Lady Gaga was the big winner at the MTV Europe Music Awards Sunday in Belfast, Northern Ireland, capturing Best Song, Best Video, Best Female and Biggest Fans.

"Thank you for believing in my vision," the 25-year-old Mother Monster told the crowd after one of her wins. "The success of Born This Way has changed my life."

Gaga also performed her latest single "Marry The Night."

Plagued by the Mariah Yeater baby scandal, Justin Bieber also received some good news by taking home awards for Best Male and Best Pop.

But not Biggest Fans, amazingly. Get it together, Beliebers.

Rocking her super cute retro pink hair, Katy Perry took home the award for Best Live Performer, besting Gaga, Biebs, Coldplay, who opened the show, and Foo Fighters.

Tonya Cooley, a cast member on MTV's Real World/Road Rules Challenge: The Ruins, is suing the network after claiming she was raped on set ... with a toothbrush.

Cooley filed the suit against MTV, Bunim/Murray Productions, Kenneth Santucci, Evan Starkman and others. According to her lawsuit, the two male co-stars:

"Took another male participant's toothbrush and rubbed the toothbrush around plaintiff's genitals, including her labia, and inserting the toothbrush into plaintiff's vagina."

Cooley says it happened while she was passed out and cameras were rolling.

Tonya Cooley also says producers not only knew about the rape, they even replaced the toothbrush, never telling her what happened while she was out cold.

The suit also claims that female cast members were stripped of their bathing suits and that male cast members were encouraged by producers to "inappropriately touch female cast members' bodies, including in intimate areas."

In the late 1990s, Beavis and Butt-Head became the ultimate critics of music videos, dissecting MTV's signature programming with surgical comedic precision.

Fast forward 14 years and the animated, dumbass duo is back, and ironically turning its attention to the hit show whose time slot they're currently occupying.

MTV, of course, no longer airs music videos, making the network's own name a huge misnomer. But they do air a bunch of absurd, yet popular reality shows.

Jersey Shore chief among them.

Beavis and Butt-Head Photo

The surprisingly under-hyped return of Beavis and Butt-Head wasted little time going after the Shore cast, as well as 16 & Pregnant, Teen Mom and Twilight.

Imagining JWoww’s future withher  grandkids, which Jenni Farley herself mused about in Season 4, Beavis said: “Grandma JWoww, where did you get syphilis?”

Zing. As for the "plots" that fill the time when the morons aren't glued to the TV, B-squared aspired to be bitten by a werewolf to help them score chicks.

Obviously.

Beavis and Butt-Head are returning to MTV with new episodes tonight. No, this isn't 1997, the network is really bringing back the animated, slacker dumbass duo.

Mike Judge's cartoon, developed as a farcical, moronic but not inaccurate satire of the network's main programming at the time - music videos, those were the days!! - has officially been revived, with the titular characters ridiculing MTV's present-day fare.

That means Teen Mom and Jersey Shore jokes galore.

Beavis and Butt-Head Picture

"This show would rule if they showed them actually getting pregnant." Beavis on 16 & Pregnant. "This guy might be stupider than us." - Butt-Head on Sitch.

The material is new (and endless), but the idiots remain the same. Or have they? Will we see a more mature side of the terrible tandem after all this time?

Don't count on it, but by bringing back a slow, awkward, '90s style cartoon, MTV is certainly going against the grain. Whether it works remains to be seen.

Are you psyched for the return of Beavis and Butt-Head?

MTV airs the Video Music Awards tonight at 8 p.m. EST. But Adam Levine won't be tuning in.

The Maroon 5 frontman and judge on The Voice let his feelings be known about the network in a Tweet last night, writing: "The VMAs [are the] one day a year when MTV pretends to still care about music. I'm drawing a line in the sand. F--k you, VMAs."

Adam Levine in Canda

Adam Levine is going after MTV and American Idol these days. Who will be next?!?

The singer and his band won a VMA trophy in 2004, but they are not nominated in any category this year.

Levine may not be tuning in to watch Lady Gaga open the ceremony tonight, but THG will be! Return to the site throughout the day tomorrow for constant video and fashion updates from the event.

Chelsea Settles is not small, but MTV hopes she'll be a big hit.

The network's new reality TV starlet is coming to Tinseltown in pursuit of a career in the fashion industry. She's pretty much the anti-Lauren Conrad.

She weighs 324 lbs., which people remind her of constantly, but make no mistake, the 23-year-old is not about to let it stand in the way of a dream.

As she ditches her small town roots for life in the City of Angels, all while struggling to lose weight, Settles' career pursuits meet major obstacles.

She's leaving behind a boyfriend who isn't always supportive, a mom struggling with severe diabetes, and battling her size every step of the way.

The new star will have "an opportunity to expand her social life by confronting the social phobias that have been holding her back," MTV explains.

Unlike most reality shows (cough, any Real Housewives), this features a genuinely likable star, one MTV hopes will be "a new kind of heroine."

Think she will be? Watch the trailer below:

Amber Portwood's brother is defending her after her daughter Leah was shown playing with Gary Shirley's condoms on last week's Teen Mom episode.

Shawn Portwood takes issue with the way the producers portray his sister, calling MTV "spineless soulless individuals" in a rant posted on his blog:

"First, I would like to congratulate Teen Mom star Gary Shirley for doing something he should have been doing for a while now, wearing condoms!"

Amber, Gary, Leah Picture

"Second, my hat goes off to you MTV for getting a close up of the Trojan Magnums seen around the world," Shawn adds of Gary's brand of choice.

"Though they got a classic shot of my little niece playing with condoms; I wonder how it came about in the first place," he wrote, implying that the scene may have been - hope you're sitting down for this one - staged.

Shawn then went on to bash MTV for broadcasting the now-infamous incident where Amber Portwood attacked Gary Shirley. The network should have shelved the video, notifying authorities in private if at all, he suggested.

What, and give up huge ratings at Leah's expense? Puh. Lease.

On last night's Teen Mom, Farrah Abraham took her newly-paid-for breasts on a modeling gig in Colorado, making hard-earned money to support Sophia.

Meanwhile, Maci Bookout took the plunge and moved in with Kyle King, a relatively nice, stable individual who even has a job. So things are going well, right?

WRONG, according to In Touch, which claims Teen Mom RUINED their lives! Anorexia! Addiction! Abuse! Living on popcorn and cigarettes! Oh, the horror!

Teen Mom Stars: RUINED!

Besides the walking train wreck that is Amber Portwood, it's hard to see how MTV is ruining their lives. Seems to us like they were in tight spots already.

If anything, aren't they getting paid, and thus supporting their kids?

Maybe it sends the wrong message to viewers, but for these girls specifically, how has it been bad? Farrah and Maci seem to be making positive steps.

Sure, maybe they're "bribed" to be on the show. Sure, maybe getting a boob job wasn't a good idea. But it helps her model and support herself, right?

Call it what you want, they do this of their own free will. They still struggle, sure, but those struggles are documented in a realistic way most shows can't match.

It's hardly MTV's fault for showing it like it is.

He stuck his finger in Pedro's peanut butter and he blew snot rockets all over the home of The Real World: San Francisco.

But now David Rainey could be in real trouble.

The former reality star, best known as "Puck," was arrested last week on suspicion of felony corporal injury on a spouse or cohabitant, according to The Los Angeles Times. He's currently being held on $30,000 bail.

Rainey will be back in court for a hearing on July 6.

Should we be getting ready to goodbye to Jersey Shore as we know it?

While MTV just re-signed Situation, Pauly, Ron-Ron, Sammi, Vinny, JWoww, Deena and effing Snooki to new contracts for Season 5, which begins filming Monday in Seaside Heights, this will be their last hurrah, a source says.

The network apparently wants a fresh crew after season five wraps.

Jersey Shore Season Four Cast

Fortunately, this is still a ways out. Season 4, which was just filmed in Italy, hasn't even aired yet (it premieres August 4), and Season 5 will follow.

The decision is simple for MTV, which can potentially keep the Jersey Shore machine rolling on into the future with a cheaper, unestablished cast.

Regardless, Pauly D, JWoww and effing Snooki have already been signed to spinoffs on the network, so they'll be getting the best of both worlds.

As are viewers. The third season was the show's highest-rated yet, indicating that for many fans, there's no such thing as enough Jersey Shore.

UPDATE: An MTV spokesperson tells Celebuzz the rumor is false.

“We love the present cast, and their summer adventures have just begun. We currently have no plans to recast the show,” said the spokesperson.

Fist-pump!!!!
