Spring Breakers will forever be fondly remembered by film buffs as the movie that gave us James Franco with cornrows and 90 minutes of Selena Gomez shooting guns in a bikini.

Spring Breakers Cast Pic

Despite shockingly not sweeping last year's Academy Awards, Breakers has become a cult favorite and Wild Bunch productions announced today that a sequel to the boobs-and-bullets saga disguised as a high-minded art flick will be released with in the next year.

Sadly, at this time, it looks as though none of the cast or crew from the original film will be involved in the sequel.

Spring Breakers 2 will reportedly feature different scantily clad college girls battling a fundamentalist Christian sect, no doubt frequently in slow-motion.

Last week, a rumor made the rounds online that Star Wars Episode VII: The Order of the Jedi would be the official title for J.J. Abrams new addition to the iconic film franchise.

Now, movie Harry Knowles has declared those reports bogus and insists that he has insider knowledge of the film's actual title.

Adam Driver
Adam Driver was one of the first to be cast in the long-awaited Star Wars sequel. He's best known for his role on HBO's Girls.

According to Knowles, Abrams and company will begin filming with the working title, The Ancient Fear

The name of the movie apparently refers to a villain played by 85-year-old acting legend Max Von Sydow.

Unconfirmed reports state that Abrams and Von Sydow are intent on making the character (for whom Von Sydow may only provide voice work) the most terrifying villain yet seen in the Star Wars franchise.

When the cast of Star Wars Episode VII was announced earlier this week, one name seemed to attract more interest than any other: Daisy Ridley.

Not only is Daisy the only woman to be cast in the film so far, she's almost a complete unknown, with only a handful of British TV credits to her name.

While we still know very little about Daisy, some Internet theorists are convinced they know the role she'll play in the highly anticipated JJ Abrams film: the daughter of Han Solo and Princess Leia, Jaina Solo.

With today being the tenth anniversary for the release of the high school cult classic Mean Girls, we thought it would be a good time to check in on what the cast of the iconic film is up to a decade later.

Lindsay Lohan
Lindsay Lohan has been all over the tabloids in the 10 years since she starred in Mean Girls. While she remains in the news, her career has been in the gutter.

While all the principal cast members are still working actors with varying degrees of success, boy did they choose some different paths with regard to their lives and careers!

Obviously Lindsay Lohan remains a tabloid mainstay ten years later with new reports of bad behavior seemingly surfacing every day. (Today's nugget: Lindsay is banging a married man!)

Conversely, Amanda Seyfried has avoided Hollywood excess and carved out a successful career for herself, at one point even stealing a part that was planned for Lindsay in the film Lovelace.

Amanda is dating actor Justin Long these days and she's earned a reputation as a reliable actress and down-to-earth star.
