Taylor Swift writes songs about her exes as frequently as some people change their underwear. Swift's "Shake It Off" is rumored to be about both former flames Jake Gyllenhaal AND Harry Styles.

Or it's just an anthem about rising above and shaking off the haters. Either way, that's Taylor's M.O., but she isn't the only scathing songwriter in the game.

She's joined by a veritable legion of singers and bands who've made it their great pleasure to respond to their critics, enemies, and exes via song.

I Knew You Were Trouble - Taylor Swift
Oh, Taylor Swift! You just can't NOT write songs about exes! "I Knew You Were Trouble" is very publicly about One Direction's Harry Styles.

And then there are the musicians whose songs aren't about heartbreak at all but are instead tributes meant to help a friend through a tough time.

Songs in which others also find solace, like "Fix You" by Coldplay, which Chris Martin wrote for Gwyneth Paltrow, and which brought comfort to many facing tough times.

We put together a playlist featuring 19 songs inspired by celebrities, some you know well and others you might not. Sit back, relax, and just push play!

Forget the Miley Cyrus vs. Sinead O'Connor feud.

The real rivalry taking over Hollywood at the moment is between… Mia Farrow and Barbara Sinatra?!?

Farrow recently stirred up quite the scandalous storm when she told Vanity Fair that 25-year old son Ronan Farrow could "possibly" have been sired by Frank Sinatra, not director Woody Allen as the world has always assumed.

Told of these comments, Barbara - who was married to the iconic singer at the time of his death in 1998 - told The Desert Sun:

Mia Farrow’s daughter Dylan has opened up to Vanity Fair about the shocking child molestation claims brought against her adopted father Woody Allen.

The allegations rocked Hollywood in the ‘90s, but Dylan, who now goes by a different name, has never spoken about the horrifying claims until now.

In 1992, Dylan was just seven when she told her mother that Mia Farrow’s ex-lover and longtime partner, Woody Allen, had touched her inappropriately.

Farrow videotaped Dylan speaking about the encounters, which led to a court case that was eventually dropped to spare the young girl from having to testify.

“I’m scared of him, his image,” Dylan told Vanity Fair. “I have never been asked to testify. If I could talk to the 7-year-old Dylan, I would tell her to be brave, to testify.”

Patrick Farrow, brother of Mia Farrow, has been found dead in his Vermont home, the second recent tragedy for the actress, whose daughter died in December.

A sculptor who was the older brother of the actress, 66-year-old Patrick Farrow was found late Monday night by police responding to an emergency call.

An unidentified female called from his home in Castleton, Vt.

"The victim's body is being sent to the office of the chief medical examiner for autopsy to determine the cause and manner of death," said Vermont State Police Lt. Timothy Oliver in a statement. "The death is considered suspicious."

Mia Farrow, 64, is an acclaimed actress, model and ex of Woody Allen.

State Police Detective Lt. Tim Oliver tells Vermont's WPXI that the death was considered suspicious because portions of the investigation "did not add up."

Growing up in Hollywood and Europe, Patrick left NYC about 30 years ago for the mountains of Vermont. He was married to artist Susan Farrow, with whom he operated the Farrow Gallery and received several national awards for his art.

His death comes six months after Mia Farrow's 35-year-old daughter, Lark Previn, died in December following a long illness. He hope she's holding up okay.
