Why has there been so little Kim Kardashian news over the last few weeks?

It might be because this socialite is relatively normal, not seeking out celebrity gossip reporters at every turn like fellow talentless young celebrities such as Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton.

Then again, it might just be because she’s been busy developing her own fragrance! We’ll let Kim explain the rest in this entry from her latest blog:

It has always been a dream of mine to start my own perfume business, since I love to mix fragrances together and come up with new and different scents! I hope you understand my total excitement as I let you, the readers of my blog, become the first to know that I am creating my own fragrance!!!

I have decided to work with New Wave Fragrances, who also distribute Ed Hardy and True Religions fragrances.

Mmmm, smells like Reggie Bush after a long touchdown run.

It all started when my mom introduced me to famous perfumer Caroline Sabas from Gras, France. She and I have been working together to create a scent that is uniquely me that I can share with everyone!

I have also hired local designer Scott Oshry to help me create the perfect bottle for my fragrance. It is in the development stages, but we hope to have it in stores by next May - Mother’s Day!

They used to be best friends.

Now, they’re dueling sex tape stars and fashion foes.

Indeed, Paris Hilton and Kim Kardashian are rarely seen together anymore. The former is even set to star in a reality show meant to help her find a new best friend.

But your former girlfriend and sex tape partner, Kim Kardashian, appears to be as serious as one can get about Reggie Bush. Consider what she said recently when asked about tying the proverbial knot with the football star.

“That’s definitely where we are heading,” Kardashian stated at a taping for Celebrity Family Feud in Los Angeles Saturday. “I think that when you spend so much time with someone who is such a big part of your life, that’s definitely the future.”

Kim added that the New Orleans Saints running back is “the best,” likely causing Chargers running back LaDainian Tomlinson to take exception to that statement.

Why is Lindsay kissing Samantha Ronson when she can have you, Kim?

While these words may contradict Kardashian’s apparent taste in men, they seemed appropriate over the weekend, as Kim and boyfriend Reggie Bush hosted a white party at The White House, a sprawling nightclub in Hampton Bays.

“When the opportunity came up to be in the Hamptons – I’d never been in the Hamptons before – and to host a white party at the White House, it just seemed right,” Kim told People.

Also seeming right to Kim Kardashian these days? The man on her arm. She credited Bush for keeping her company at the event.

“The fact that he came with me all the way to the Hamptons on his day off when all of his friends are in Las Vegas on their usual – you know, [getaway],” Kardashian said, when asked what makes Reggie a good boyfriend

When asked if she’d like to have kids one day and get married, Kardashian replied that “yes, of course. I’d love to get married.”

She and Bush then kissed for reporters. Yes, even now, Kim can’t keep her romantic actions away from a camera.
