Simon Cowell may not have offered Beyonce $100 millon, but he made it clear in a recent interview that he'd love for the former Destiny's Child singer to sit at the judging table on season two of The X Factor.

We wonder if he'd settle for another ex-member of that group, however.

Speaking to CNN this week, Kelly Rowland - who served as a panelist in Great Britain - made it clear she'd embrace the same role here on Fox.

"It would be awesome to be a judge over here for The X Factor," the artist said. "I really enjoyed my time over in the U.K. being a judge. That was a great opportunity and a great experience, and I would love to do it again."

But is Rowland a big enough name to help Cowell boost the ratings of a series he swore would outdraw American Idol? We doubt it. Stay tuned.

Kelly Rowland has been spending time with her BFF Beyonce and the most awesomest baby in the world (Blue Ivy Carter) and is making sure we know about it.

In a recent interview, Bey's former Destiny's Child collaborator gushed about just how beautiful Beyonce and Jay-Z's newborn is, as well as how perfect they are.

Gushed may be an understatement, actually.

"She is just…. more precious than a diamond. She is so stunning. So beautiful. I'm so happy for my sister and her husband. She's beautiful," said Kel of Blue.

They're not actually sisters, but we get the point. Kelly was asked if she's been visiting the baby often. She saod: "Absolutely! You have to be a good aunt!"

Again, not technically Blue's aunt. But point taken.

Kelly went on to say that basically, Jay and Bey are the best parents of ALL TIME (where's Kanye when you need him) and that Blue Ivy is the Messiah.

"She's in mommy-vile and her husband is in daddy-vile, and the baby is SO beautiful! Beyonce is an incredible mother. I'm so proud of her, so proud."

We have no doubt she's sincere, but one gets the sense she's trying to prove something as well. We get it, Kel. Bey rules. And you're friends. But ease up.

Beyonce Knowles announced she was expecting with husband Jay-Z at the MTV Video Music Awards in August. Then then re-confirmed that the pregnancy is not fake.

She's remain mum on the child's gender, however ... but Kelly Rowland may have just spilled the beans. At an awards show Thursday night, she referred to it as a girl.

The former Destiny's Child singer said: "I have no idea what I'm going to buy Beyonce at the baby shower because Jay is going to buy that little girl every single thing possible."

The mini Sasha Fierce, regardless of whether she is indeed a she, is due in February, and will be the couple's first child. He/she will have some talented genes.

"I feel like it is time," the singer said of her pregnancy. "I'm so happy."

Move over, Beyonce. You aren't the only former Destiny's Child member who can get down with her sexy self.

In the newly-released music video for "Lay It On Me," Kelly Rowland puts her fake breasts to good use, gyrating and moving and shaking as she's surrounded by shirtless men, one of them being singing partner Big Sean.

While laying on top of these suitors, Rowland makes it clear: she wants them to lay it on her! What might that entail? We think she's talking about sex. View the video now:

Kelly Rowland covers the latest issue of Cosmopolitan UK and address a couple contrasting topics with the magazine: her fake breasts and her real daddy issues.

Admitting was sick of possessing "little nuggets for boobs," the singer underwent breast enhancement surgery in October 2007 and says now:

"It's something I really wanted to do for myself - not for a man, not for work, for myself. And I love them!"

Former Destiny's Child member and current solo performer Kelly Rowland channeled her inner Nicki Minaj at a concert in New Jersey this weekend.

The 30-year-old exposed both nipples, but unlike Nicki, it's hard to really term this a wardrobe malfunction, since ... well, look at the outfit.

Also unlike the Nicki Minaj nipple slip debacle, Kelly's concert wasn't being broadcast LIVE on Good Morning America. Probably for the best:

The singer, who will be a judge on the coming X Factor season in the UK, appeared oblivious as she carried on performing her hit "Motivation" for the audience.

She's got a couple of X Factors working for her, it would appear.
