For reasons unknown, Spencer Pratt decided to post his cell phone number on Twitter Wednesday night - and none other than Miley Cyrus rang him up.

"is it weird that @spencerpratt put up his "number" on twitter and i called? haha :)" the popular teenage Disney corporate drone later Tweeted.

Spencer Pratt cleverly replied on Twitter: "is it weird that I am secretly your biggest fan!!! I'm crushed I missed your call! I will be answering all day!"

The Hills villain later wrote: "i gave you my other cell phone number in direct message that way when you call Speidi will pick u up! i owe both you and justin... i owe you both the biggest milkshakes they can serve!"

Wow. We love third-person nickname reference of Speidi. Maybe he can freestyle about this scintillating Twitter exchange in his next rap song.

Spencer also invited Miley and her Billy Ray Cyrus-look-alike boyfriend, Justin Gaston, on a double date with he and his plastic wife, Heidi Montag, after Miley complained about getting spammed from Spencer's "number."

"@mileycyrus let's double date you and @justinmgaston and Heidi and I! We can get millshakes!" Pratt said.

Miley Cyrus' response?

"im down! you owe me a milkshake anyhoo since i got suckered into calling your voicemail thing and now 'you' keep texting me ha," she said, adding:

"i'll just send my cell phone bill to you ;) love yall!"

You may officially be dumber for reading this, but you can at least happy that these two awesome couples will soon be sharing milkshakes together.

In this day and age, Twitter can often tell all.

With that in mind, we can't help wondering if the relationship between Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston is going through a rough patch... and if said rough patch is a result of Miley cheating on her man!

In a new, wide-ranging interview with Great Britain's The Daily Mail, Miley Cyrus touches on a number of topics.

Among them: the difficulty of growing up famous, rich and with a legion of fans around the world; her hatred for celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton; and her plans to stay pure until marriage.

Note to Justin Gaston: if you wanna look down and see this look on Miley Cyrus, put a ring on her finger.

Here are excerpts from the article:

On being young and famous: "It's hard growing up in the spotlight and I'm changing. I can't be the 12-year-old who just moved to LA for ever. I'm having a great time doing what I do, but I'm also going to stumble and fall."

On Perez Hilton: "That's just a mean person. I don't know how old he is, but taking it out on me is a little strange. It's like going back to high school. I get to travel and go to London and Paris, while this person sits by the computer writing mean things about me. I'd rather be the one travelling."

On sex: "I want to keep my virginity until I marry and then follow the lead of Jessica Simpson, another singer that made this claim, starred on a reality show, got divorced and has slept with as many men as possible since. I was brought up in a Christian family."

At the Paris premiere for Hannah Montana: The Movie, Miley Cyrus gave "necking" a meaning that had nothing to do with boyfriend Justin Gaston.

The actress donned an unusual Dolce & Gabanna dress, one that covered up any possible hickeys left on her body by the aforementioned 20-year old.

Yes, Miley Cyrus and Nick Jonas once dated.

And, yes, the pair was hanging out last week.

But, no, Miley insists, this young couple is NOT back together. How adamant is she over this fact? Just look at how she spelled "stupid" in a recent Twitter post!

"It makes me sad to think that people out there aren't friends with THEIR ex bf, because let me tell u it IS possible," Cyrus wrote on her official Twitter page, referring to talk of a romantic reconciliation with Jonas as a "stupidddd rumor."

Cyrus, of course, is smitten with older boy toy Justin Gaston.

"Justin and Nick are two very amazing people and they both mean so much to me," she wrote. "I love both of them so much, and they are both very dear to my heart. Justin is an amazing person! He can always make me laugh and has a heart of gold."

As for Nick?

"Nick is so lovely. He reaches out to so many people with his music, not only with his talent but with his heart. Our love for music is something that keeps our friendship together and I KNOW NO MATTER [what] he will be my friend forever."

Do you wanna see Cyrus and Jonas get back together?

Miley Cyrus has some bad news for Justin Gaston, according to a report in today's New York Daily News. She wants to get back with her ex, Nick Jonas.

Despite dating 20-year-old underwear model-musician Gaston for nearly eight months, Miley apparently says her heart belongs to Nick, her first love.

The two - who split in 2007 - find it "impossible to stay apart."

“Miley and Nick want to get back together,” a source says. “They’re working together [on a new video], in close proximity to each other. They’re now spending more and more time together, and they’re constantly on the phone.”

When the two were seen on a lunch date at L.A.’s Village Idiot in mid-April, Miley Cyrus laughed off romance rumors, using the “just friends” line.

But do friends kiss? Do they cuddle? Justin Gaston may have reason to worry. When Miley and Nick get together these days, things hardly seem platonic.

“Miley was over at the Jonas house recently, and they were smooching," says the Daily News source. "Nick’s parents have this rule that when a girl is over, the door has to be open, but that didn’t stop Nick and Miley from making out.”

Nick Jonas and Miley Cyrus are “very sweet together,” but they do have squabbles - the insider says - like when it comes to telling Justin Gaston the truth.

The source says that when it comes to dumping Gaston, Miley turned on the waterworks recently, crying: “How do I tell him? I don’t know how to do this!”

Adds the insider, “She doesn’t know how to tell Justin that they are over, but Nick is being very firm with her. He’s a good, stand-up kind of guy, and is making Miley tell Justin very, very soon. He’s being tough about it.”

Some say the two are MFEO (made for each other). Miley recently told Ryan Seacrest, “Me and Nick talk all the time and he is one my best friends. We love each other, and I am happy we have been able to stay such good friends.”

Miley Cyrus is doing more than just standing up for gay marriage these days.

She'll also standing up on a red carpet in Rome, as the young superstar and her father traveled overseas this week to premiere Hannah Montana: The Movie in Europe.

Naturally, no Miley Cyrus photograph would be complete without a peace sign, as the actress delivered one to her adoring fans at the event:

The Hannah Montana movie opened to record-breaking numbers in the United States. As Miley tours the globe, there's little reason to believe the film will stop raking in money any time soon.
