the video. Check it out here:

Paris Hilton is making another attempt to be relevant again.

And, tragically, it involves her singing.

Eight years after Hilton declared stars are blind, the former sex tape star has signed with Cash Money Records and released a single titled “Come Alive.”

Hilton (hilariously) has been working as a DJ and the track appropriately contains a dance-themed beat, along with such catchy lyrics as: "You make me smile/You make me dream/You make me feel alive."

The real question: To whom is this dedicated? Also: Who would ever download it?!?

Ariana Grande dressed as a sexy space vixen on Twitter to tease the release of her new single "Break Free" last week.

Now the rising pop star is keeping the galactic theme going with a Star Wars-themed lyric video for her forthcoming hit.

Ariana recently debuted the newest track from her upcoming album, My Everything, and the spacey lyric video she posted to YouTube is sure to appeal to fans who are already counting down the days until the Episode VII release date.

The clip kicks off with the iconic quote, "A long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away." The lyrics then zoom through space in a font and angle that's sure to be familiar to George Lucas devotees.

Sadly, while Ariana dropped F-bombs aplenty during a recent MTV appearance, her new song is entirely profanity-free.

KABOOM!

No, that isn't the sound of July 4 fireworks arriving a day early. It's the sound Ariana Grande made Wednesday while performing live on MTV.

During a round of Hip-Hop Mix-Up on a special titled “Total Ariana Live,” Grande sang A$AP Rocky‘s “F-ckin’ Problems” in Broadway style... that also incorporated F Bomb after F Bomb.

The artist asked producers to bleep her out, but the censors couldn't keep up, leading to a curse-laden performance captured below on camera:

OOPS! Perhaps this selfie-obsessed singer should stick to taking self-portraits.
