It was A Good Day to Die Hard at the box office this weekend.

But not a great day.

The latest addition to this Bruce Willis franchise earned a fairly weak $25 million on Friday and Saturday, good enough for first place, but far lower than the initial haul of Live Free or Die Hard in 2007. It banked $33.4 million.

Lindsay Lohan's maligned new film The Canyons finally has a distributor.

The self-proclaimed "neo-noir thriller" starring LiLo and porn star James Deen has been acquired by IFC Films, which is planning a "multi-platform."

It will soon be available via theatrical, digital and on demand options.

IFC releases indie films in theaters and on demand simultaneously, so it's a logical fit for the controversial project written by Bret Easton Ellis.

The low budget film has received major publicity ... not all of it good.

Harrison Ford will likely reprise his role as Han Solo in Star Wars: Episode VII, the next installment of the iconic franchise, according to reports!

Rumors that Ford would be returning, along with Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher as Luke Skywalker and Princess Leia, look to be the real deal.

Hammil and Fisher met with Lucas last year to discuss the new film, which takes place some time after the events of Return of the Jedi (Episode III).

It's unclear what roles Han, Luke and Leia will have in the next trilogy, but Solo is also reportedly the focal point of one of two potential Star Wars spinoffs.

A Han Solo movie and a Boba Fett movie are being planned along with Episode VII, which is set for a 2015 release and will be directed by JJ Abrams.

Are you excited that Harrison Ford & Co. are back on board?

Just when you thought you could not get any more excited for X-Men: Days of Future Past...

Peter Dinklage - the Emmy-winning actor who has sky-rocketed to fame as Tyrion Lannister on HBO's Game of Thrones - has joined the cast of this wildly anticipated blockbuster.

Two new posters for Spring Breakers feature Selena Gomez and James Franco... in very contrasting states of dress.

First, Selena basically tells Justin Bieber to eat his little heart out, as she poses in a bright blue bikini that leaves little to the imagination.

Next, Franco - who plays a drug dealer in the film - crosses his arms and exposes his gun. Look for his character to take young women played Gomez, Vanessa Hudgens and Ashley Benson under his dangerous wing in the flick.

Just in time for the completion of the Death Star!

Rumors abound, however, that VanCamp will take on the role of Sharon Carter, the niece of Hayley Atwell's Peggy Carter.

The Captain America sequel hits theaters on April 4 of next year. It returns Chris Evans as the Patriotic title character and will also feature Sebastian Stan, Scarlett Johansson, Cobie Smulders, Frank Grillo, Toby Jones, and Samuel L. Jackson.

Simply put, Casablanca is the greatest movie in cinematic history.

So state the good folks at Movie Fanatic, who have spent weeks counting down the top 100 films of all-time.

Casablanca Poster

The rankings finally concluded today with a final three of Vertigo, Taxi Driver and the Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman classic that "continues to compel every new generation that comes along," according to the site. Why?

"Because it is equal parts timeless romance and war drama, whose themes could not be more universal, regardless of the era."

That's lofty praise. Do you agree with the ranking? Is Casablanca the best movie ever?
