Vanessa Hudgens showed up on the red carpet for the premiere of Sucker Punch without a date last night - she is single, after all - but not without her sense of fashion.

The event took place at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Los Angeles, as young actresses from across Hollywood showed up to help promote a thriller that features Hudgens, Emily Browning, Abbie Cornish, Jena Malone and others.

The Los Angeles premiere of "Never Say Never" was a family affair last night.

While Justin Bieber smiled for the cameras, friends and fellow celebrities showed their support for the singer and his 3D biopic by showing up with their loved ones.

Usher brought his sons. Miley Cyrus took her sister. Will Smith was accompanied by his wife and pair of talented children. And, of course, a slew of Beliebers were in the crowd, screaming for Justin and holding signs:

Indeed, the singer-turned-actress appeared in great spirits on the red carpet, despite the leaked, racy photo controversy surrounding her back home.

But might the sex symbol have that smile knocked off her face by her co-star in this upcoming musical? Cher aims to accomplish that task below, as she goes up against Aguilera in a Fashion Face-Off that pits one generation against another.

Ashley Greene and Joe Jonas, who sources say are happier than ever as a couple, showed up at the Los Angeles premiere of Meskada last night and showed support for Kellan Lutz.

The movie opens in limited theaters on December 3 and focuses on a small-town detective who investigates a murder that took place during a home burglary in the affluent town of Hilliard.

Fenway Park has been the site for a disappointing Boston Red Sox season.

But the stadium actually played host to a talented group of individuals last night, as Ben Affleck and Jon Hamm led the cast of The Town on to the red carpet for a unique movie premiere.

With a giant screen placed along the third base line, fans sat in baseball seats and cheered excitedly at various points in a film that pays homage to the city of Boston itself, specifically Charlestown.

With the clear exception of Inception, it's been the summer of comedies.

Few dramas have made a dent in the box office, while more light-hearted films such as Toy Story 3, Despicable Me and Dinner for Schmucks have fared very well.

That trend will likely continue this weekend, as The Other Guys hits theaters nationwide. It features Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell as mismatched police partners - which is really all you need to know, isn't it?
