Miley Cyrus is currently in Savannah, Georgia, as production gets underway for the Nicholas Sparks-penned movie The Last Song.

But fans of the singer are more interested in her current song; i.e., the duet she has undertaken with her rumored-to-be rekindled flame, Nick Jonas.

As the lyrics above - as well as Miley's own Tweets - imply, this couple is back together. In fact, Nick flew down to Savannah this week to be with Cyrus, as the pair were spotted jet skiing.

The photo below was taken by a local South Carolina television station. It's distant, and a bit grainy, but get close to the computer screen and squint: it's totally Miley and Nick!

Various sources are reporting that Miley Cyrus has broken up with Justin Gaston... possibly for Nick Jonas!

Both E! Online and Us Weekly have quoted insiders that claim the pair called it quits on Saturday, the same day each posted sad Twitter messages regarding the relationship.

As the young Hannah Montana heads to Los Angeles for two months to shoot a new movie, a friend says Miley simply ran out of time for the 20-year old underwear model.

"They have been having trouble for a while," said the source. "It's been hard for a long time since Miley has been working so much and traveling a lot."

But isn't a good, hot, Bible-toting guy worth fighting for? Unless, that is, Cyrus has another waiting in the wings...

Miley Cyrus: Out with the old(er) Justin Gaston and in with the new(er) Nick Jonas.

For a few weeks, Gaston has complained to friends about his girlfriend's resurrected relationship with Nick Jonas. That gorgeous body was reportedly being eaten up inside by the rekindled friendship.

"She obviously has been hanging out with Nick again a lot, and Justin was cool with it at first, as long as it was just a cool, friendly thing," an insider told E! News. "She didn't cheat, but I guess Nick was trying to get her back the whole time."

Adding fuel to this juicy fire? On Saturday, Cyrus posted a mysterious message on her Twitter page:

"I'm in a dark theater 'writing' a song with nick j who is rockin a faded eggplant shirt! :)"

Did Miley just imply - or simply state, really - that she was hooking up with Nick Jonas inside a movie theater?!? Is there any other way to interpret her "writing" reference?

As if bare shoulders and backs weren't sexy enough.

A trio of budding celebrity style icons - Whitney Port, Halle Berry and Miley Cyrus - all upped the fashion ante with loosely draped necklines on minidresses.

While Justin Gaston is sure to hold onto hot images like this during his time apart from the Hannah Montana star, can she compete with The City's leading lady and the Academy Award winner in this particular celebrity fashion clash?

The beloved multi-millionaire is soon leaving to film a movie written specifically for her by a world-famous author and won't be seeing her gorgeous boyfriend for a couple months. God, life is difficult for Cyrus.

"'my heart is in two... and its all because of you.' a song i am starting to write :)" Miley posted on Twitter last week, a reference to bidding farewell to Justin Gaston as she embarks to shoot The Last Song.

Forced to be apart for a few months, how will Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston have age-inappropriate sex this fall?

Gaston won't be joining his much younger girlfriend while she's filming the flick, nor will be accompany her on tour this September.

"He's got his own thing going on," Cyrus said over the weekend. "But I am just continuing to work hard and definitely have the whole tour going on and my clothing line and the movie."

As for Gaston, prepare your sad face emoticon, readers. He isn't taking the time apart very well.

"Haven't been this miserable in a looong time," he Tweeted this week.

After accepting her trophy of golden popcorn last night at the MTV Movie Awards for Best Song From a Movie, Miley Cyrus had a lot of people to thank.

First, she expressed how psyched she was to have the award handed to her by Lil' Wayne; then she showered praise on her fans; at the last second - d'uh! - she remembered her maker:

"I want to thank God, HELLOOOO, the only reason I'm here. I love you so much."

It looks like the Big Man was listening, as He's rewarded Cyrus with a fourth season of Hannah Montana, The Disney Channel announced today.

Yo, God, it's me, Miles. Props for helping me write "The Climb." Keep on rockin!

"Miley and the producers have proposed a change of setting for Season Four that will provide the catalyst for wonderful new characters and further expand the storytelling opportunities," the network said in a statement.

Production on the show's third season is over this week; shooting will then resume early next year.

While we don't claim to be experts on the long-haired Messiah, we have a feeling he'd tell Miley Cyrus to shut the heck up.

In a recent Twitter post, Cyrus compared Jesus to both a first aid balm and an expensive fashion company. To wit:

We don't know the identity of Twitter user "@jordanyup," but we do know that Neosporin is an antibiotic ointment that's used in the prevention of infection.

Let's hope Miley and Justin Gaston are using a lot more than it in their sex life, however. Otherwise, instead of asking what Jesus would do, Cyrus will be calling Bristol Palin for advice.

Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford will headline the remake of Footloose, as has been rumored for weeks, while a new, hot name is being tossed around for the potential female lead in the forthcoming song-and-dance extravaganza:

"They've expressed interest in Miley for the part," a source close to the tween queen said. Another source close to the Footloose production further added that Cyrus "is definitely in the mix" to star opposite Chace Crawford.

That mix currently includes Hayden Panettiere, Amanda Bynes and Dancing With the Stars' Julianne Hough, all of whom have auditioned for the part of Ariel Moore, the independent, rebellious character played in 1984 by Lori Singer.

Either way, the studio has finally locked up Chace Crawford. The Gossip Girl guy had been in line for the role of Ren McCormack since Zac Efron got cold feet.

Chace Crawford is ready to get Footloose ... but with whom?

Miley Cyrus has not auditioned for the role, but her singing and dancing skills have already been proven. Then again, that would also be true of Julianne Hough.

While Cyrus' reps had no comment, it may be a bit premature to think she would or could take the role, as the Disney corporate drone's schedule is booked solid.

Chace Crawford and another Dancing With the Stars pro, Julianne's brother Derek Hough, were among those to audition for the role originated by Kevin Bacon.

Footloose, to be directed by High School Musical's Kenny Ortega, is set to begin shooting in March 2010, around when Chace wraps Season 3 of Gossip Girl.

Miley Cyrus is not remotely fat.

But she is desperate for attention and pity.

Apparently - after seeing all the headlines garnered by Jessica Simpson's overweight debate - Cyrus has decided to stir up her very own body controversy.

The day after a few pics of Miley in a bikini surfaced online, the actress took to her Twitter account and critiqued her own figure:

"i just jiggled my thighs and they shook on their own for 3 mississipis no more late night lucky charms," she wrote.

A short time later, however, Cyrus suddenly took offense to people (such as herself) that demeaned her body, Tweeting:

"Talk all you want. i have my flaws. im a normal girl theres things about my body i would change but stop with calling me f*t in post. i dont...even like the word. those remarks that you hateful people use are fighting words."

We challenge anyone to search the Internet and come up with a single blog that refers to Cyrus as "fat." Immature, egocentric and manufactured-by-Disney? Sure. But never "fat."

These Twitter postings mean one of two things:

1. Cyrus has multiple personality disorder;
2. Or she's so desperate for attention that she's actually creating her very own weight controversy.

Fans ought to be concerned either way.
