Lil Wayne: Off to the Dentist, Prison

Lil Wayne is off to prison. But first, dude needs to get his grill fixed.

After giving the judge in his weapons possession case a mouthful (har har), Weezy won a temporary reprieve from prison, where he was supposed to be sent today.

His one-year-term was to begin at today's sentencing, but it didn't. That's because Lil Wayne has to go to the dentist to fix all the bull$h!t going on in his mouth.

The judge won't throw him in the can until his surgery is complete.

L-Dubs

GRILLED: The judge in Lil Wayne's case fought him tooth and nail.

But this will be the rapper's last oral (har har!) argument. The judge said no more excuses on March 2, when Wayne shows up for sentencing ... for real this time.

The frequent baby daddy was already planning a T.I.-like farewell, having sent one final message to his fans via his Ustream page: "Don't forget about me!"

On what was to be his final night of freedom for a year (he's now got 20 more), he told his online supporters simply: "I really, really, really, really love you."

Lil Wayne Treats Fans to Farewell Concert

Lil Wayne, a.k.a. Dwayne Carter III, has become a top-selling musician known for clever wordplay, risque lyrics and knocking up lots of different women.

He's also staring at a year behind bars.

The rapper returned to his hometown of New Orleans for a Monday concert on what he's calling his "farewell" tour. As in farewell to the outside world.

"I'm nothing without you," Wayne, who will be sentenced February 9 after a weapons possession conviction, told a wild crowd at New Orleans Arena.

Dwayne Carter

A BIG HOUSE FOR A LIL WAYNE: He'll be sentenced in February.

The charge that will land L-Dubs in prison stemmed from a 2007 traffic stop of his tour bus in New York when authorities said they smelled marijuana, and as they approached, he tossed aside a bag with a loaded .40-caliber handgun.

In two separate cases, he faces trial in March on felony drug possession and weapons charges in Yuma County, Ariz., and recently, he had to postpone a show after police stopped two of his buses in Texas and found marijuana on board.

Not good with those mouths to feed. Guy had three sons in one year. Do the math on that one. Box of Trojans? $14.99. Eighteen years of child support ...

Agents Try, Fail to Sell Lil Wayne's Condo

The Florida housing market is bad enough. We don't envy anyone trying to sell a place there - especially the Miami real estate agents with Lil Wayne's listing.

The Grammy Award-winning rapper's three-bedroom, two-bathroom pad in South Beach is up for sale for $520,000. He might want to consider staging it.

Or at least cracking a window.

A prospective buyer tells this story to the New York Post:

"My fiancée and I called and the broker, deadpan, goes, 'I have two questions: Are you offended by the smell of marijuana? And do you mind coming late in the afternoon?"

"It's currently occupied by Lil Wayne, and these are not morning people."

The Littlest Wayne

UP IN SMOKE: Literally. That's how we'd describe Wayne's condo.

"Once we got there, a member of Wayne's posse opened the door to the overwhelming smell of marijuana. Two hot, rap-video-looking girls were walking around in nothing but underwear, blasting hip-hop. We went in and tried not to stare."

Lil Wayne, who also has a $3.1 million condo in the Murano Grande building and wasn't present during this hilarious tour, is actually a very neat tenant.

"He had a perfectly organized closet ... neatly stacked piles of XXL magazine, and a fully stocked bar featuring multiple bottles of Hennessy Black."

Wayne, real name is Dwayne Michael Carter, is releasing his new album, Rebirth, in February, when he'll be sentenced on weapons-possession charges.

He'll be going to jail for a year or so.

Lil Wayne Sued, Miraculously Not For Child Support

Lil' Wayne is once again facing legal problems, although at least he's mixing in some copyright infringement with his usual means of running afoul.

Weezy, along with Birdman (also a rapper), have been slapped with a new copyright lawsuit by a Florida resident named Thomas Marasciullo.

Marasciullo accuses both of using his voice without permission on albums.

His story goes like this: Back in 2006, Marasciullo was asked to record "Italian-styled spoken-word recordings" for Cash Money Records and is claiming those recordings were used on four tracks on Lil' Wayne's album Like Father, Like Son.

They also appear on Birdman's 5 (Star) Stunna record, he claims.

Little Wayne

Lil Wayne is used to legal battles, but not of the copyright infringement variety. Mostly of the thug variety. The rap star is set to begin a prison term early next year.

Why didn't he figure this out years ago? He says he only learned his voice was being used after his daughter was trying to download Aretha Franklin's "Respect" for a ringtone, but mistakenly played the Lil Wayne song of the same name.

On a side note, his daughter must have been traumatized.

Marasciullo also claims that his son was fired from a recording engineer job with Cash Money Records after he started asking bosses for compensation.

Compensation for a job? What a novel concept. Marasciullo is suing Birdman and Lil Wayne, who is going to jail soon, Cash Money and Universal Music.

He is seeking unspecified damages from the rappers. He'd better hope Wayne has enough cash money left, having just had three kids in one year.

Lil Wayne, Big House: Rapper Going to Jail

Plagued by problems even more serious than his inability to read directions on Trojan wrappers, rapper Lil Wayne pleaded guilty to felony gun possession charges this morning, agreeing to spend a year behind bars as a result.

Couldn't happen to a better guy.

Wayne, whose real name is Dwayne Carter, 27, faced myriad charges after a loaded 9mm gun was discovered in his tour bus almost two years ago.

This morning he bit the bullet and pleaded guilty to attempted possession of a weapon in the second degree, sparing him a much longer sentence.

The surprise plea came in the middle of what was expected to be a lengthy pre-trial hearing. Asked if he was ready to plea, Lil Wayne said "Yes, sir."

He accepted the terms and that was pretty much it.

Lil Wayne Guilty

Lil Wayne will be trading in those fancy threads for an orange jumpsuit shortly.

Clad in black jeans and a white T-shirt under a blue, fur-lined coat, Wayne, who is free on bail, then left the court with a heavily blinged-out entourage.

Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Charles Solomon called it "a greatly reduced sentence." He will be officially sentenced and head to jail in February.

If you're Lil Wayne and looking for a silver lining here, at least he won't be knocking up anyone else for a while, if you know what we're saying.

We're saying he fathers many children.

Lil Wayne Expecting Third Son in Under a Year

Yeah. Do a little quick math and it's clear there are a great many baby mamas involved in the growing family of Lil Wayne. So much for not ramming them hos!

Looking to set a new benchmark for most children he can father in a single calendar year, the rapper confirmed to the BBC that he's expecting another shortly.

This Lil Lil Wayne's mama is R&B singer Nivea Hamilton (who, on a side note, is also the ex-wife of The-Dream, who recently got married to Christina Milian).

Weezy's kid with Nivea Hamilton will be his third this year, and his fourth total, all carried by different women. No word on how many more he's working on.

Four By Four

THUMBS UP: Let's hear it for loose morals and no condoms!

Last winter, Dwayne Carter Jr.'s first son was born. Mother unknown. Last month, actress Lauren London welcomed his second bundle of child support.

Nivea's baby boy will make three. And we cannot forget his daughter, Reginae, with Antonia "Toya" Carter, who he was actually married to at the time.

Congratulations to the expecting dad ... we think.

Lil Wayne Has Another Lil Kid!

One of the many women who somehow slept with Lil Wayne and let him hit it without protection welcomed a child last week. Congratulations, we guess!

The rapper and actress Lauren London - one of two women Weezy knocked up in the past year - celebrated the birth of their first child on Wednesday.

"Lauren London and Dwayne Carter welcomed their healthy baby boy into the world on 09-09-09," says the rep for London, whose acting credits include I Love You Beth Cooper and guest stints on 90210 and Entourage.

"Everyone is happy and well."

Lil Wayne has two children from previous relationships - a 9-year-old daughter from his two-year marriage to Antonia Carterand a 10-month-old son.

Wayne has not disclosed the latter's mom. But he's about to be four-for-four - that many kids by that many women. It's even more impressive than Jason Wahler being arrested that many times in as many different states.

Lil Wayne: Father of Many

Lil Wayne, a.k.a. The Sperminator, may not be done yet.

Singer Nivea Hamilton, one of Wayne's many lovers, phoned into an Atlanta radio station and revealed she is pregnant and Lil Wayne may have done the honors.

Someone needs to take his own advice and quit ramming them hos.

The Irony: Chris Brown Fills in For Drake

First Drake took over for Chris Brown. Hooking up with Rihanna, that is.

Now Chris Brown is filling in for Drake. Rapping with Lil Wayne, that is.

After Drake went down with a knee injury a few days ago, Lil Wayne asked us to pray for the upstart Canadian rapper. He also needed somebody to pinch-hit and perform Drake's part at a show in Virginia Beach the next night, though.

The man who loves ramming them hos naturally asked Chris Brown.

Drake (real name Aubrey Graham) was widely rumored to be Rihanna's first rebound guy after Chris beat the living crap out of her, even though he claimed they were just "good friends." He has a hit single out right now with "Best I Ever Had."

It was Brown's first live performance since copping a plea in his assault case, but he won't be Drake's full time-replacement on tour - this was a one-shot deal.

Lil Wayne: Not Shot, But Praying For Drake

It wouldn't be a Sunday night without a fake celebrity death rumor to wake up to the following morning, causing you to momentarily freak the f*%k out that one of your favorite celebrities may have passed away as you slept.

Or Lil Wayne, for that matter.

In any case, if you heard that some gang shot Lil Wayne and left the fertile rapper critically wounded and/or dead, that's not true. Lil Wayne has not been shot.

He is free to get stoned and impregnate women today as planned.

As far as Lil Wayne news that is actually true, he is calling fans to pray for his Young Money label-mate Drake (Aubrey Graham) as the Canadian rapper is set to undergo knee surgery, after recently collapsing onstage in New Jersey.

Going against doctor's orders, Drake performed with a torn ACL during The Young Money Presents America's Most Wanted Music Festival tour stop on Friday.

The Canadian-born rapper and sometimes Rihanna BF was determined to make a brief cameo at each show to collaborate with Lil Wayne on "Best I Ever Had."

After attempting a spin, Drake fell to the stage in agony and was rushed out by medics. Needless to say, he won't try this again. See gruesome video below ...

Lil Wayne Sued For Sleeping Through Concert

  • Alarm clock at Target: $19.99.
  • Falling asleep and missing your own concert: $432,000.00!

Rapper Lil Wayne is being sued, and it has nothing to do with ramming them hos and knocking them up. Red City Entertainment claims it fronted $432,000 for a Lil Wayne concert in the Bahamas and he slept through it.

They are not happy.

On last September 27 in the island nation, there were plenty of lights and cameras, but no action whatsoever, because Lil Wayne was passed out in his hotel room.

When he didn't show for the performance, cops went to his hotel and found him unconscious. Which means it's likely he was doing more than catching up on Zs.

In the lawsuit, Red City says it gave Wayne a $210,000 advance. The balance is for his hotel expenses and various costs involved in throwing the failed concert.

No word on Nivea Hamilton and Lauren London where there.
