Michael Lohan was receiving money for securing paying gigs on behalf of Jon Gosselin, he says, a fact that could doom Jonny Boy in his legal battle with TLC.

Jon Gosselin entered into a business relationship with Hailey Glassman, Mike Heller and Michael Lohan to earn money, all in violation of his TLC contract.

Though unsigned, the contract led to Jon being paid for outside appearances that violated his TLC deal, Michael Lohan himself told the celeb gossip site.

The document and the payments Jon ended up getting could be a smoking gun in the breach of contract lawsuit brought against the father of eight by TLC.

According to the deal, "TR" is entitled to certain fees resulting from business transactions on behalf of Gosselin and then-girlfriend Hailey Glassman.

“I brought Jon to the table so I told Michael Heller we needed an agreement. He said no problem,” Lohan said, explaining the origin of the document.

Get ready to say BYE to a lot of money, Jon.

“We were representing him ... I brought Jon Gosselin to Mike Heller, so Michael therefore had an obligation to pay me a percentage of what he made.”

TR is a joint venture of Lohan’s company and Mike Heller’s company. Heller never signed the deal after his dad Mark, Jon's lawyer, advised him not to.

Regardless, in what is sure to be strong evidence for TLC, who subpoenaed Lohan, says he got paid for deals Jon made money from. Probably illegally.

Heller “was paying me all along, which basically proves I have a deal. Why was he paying me checks and giving my wife and my son checks?” Lohan said.

Lohan said some payments he got for helping get Jon gigs was in cash.

“A lot of it was cash, so I would imagine that there were a lot of things I wasn’t paid for too,” the father of Lindsay and Ali said. “We’re going to find out.”

The fact that a paper trail exists on side business deals may turn out to be strong evidence for TLC against Jon. The tool's best shot, according to his $5 million countersuit, is to claim his original deal is unreasonable. Stay tuned.

When the girl looks like your daughter, though? Most men, even types who have daughters and still go to strip clubs, would head for the exits at that point.

Not Michael Lohan, though. According to a source, that's how he likes it!

That's right. In what is easily today's most hilarious celebrity gossip rumor, Michael actually seeks out a certain kind of stripper when he heads to the clubs.

A former owner of a renowned strip club (there's a contradiction in terms) claims that when Michael came in, he liked girls resembling his unstable daughter.

"Lindsay Lohan's father once sat down and described the kind of dancer he was looking for," said Eliot Osher of Scores. "We sent some girls over. Funny ... they all seemed to look like Lindsay. We ended up having to show him to the door."

It's probably not all that surprising. Lindsay is a female who bears a resemblance to Michael Lohan's absolute favorite person in the world: Michael Lohan.

For the record, Mike denied this report, saying he never had girls dance for him at the establishment. Right. He just went to watch the Yankees game ...

That's up there with Bill Clinton's tall tale of trying pot but not inhaling. Can you even do that? It's okay, Mike. At least we think you're revolting anyway.

According to his estranged wife, and quite possibly New York State law, the recent leaking of phone call tapes to the press by Michael Lohan wasn't just a d!ck move.

It was also illegal.

Some legal experts say the father of Lindsay Lohan could wind up back behind bars - familiar surroundings for him - after releasing tapes of his family's phone calls.

The reason? Simple. M-Lo wasn't allowed to be on the calls in the first place. That's according to a protective order Dina obtained in Nassau County, N.Y., in 2005.

The order bars Michael from contacting Dina by email or phone 'til 2011. The release of the tapes, one of which was made in 2008, could be the smoking gun.

DISH SERVED COLD: Michael Lohan has been dishing out serious embarrassment to Lindsay lately, and she and mom Dina are out to make him pay - with jail time.

If police and prosecutors determine he broke the rules of the protective order, as Dina alleges this week, Michael could be looking at some quality time in prison.

Dina Lohan's lawyers have already contacted the Nassau County D.A. about Michael, who shows no signs of abating - he's threatening to leak more on Lindsay.

Sadly for Lindsay, there are no laws subjecting him to punishment from being an insensitive, deadbeat dad, a backstabber or an awful human being. Too bad.

We may not know much about raising kids, but when Dina Lohan is calling you out as a terrible parent, and actually makes decent points, you've got issues.

Michael Lohan us continuing his almost daily release of embarrassing, private phone call recordings he somehow has from his troubled daughter Lindsay.

His latest? A call in which Dina and he argue over who sucks more, and she claims Lindsay cuts herself (possibly over her alleged BF Heath Ledger dying).

Dina is far from thrilled about these tapes being released, and is lambasting Michael's misguided, press-hungry bid to shame Lindsay Lohan into recovery.

Again, when you're called out as a media whore by one of the bigger media whores around, and even she can't stand your tactics, you really suck, M-Lo.

LOHAN FAMILY FEUD: Dina can't believe Michael's trashing of Lindsay.

"The tapes were from a long time ago, and for a father to stoop this low is unforgivable," she tells E! News, imploring Lindsay fans to consider the source.

"My ex-husband has been in and out of jail for 10 years. My children and I gave him a chance to get to know them again. He clearly blew that chance!"

Dina, who with Lindsay and her former assistant are threatening legal action against Michael, says he should not be able to record these calls anyway.

"I have had a criminal order of protection from the domestic violence sector since 2005," she says, adding that the order extends through 2011.

"He was not supposed to even be harassing me by phone."

"My heart is breaking for my children that he could do this. He has no visitation and is six months behind in child support. The authorities have been alerted!"

Consider the source, indeed.

Michael Lohan is a pretty terrible parent. Who the heck leaks a taped phone call of his daughter bawling hysterically for help just to "prove a point" ... in the press.

Someone about to get served with a cease and desist letter for secretly taping several of these phone conversations he had with her a year or so ago, that's who.

Lindsay Lohan's former assistant, Jenni Muro, plans to send Michael Lohan just that, and should he release more dirt, as he threatens, legal action could be next.

Muro, who quit as Lindsay's manager in February, told TMZ that Lindsay's mercenary dad "has violated the privacy of the daughter he uses as a cash register."

Team Lindsay, Team Michael or Team Father-Daughter Rehab?

In the tapes, Muro, who claims her own privacy was violated as well, talks about trying to save Lindsay's life, which as we all know by now is getting out of control.

In addition to being a d!ck move in general, she says Michael's release of the tape was disingenuous, as the version was heavily edited and taken out of context.

She says Michael's conduct was "way beyond low." Mmmyeah. That's an even bigger understatement than saying Britney Spears' live shows are lip-synched.

Ding, ding!

Again, Michael Lohan has come out swinging against daughter Lindsay, who he claims he's trying to help but is really just humiliating with each publicity-crazed outburst.

This time, in response to Lindsay's Twitter attack on him yesterday (for releasing recordings of her phone calls to him), he says she's just "grasping at straws."

Mmmkay.

"When she gets angry she lashes out," Michael says. Wonder why ...

Naturally, Michael is defending his release of the Lindsay phone call tape, saying he did it because she belongs in rehab and the end justifies the means, or something.

Hello? I've got some dirt on Lindsay! $20,000 and it's yours!

Unfortunately for Lindsay, Michael is so "upset" about his daughter "calling him out" on Twitter, he's planning to release "everything" he has on her. Compassionate.

That supposedly includes texts of what a great father he is. Riiiight.

Michael Lohan did own up to doing drugs, which Lindsay Tweeted about in her rant yesterday: "I got my life back on track. I want her to get her life back on track."

Not sure how trashing your girl on every site or program that'll have you is what we'd call "getting your life back on track," but whatever helps you sleep at night.

Shockingly, Lindsay and mom Dina have not been in contact with him since this feud erupted. Well, with the exception of the protective order her lawyer is seeking.

As we reported last month, Jon Gosselin is the subject of a lawsuit filed by his employer, TLC, accusing him of breaching the terms of his contract.

Among the witnesses subpoenaed to testify, according to new court papers: Jon's post-Kate girlfriend Hailey Glassman and his friend Michael Lohan.

Maryland's Circuit Court of Montgomery County has granted motions filed by the network's lawyers to depose Glassman and Lindsay Lohan's dad.

Also served: Jon's lawyer Mark Heller, manager Michael Heller, bodyguard Thomas Meinelt and talent rep (apparently he has one) Matthew Kirschner.

TLC suspended shooting Jon's reality show last month.

Hailey Glassman and Michael Lohan will testify in TLC's court fight with Jon.

In October, TLC sued Jon Gosselin for breach of contract, accusing the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star of making paid and unpaid TV appearances without consent.

This followed Jon suing to stop the filming of the show.

Lohan publicly stated at one point that he and Gosselin were working on a reality show together about divorced dads, which TLC says violates his contract.

At the time, Mark Heller called the action "baseless" and said the network "exploited and manipulated the Gosselins' vulnerability and financial hardship."

Gosselin, of course, is in the middle of another legal matter – his divorce from Kate, and more relationship drama with Hailey, who split with him last week.

Embattled and troubled star Lindsay Lohan has once again utilized her preferred means of communication - Twitter - to respond to leaked phone tape that surfaced late Wednesday after her father sought to "prove a point."

Her estranged dad, Michael Lohan, has been trying to get Lindsay to seek help for her problems. He accuses her mom and his ex, Dina, of covering up the truth.

The truth being that Lindsay is an addict who is spiraling out of control. Says he. To any celebrity gossip magazine or TV program that will pay attention. Sad.

Seriously, we're not disputing that Lindsay needs help, big time. But to flat out humiliate your daughter, who hates you as it is, isn't the best way to reach her.

Anyway, after the release of the tape, which depicted a hysterical, out of control Lindsay wailing, sobbing and begging for Michael's help, Lindsay was irate.

She's called him a lunatic deadbeat dad who uses her for publicity.

Now Lindsay Lohan has taken her crusade against her estranged father, Michael, a step further and asked her attorney to take legal action, pronto.

The reason? Three minutes of a recorded audio tape released by him today reveal the troubled star's heart-wrenching and desperate plea for help.

The Lohan tape is the first of several which were recorded from phone calls Lindsay and mom Dina made to Michael, who leaked it to "prove a point."

The tape reveals a tortured, inconsolable Lindsay who whimpers like a child as she complains about problems with family and ex Samantha Ronson.

At one point, she wails, “No one cares about me ... It’s about how they feel, not how I feel. It’s not about me. It’s never been, unless I fight for it.”

The alleged actress contacted her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, Wednesday, to request an immediate restraining order against Michael Lohan.

B!TCH PLEASE: Train wreck Lindsay Lohan has had enough of her loudmouth dad and his so-called efforts to help her wreckalicious a$$, thankyouverymuch.

Don't ask us who records their daughter's phone calls on a routine basis, but whatever point he's trying to make, Michael is going about it all wrong.

Brutally embarrassing your little girl using the media as your personal mouthpiece? Not exactly the way to win her respect, guy. Just our two cents.

Michael has been selling his daughter out on TV, talking about her alleged drug use, calling her a sad, hollow person, saying she's gonna die, etc.

Chapman Holley is currently putting together a case against Michael and will decide in the near future which legal move makes the most sense.

Aside from getting a restraining order to get him to shut his damn yap, Chapman Holley could file a defamation lawsuit against Michael on Lindsay's behalf.

Chapman Holley is also getting in touch with authorities in New York, trying to find out if Michael Lohan may be in violation of a criminal protective order.

Yesterday, we chronicled the rise and fall of Lindsay Lohan, train wreck in the making. Lately, her estranged dad, Michael, has been discussing this deeply personal topic to anyone who will listen and pushing for her to get the help she needs.

To say she remains unmoved would be an understatement.

Lindsay Lohan has taken to Twitter to slam her dad, following reports that he is seeking a Britney Spears-style conservatorship over her, among other things:

"My father is a lunatic & doesn't even deserve such a title since he's never been around in my life other than when he'd threaten me & my family," she wrote.

Scathingly, the starlet continued: "He should be where he has always put himself after verbally abusing and physically abusing people all my life-behind bars."

Lindsay, 23, also wrote that sister Ali Lohan, 15 going on 45, is concerned about Michael, who recently accused their mom, Dina, of covering up her addictions.

"It's so sad to get a phone call from my baby sister asking, 'why is daddy doing this?' Through tears. He crossed the line & hurt me & my family 4 the last time."

The Lohans take the term family feud to new heights. Or depths.

Last week, Michael Lohan claimed that he would air on ET taped phone conversations between himself and Dina, in which they discuss Lindsay Lohan's well-being.

Dina Lohan says she and Lindsay plan to prevent the tapes from going public: "We're going to stop it from airing. He is in violation of my order of protection."

"My attorney sent a cease-and-desist letter, and a copy of my order of protection I have against him. He is now in violation of my criminal order of protection."

"He harasses me, calls my cell phone, which he is not allowed to."

In response to Dina's disdain for him, Michael said "Look, I know sometimes in the past I've said things I shouldn't have. [But right now] I have to help my child."

Be that as it may, Dina says Lindsay is planning to obtain a restraining order against her fatherr. Says Dina: "[Michael] is desperate and spiraling out of control."
