Guess she wasn't kidding about Lohan mayhem in 2010.

Celebrating the arrival of a new year on the island of St. Barth's, troubled star Lindsay Lohan says she was ripped off by her longtime best friend and sidekick.

That being Patrick Aufdenkamp, who goes by the unfortunate nickname of Pootie. "Patrick stole Lindsay's sketches for her new 6126 clothing line," says a pal.

We told you last week that Lohan's 6126 leggings line would be expanded to become a full clothing collection for Fall 2010. Apparently Pootie wanted in on it.

Aufdenkamp has been her "best friend" since she was 16, and has been frequently photographed with the actress at meetings related to her new fashion line.

Lindsay Lohan says Pootie shoplifted her designs.

"He is now running off trying to do his own line," a Lohan pal says, "And telling people he's going to fashion week in NYC on February 18 to debut his line."

"He always used her. Lindsay likes to see the good in people. She just didn't want to believe what a bad influence he was, how bad Patrick's energy was."

Lohan herself spoke to Us Weekly, saying "I should've known better," but "the new year for me is a new beginning! Health, happiness, success and love!"

Linds also said her relationship with Patrick Aufdenkamp is over. Hey, better late than never. As for her relationship with pants? That ended years ago.

Looks like troubled train wreck Lindsay Lohan wasn't resolving to put an end to her wild ways as she welcomed the arrival of 2010 on the posh island of St. Bart's.

In a New Year's tweet, Lohan wished her fans a "blessed new year," and said "Everyone get ready for more (but positive) LOHAN MAYHEM!!!" in the coming year.

We don't even want to know what that means.

In 2009, Linds battled estranged dad Michael, broke up with Samantha Ronson, became a complete fashion disaster, hooked up with lots of dudes and cried a lot.

If this year is anything like that, watch out!

MORE OF THE SAME: It's just a hunch, but somehow we imagine 2010 version of Lindsay Lohan will be a lot like the 2009 model. A very skinny, unhealthy model.

In a slightly quieter mood Saturday, the so-called actress and designer resolved "to stop letting the lucky few that have my heart, try2constantly tear me down."

Well then. That clears that up.

She continues: "2010 is about moving forward, not backwards. Leaving the bad (people, habbits, and negative energy behind) time to make changes-right!? :)"

Very well said, Lindsay. We couldn't agree more. But remember that old "habbits" (such as forgetting to put on pants or eat for weeks at a time) die hard.

Leggings? That was so October.

While Lindsay Lohan’s troubles as artistic advisor at Ungaro were well documented, the "actress" is not letting that slow down her pursuit of fashion glory.

Production of her own signature 6126 leggings line is going strong, and yesterday the troubled star took to Twitter to reveal her forthcoming style project.

The fashion disaster is expanding the collection beyond hosiery. She wrote:

“I need MORE followers i am so sad about this, how can i tell everyone about my 6126 full collection COMING OUT! all clothing.” Whatever that means.

Lindsay Lohan: A style trend-setter if ever there were one.

Women's Wear Daily says her expanded collection will launch for fall 2010 and feature 100 useless pieces that range from $18 leggings to a $300 jacket.

The following spring the Lindsay Lohan line will grow even further, to encompass 150 terrible items, including handbags, shoes, jewelry and cosmetics.

The irony?

More people have probably seen Lindsay Lohan nude than have purchased items from her clothing line. Perhaps she should look into selling that for money.

According to reports, both Dina Lohan and Michael Lohan approve of Adam Senn.

Based on their history of decision-making, that doesn't say anything good about the model.

Senn, a former star on MTV's The City, is Lindsay Lohan's latest sex toy. The pair attended Ali Lohan's 16th birthday party together last week, where witnesses spotted them cuddling, smiling and actually not snorting cocaine.

"Dina really likes him," a source told The New York Daily News. "She thinks he is good for her."

As for Michael, the dangerous dad wasn't invited to Ali's celebration. But he jumped at the chance to get his name in an article, telling the newspaper about Senn:

"If he's a good guy unlike me and he has no addictions unlike me, and he's a good influence on her unlike me, then God bless him. It's a good thing."

Adam Senn and Lindsay Lohan are heating up for the holidays.

In related news, The City star has felt a burning sensation when he pees these days.

Lindsay's new boy toy accompanied her to Ali Lohan's 16th birthday party this week.

Once there, "he had his arm around her, was kissing her and stuck by her side,” a source said. “She was glowing. She loves the attention she's getting from Adam and looked extremely pleased with herself for landing Adam — she had a giant smile on her face!"

Witnesses also claim that Ali and mother Dina got into a huge, public fight. But that's par for this troubled family's course.

Adam Senn is totally tapping Samantha Ronson's sloppy seconds and Aaron Carter's sloppy 417ths.

As for Lohan and Senn?

"Adam and Lindsay took smoke breaks together away from the family and he was a total gentleman, holding the door open for her and letting her back walk into the restaurant before him,” the source added.

“Eventually everyone left and Adam and Lindsay stayed behind to spend some quiet time together. They were there until well after midnight, just the two of them. They are definitely having a good time together... she's spending a lot more time in New York than she normally does, just so that she can see him."

In the latest issue of Muse, Lindsay Lohan is exposed and pictured in some sort of threesome.

In other words: it was a typical Tuesday night for the out-of-work actress.

But while the fashion magazine didn't hesitate to publish photos of Lindsay smoking and playing a game of Tic-Tac-Toe on some dude's bare back, it apparently draws the line somewhere.

Lindsay Lohan may be "in compliance" with the terms of her DUI probation, but a judge ordered the star to step it up with her alcohol education classes.

"I am going to order [that] this has to be done. It’s been long enough," Judge Marsha Revel declared at L.A. Superior Court in Beverly Hills on Tuesday.

The train wreck must now start "attending every single week" in order to fulfill the more than six months of program time necessary by July 15, 2010.

"This has to be the top priority whether she has a job somewhere else or something else comes up," Revel said. "This has to be done once a week."

The judge reiterated that Lindsay Lohan's other projects - whatever the hell those are - should not take precedence over her alcohol education program.

"Right now, the other things will take second place and this will take first place," Revel declared, setting a new Lohan progress hearing for February 18.

Guess those topless photos in random magazines will have to come second. As will updating her family's website with the latest old clothes she's selling.

Proving she's not entirely useless, Lindsay Lohan recently spent a week in India, making a documentary on human trafficking of women and children with BBC.
