For Kelsey Grammer, the fourth time really might be a charm.

The Boss star, in Chicago to film season two of his Starz drama, stopped by Noble Square tattoo parlor on Saturday and paid tribute to wife number-four, Kayte Walsh, in the most permanent way possible. No, not via an exchanging of vows. Kelsey has made it clear those are easily breakable.

Instead, he got the name "Kayte" inked on his right hip.

“He was pretty cool about it," said Bob Jones, owner of the establishment, to The Chicago Sun-Times of Grammer.

A fellow patron, meanwhile, said Walsh accompanied her husband for the procedure and described the British flight attendance as "darling."

"They were fun. Very friendly and into each other. They were just talking and enjoying each other,” said Christine Darbo, a 72-year old grandmother with two tattoos of her own.

Can they please go away forever now?

Sources confirm to TMZ that Kelsey and Camille Grammer have finally ended their custody battle, as court documents reveal the former couple has simply agreed to share custody of its children, 10-year old Mason and seven-year old Jude.

What a crazy notion that in no way could have been agreed upon months ago without dragging each other through the press.

The children will both reside in Los Angeles with Camille, as they have been for years, but Kelsey will maintain "meaningful contact" with them.

The actor is also expecting his fifth and his sixth child with new wife Kayte Walsh. She's pregnant with twins.

Kelsey Grammer will soon be a father again.

People Magazine reports that the actor and wife Kayte Walsh are expecting twins, as the 32-year old is in her second trimester. It will be her first set of children and Grammer's fifth and sixth. He is already the father to son Jude, 7, and daughter Mason, 10, with Camille Grammer; daughter Greer, 19, with Barrie Buckner; and daughter Spencer, 28, with Doreen Alderman.

Walsh became pregnant for the first time in 2010, but sadly suffered a miscarriage in October of that year. We wish her full health and happiness this time around.

UPDATE: Said Kelsey at the 2012 Golden Globes: "I am really looking forward to meeting these arrivals!"

It hasn't exactly been a secret, but did Kelsey Grammer admit to cheating on Camille Grammer during a Jimmy Kimmel Live appearance last Wednesday night?

Asked by the host about wife Kayte Walsh and how they met, the actor said the event took place on "a plane to England" in December 2009, about six months before he split from Camille.

"It was very romantic," Kelsey said. "We went out for a coffee several days later and had a magical night in the snow around Christmas time, that was two years ago."

Kimmel followed up the story by saying Grammer's friends should have asked him if Walsh had a reality show because "that's not what you want," clearly a reference to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Camille's bashing of Kelsey on the air.

The actor feigned laughter and the conversation quickly moved on to another topic.

Kelsey Grammer was a guest on Piers Morgan Tonight yesterday and spent a portion of the interview hyping his upcoming Starz drama, Boss, a portion talking about his acting career in general - and a significant amount of time bashing the heck out of ex-wife Camille Grammer.

"Camille asked for a divorce really almost the first day we were married," Kelsey told the CNN host. "If you say you want a divorce enough times, you're going to get one."

So why did it take 13 years and two children before this couple split? It's unclear, especially because the actor believes Camille "married me because I was Frasier." He says she only cared about getting famous. Therefore...

"[The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills] was my parting gift to her," Grammer said. "It was my way of saying, 'Look, you always wanted to be famous. Here you go.' "

You won't believe this, but Camille Grammer is speaking publicly about her divorce from Kelsey Grammer.

The Real Housewife is featured in the latest issue of TV Guide Magazine. When asked about her ex-husband's reaction to their split, Camille recounts an exchange she had with the father of her two children:

"[He became] a different person than the one I was married to. I said, 'We've been together 14 years. How can you just throw us away?' And he said, 'Fourteen? Oh, that's just a number.' I said, 'What about our kids?' and he said 'They'll get over it.' He was very cruel. He even said, 'I feel no remorse.'"

Kelsey and Camille continue to battle over those kids in court, of course.

At this point, it should really only be news when Kelsey Grammer and Camille Grammer are NOT fighting...

The former couple will soon return to court, TMZ reports, because Kelsey would like a judge to prevent Camille from placing their kids in front of any cameras, specifically citing an incident from last week when Camille told her son to tell a reporter that his mom likes to "play" with her children.

We'd feel this same way if our parents were Kelsey and Camille Grammer.

Of course, the Real Housewife of Beverly Hills is aghast as such a complaint, considering Kelsey dragged both the pair's young kids to Boa a few days ago, one of Hollywood's most popular paparazzi hang-outs.

We're impressed, really. Just when we didn't think these two could suck anymore, they go out of their way to prove us wrong. Tragically, depressingly wrong.

The custody battle between Camille and Kelsey Grammer continues to grow uglier than Snooki after a night at the club.

Here is the latest:

The ex-couple faced off in court today because Kelsey wanted to spend six days with his children in Los Angeles. Camille did not want this to happen because she feared her former husband would not take the kids to their usual activities, such as dancing, sports and, according to TMZ, therapy.

A family court judge ruled in the actor's favor... but added that he can only be in charge of the children if they DO attend said activities. Kelsey's response? Okay, I'll go... if Camille does not!

Seriously, these people are less mature than their offspring.

Camille, however, is a regular attendee at these events and, sources say, has every intention of keeping her schedule. Stay tuned to see how this gets resolved! If you can stomach it.

Camille Grammer says she regrets disparaging Kelsey Grammer's small penis, but make no mistake, she is still bitter toward her former husband.

The Real Housewife tells TMZ: "While the media added words and blew it out of proportion, I acknowledge my part in this and regret my remarks."

"Some joking remarks I made to Kyle Richards got picked up and caused my ex-husband great embarrassment and for that I sincerely apologize."

Camille goes on to complain that she wants to settle their differences and move on with her life, "but Kelsey just seems to want to fight this."

Specifically, she claims "I offered a 50/50 physical split with joint custody and was soundly rejected." Moreover, he's cut off communication.

"I fear the message we're sending our children," says the former Mrs. Grammer. "Now he will only communicate with me through lawyers."

Or Katye Walsh, who responded to the remark about Kelsey's package by insinuating that perhaps Camille's vadge just wasn't getting it done.
