Lisa Rinna has spent a lifetime getting fake parts placed on her body.

Now, the actress is trying to make some real cash money off those procedures.

Rinna has released "Rinnavation." While we can appreciate the pun of a title, we can't fathom why anyone would spend one cent to read about someone getting lots of plastic sugery.

Then again, we couldn't fathom why anyone would wanna see Rinna nude in Playboy, either, but that magazine paid her a lot to don her birthday suit.

There needs to be a separate wing for Lisa Rinna in the Celebrity Plastic Surgery Hall of Fame. She's the Babe Ruth of tummy tucks, boob jobs and lip implants.

On yesterday's Today Show, the fake actress finally opened up about the latter, explaining why the heck her mouth looks big enough to French kiss every face on Mount Rushmore. At once.

"This is the first time I have told what I have done to my lips. 23 years ago, I had silicone put in my top lip not the bottom lip. [The look] made me who I am. But after years and years, you develop scar tissue," she said.

Which is bigger: Lisa Rinna's lips, or the odds of her ever having a successful acting career?

According to reports, the silicone hardened, causing the the scar tissue to expand. This led to a cortisone injection, which Rinna herself admitted was "gross."

Of course, the recent Playboy centerfold didn't give this interview purely for honesty's sake. She's in full-on publicity mode. Her book “Rinnavation” comes out today.

When it comes to our favorite celebrity quotes of the year, it will be hard pressed for anyone to overcome Lil Wayne's take on safe sex.

But washed-up, plastic actress Lisa Rinna is giving it a try!

Earlier this week, when asked about swine flu by Entertainment Tonight, Rinna replied:

"I believe we all, except for myself, had the swine flu at our house. How do you know it's the swine flu? I don't know but we had all the symptoms. We had it before it came out. I'm serious. I'm dead serious. We had it at our house, I believe, and everyone is fine."

In other words: a couple members of Rinna's family had a high temperature a few weeks ago.

But, hey, when you haven't starred on a show in years, and when you look like this naked, you'll use any incident you can find to grab headlines.

It looks like we put the clothed cart before the naked horse.

A few days ago, a couple photos of Lisa Rinna from her Playboy shoot were leaked. And our staff was both disappointed and relieved to see that the pictorial did NOT actually include any shots of the plastic actress in her birthday suit.

But we were wrong. Lisa Rinna does, in fact, appear nude in Playboy. Very, very nude in Playboy.

Lisa Rinna nude? The actress doesn't see what all the fuss is about.

The star, who will bare it all in Playboy next month, doesn't think her naked pictorial is that big of a deal.

"I'm 45 years old. I look good right now. Why not?" she told Extra. "Why not celebrate the beauty of the female body?"

After all, Rinna says she's most comfortable in her birthday suit.

"I never feel more comfortable than when I am naked taking pictures," she said,. "I don't know what that's about. It's the craziest thing."

It may be related to the money you make for those shoots, Lisa.

To answer Playboy's own question: no, Lisa Rinna is not trying to seduce anyone with a look such as this.

Rinna added that she works out "a lot" to maintain her svelte figure.

"Doing Dancing with the Stars changed my body and I never let it go back. I got that body and was like, 'I like this. I'm going to keep it.' And I did... So six days a week. I run and walk, dance. I do Pilates... I spin."

Celebs. They love their pouty, ridiculously fake and ugly lips.

Somewhere, sometime, someone told them this was the in thing. Then, like everything else, it gets overplayed and wildly out of hand in the blink of an eye.

Maybe everyone just wants to be Angelina Jolie (we know Octomom does). But perhaps they should consider adoption, not quadrupling the size of their lips.

Seriously, stars really need to cool it with the lip injections. Who thinks this looks hot? Below are some of the most glaring offenders - a number of whom you will surely recognize from our inaugural Plastic Surgery Hall of Fame class ...

Heidi Montag: 2006 vs. 2008. The Hills star's transformation from cute girl to silicone cyborg in just two years included serious lip work. It's just too bad she had her 35 procedures before she could thank Jesus on Twitter for the opportunity.

Jessica Simpson: 2004 vs. 2007. Holy crap. Ummm, Jessica Simpson has looked better. That's as nicely as we can put it. This was before she got fat, too!

Anna Faris: 2002 vs. 2008. She's all the rage these days for some reason. Is it because she had her lips plumped? Or starred in a film about Playboy?

Lisa Rinna has no shame.

Her plastic body will soon appear nude in the pages of Playboy.

Somehow, though, the actress has managed to come up with an even more nauseating, disgraceful image.

Rinna was spotted on the streets of Los Angeles this week, going to extreme lengths to let everyone know how much she wants to reprise the role of Taylor McBride on the new Melrose Place. Check it out:

90210 actress AnnaLynne McCord was spotted leaving Bar Delux in Los Angeles last night.

At least we think it was AnnaLynne McCord.

Based on the fake tan, stretched face and seemingly robotic expression, the star resembles an eerie, younger version of Lisa Rinna. Compare for yourself:

If this leads to McCord posing for Playboy, we have no objections.

Lisa Rinna is known for making a fool out of herself on red carpets around Hollywood. The former Days of Our Lives star co-hosts major events with Joey Fatone (for reasons beyond our comprehension) on behalf of TV Guide.

Therefore, perhaps it makes sense that Rinna told People Magazine this week that she's "more comfortable being nude than hosting an event," as the actress hyped the naked pictorial she'll be featured in for the May issue of Playboy.

Why is Rinna - who put the fear of God into readers with her appearance at this year's Academy Awards - baring it all at age 45, years after she posed nude for the magazine while pregnant?

"I want to encourage other women to be proud of their bodies no matter what age or size," she said. "After doing Dancing with the Stars, I definitely have a better body now than I did 11 years ago."
