Justin Timberlake Touring, Hating on Celebrity Gossip

Pants are optional if you're Britney Spears.

Lindsay and Dina Lohan deserve one another.

Paris Hilton is an exponentially overhyped skank.

Justin Timberlake is not an enormous fan of celebrity gossip.

These facts are long established. Recently, however, we've learned just how true the last one is. The singer has supposedly gotten so fed up with paparazzi while in Europe, where he is currently touring, that he has taken it a step further than his usual snide remarks.

On June 19 in Stockholm, Justin Timberlake was heard calling the attention he receives "tiresome," and, according to Us Weekly, Justin lashed out in Oslo later in the week.

With new flame Jessica Biel by his side, JT yelled at some of the dudes carrying cameras following them. Meanwhile, his bodyguard intimidated people.

"‘You f-ing a-hole'" he shouted at one photographer, while his huge bodyguard "threatened to crush my cell phone," according to an innocent bystander.

As the couple and some of their friends continued on their stroll, Justin Timberlake whipped out a digital camera to further prove his point.

See This Picture?

He took a picture of one of the members of the paparazzi with his camera, then showed it to him, proclaiming happily, "This is a picture of an a$$hole."

His bodyguard chimed in with a helpful "How 'bout I punch you in the face?"

The exchange, caught on tape and posted online by a Norwegian paper, shows just how much resentment Justin Timberlake has for the facilitators of Hollywood gossip.

For their part, the Norwegians were not offended so much as amused, titling their article: "Humorous? Or Just Tired of Being Photographed?"

Justin Timberlake, who also lashed out at paparazzi for photographing him with girlfriend Cameron Diaz not so long ago, has deep-seeded hatred for people like this. While he's spared us any Mel Gibson style rage, his attitudes are a bit troubling.

Is it warranted? That's hard to say.

While he may be better-looking, more talented and wealthier than our celebrity gossip writers, we're all go to work in the morning just like he does. We realize being in the public eye is tough sometimes, JT, but we love you, man. How about giving some back, dog?

Oh, and can you do "Dick in a Box" on your next show?

Justin Timberlake Talks About Esmee Denters, Madonna, Starting His Own Record Label & More

In the midst of promoting Shrek the Third, tapping the incomparable booty of Jessica Biel and playing sold-out shows across the globe on his wildly successful FutureSex/LoveSounds tour, Justin Timberlake took time out to talk business.

Well, his business, that is. And he's got a lot. In this revealing chat, Timberlake speaks to Entertainment Weekly for the first time about sessions with Madonna, the artists he's signed to his new label, and why he's taking time off from his own schedule.

Justin Timberlake: The Mogul

EW: How about the songs you've recorded with Duran Duran for their new album?
Justin Timberlake: It's crazy to be sitting in a room with people that you admired as such a young kid, and now they're looking to you for answers and suggestions and opinions. Literally, I'm just a fan.

EW: You and Timbaland have been writing and producing songs for Madonna's next album. How's that been going?
Justin Timberlake: The records that we've done so far are really exciting. There are some dance records, there are some mid-tempo ballads, there's all types of different stuff. But I don't want to gas it too much. People might like it or people might not. I don't want to say, like, [carnival-barker voice] "It's going to change the world!" You know what I mean? But we like it.

EW: Let's talk about the record label you're starting, Tennman Records. Would you say this is something you've always wanted to do?
Justin Timberlake: It's funny. Things that are this ambitious, it's not something where you sit around and say, "Oh, I'd love to do that one day." I kind of stumbled upon it. And then when there was so much interest from the people that I admire in the business, I thought, "Well, maybe I can do this." It just feels like a good time to do it. I've run the gamut on things I can do for myself [as an artist], and it seems attractive to me now to sit in the back seat.

EW: How did you decide to sign 18-year-old Netherlands native and Internet phenom Esmée Denters as your first artist?
Justin Timberlake: Being in the business for 10 years now, you look around and some people got it and some don't. I saw her on YouTube, got wind of what was happening â€" "Hey, there's this girl in Holland who's got a phenomenal voice." The word "phenomenal" in front of "voice" doesn't come often. Usually you hear, "She's pretty good, but there's this great song," which is usually bulls---. So I turned on YouTube and I was literally blown away â€" not only by her voice, but also her ear. I love the chance to discover talent so raw. And now I can just kind of sit back and help her mold herself into a superstar.

Justin Timberlake: No Jessica Biel On Tour!

Timberlake and BielAll work and no play make Justin Timberlake a dull boy? Apparently.

In a new interview with the UK's Daily Mirror, Justin Timberlake admits he sent new flame Jessica Biel home from his European tour.

Why? Because despite fabulous wealth and a host of famous girlfriends, he wants credibility as a real musician, and is focused on putting on a good show.

Jessica Biel wanted to hang around on tour, but JT put the kibosh on that.

Think about this. Turning down opportunities to see Jessica Biel topless in the sink. The man has serious willpower.

What's next, Britney Spears eschewing photo ops with no pants?

According to Justin, a budding music mogul who just signed Esmee Denters to his new record label, Tennman Records, he put Jessica Biel on a plane home because:

"This tour is important to me. I'm doing it really seriously so there's no question of playing sweethearts."

Especially since JT won't even call Biel his special lady yet, even though he's been romantically involved with her since January; she's just a "very dear friend."

Justin should be careful, though. With a body and face like hers, Jessica could be somebody else's "very dear friend" before long. Once we learn who her new Cash Warren-like fella is, we'll let you know.

Cameron Diaz, Justin Timberlake Enjoy Working Together

When Justin Timberlake and Cameron Diaz reunited on the "green" carpet for the London premiere of Shrek the Third, there wasn't even a hint of awkwardness.

The former couple greeted each other with a quick hug before going their separate ways to work the crowd that had gathered to celebrate the film's U.K. debut.

Cameron D and Justin T

What's it like working with her ex?

"He's been great and we've been working hard together to promote this film," Cameron Diaz, 34, told People.

Of course, this wasn't the first time Cameron and Justin Timberlake had appeared together at a Shrek event. They shared a friendly kiss at the film's L.A. premiere last month.

Then, last week, they promoted the film together in Berlin.

The day before the London premiere, Diaz, who's reportedly dating Criss Angel now, visited the famous Great Ormond Street Children's Hospital.

"[The kids] are all so brave," she told People. "They really make you thankful for your own health. They were all wonderful and inspiring."

It's nice to see these two get along amicably after a tough breakup. Then again, it's nothing new for Justin, who has remained supportive of another famous ex, Britney Spears, even as he reportedly romances Jessica Biel.

As far as other women in his life, on a professional level, Timberlake announced the signing of his first music protege, Esmee Denters, to his new record label last week.

On the green carpet, the Chanel-clad Diaz, who plays Princess Fiona in the film, and Timberlake (young prince Artie) were joined by castmates Rupert Everett (Prince Charming) and Antonio Banderas (Puss-in-Boots).

Antonio Banderas said that making an orange cat into a sex symbol wasn't too difficult.

"It was remarkably easy actually... once you understand the method, that is."

Good to know, Antonio. We'll keep that in mind.

Justin Timberlake Digs at Britney Spears in Concert

During a recent tour stop in Zurich, Switzerland, Justin Timberlake busted out a cover of the Amy Winehouse hit, "Rehab," which is a cool track.

But what makes this noteworthy is that instead of the original lyrics - "They tried to make me go to rehab, and I said no, no no" - Justin threw his own variation in and sang "They tried to make her go to rehab, and she said no, no, no!"

Hmm. Wonder who he's talking about. Britney Spears, maybe? Just a guess. One that you don't need to own a celebrity gossip site to come up with.

Here's a clip of Justin Timberlake covering "Rehab" ...

Not unfunny. As if it weren't obvious enough, later in the show, Justin Timberlake pulled a similar stunt with a cover of Gnarls Barkley's "Crazy."

Unlike Akon, he didn't throw anyone off the stage - but Justin struck a chord with more slightly altered, possibly Britney Spears-bashing lyrics.

Once again, he changed the words from first person to "I think she's crazy... I think she's crazy..." and "I remember when... I remember when she lost her mind."

So do we. It was February. Enraged and bald, Britney went all "crazy" and attacked paparazzi with an umbrella, while stopping at a convenience store on her way to rehab for the third or fourth time. It was awesome.

One can only hope JT protege Esmee Denters doesn't follow Spears' path to destruction and ridicule. Click HERE to see a clip of Justin goin' "Crazy" on Brit!

Esmee Denters Signed to New Justin Timberlake Label

Jessica Biel may be Justin Timberlake's lady in love.

But in the music world, he's linking up with a new cutie - Esmee Denters, who he says "is the real deal" and "cannot wait for the world to hear her."

Esmee Denters

Do you doubt that the award-winning pop and R&B artist has an ear for talent? Our celebrity gossip staff writers sure as heck don't.

Which is why we're pleased to report that the young online sensation has become the first artist signed to Justin's new label, Tennman Records.

Yes, an Internet phenomenon that doesn't involve sex tapes. Amazing, we know.

"In completely unpredicted news to all YouTubers and bloggers, we are proud to announce Esmee Denters has signed to Tennman Records and she will be joining me on tour this summer," Justin said via a press release.

"Esmee is the real deal and I cannot wait for the world to hear her, but all of her fans on YouTube should not worry ... we will keep you in the loop every step of the way," said Timberlake, Chairman/CEO of the label.

Esmee Denters was equally ecstatic:

"Words can't describe how amazing it is. I am so excited! It is something I have always dreamed of. I have to thank YouTube and its viewers for giving me the opportunity to show the world my voice. I also have to thank Justin Timberlake, one of the biggest artists in the world, for believing in me and making my dreams come true," Esmee said.

Esmee Denters is one of the most notable singers-songwriters to gain attention strictly as an Internet performer. Born in the Netherlands, she grew up with the intent of becoming a social worker. But in 2006, using a webcam, she began to post videos of herself singing others' pop songs and her own compositions.

The 18-year-old with a soulful voice beyond her years quickly became a YouTube celebrity. Below is a short (two-minute, 45-second) clip of Esmee Denters covering - who else - Justin Timberlake, in a soulful version of "What Goes Around."

Justin Timberlake "In Love" With Jessica Biel

After months of playing the field since his split from Cameron Diaz, is Justin Timberlake ready to "go steady" with Jessica Biel?

Or is this just another illusion... the kind Criss Angel would perform? Sorry, that may have been the worst attempt at cleverness ever.

Timberlake and Jessica Biel, who were first linked at a Golden Globe after-party in January, recently spent several days together in the U.K., where Timberlake was touring.

They holed up in Manchester's five-star Lowry Hotel and took in a soccer match. No word on whether Biel complained about not getting A-list roles because she's too hot.

And now "Justin's in love," a source supposedly tight with the ex of Britney Spears and "FutureSex/LoveSounds" singer tells People in its new issue.

Knowing Justin Timberlake's feelings toward celebrity gossip, that friend is probably not going to be one for long.

"She's the coolest chick ever. He wants to be with her all the time. He's ready to be serious," says the pal of Justin Timberlake.

Justin Timberlake: The ManJessica Biel: The Body

Over the last few months, Timberlake, 26, and Biel, 25, have also been spotted snowboarding with pals at the Sundance Film Festival, and Biel recently attended a barbeque at Timberlake's L.A. home.Biel, you may recall, was recently linked to Derek Jeter.

Prior to that, Justin was supposedly with Scarlett Johansson. Not shabby. Though we wonder if he could ever convince her to sit topless in the sink.

Celebrity Look-Alikes, Vol. 32

Past celebrity look-alikes may have been a stretch. In fact, we apologize to Jay Leno for the comparison to Rumer Willis.

But the any fan of American Idol could've seen the following comparison coming weeks ago.

After all, judge Randy Jackson compared Chris Richardson to a famous pop singer on the very first day he auditioned. Which one?

The man who has been bringing sexy back like it's his job, Justin Timberlake. Check out the photos below to get an idea of where American Idol's resident dawg would've come up with this idea:

Timberlake/Richardson

Easy to see the similarities, isn't it? And we haven't even gotten to the same smooth stylings of C-Rich and JT yet.

Perhaps Lauren Conrad thought she was going home with Timberlake when she snagged Richardson a few weeks ago.

Justin Timberlake Did Call Troubled Britney Spears

Reaching OutThere was no heartfelt letter.

But Justin Timberlake was so concerned about his ex, Britney Spears, who entered rehab in February, that he did reach out to her, he revealed.

"I called her because I worried about her," Justin Timberlake said recently at a press day for his new movie Shrek The Third.

But Britney Spears, who checked out of Malibu's Promises treatment center in March after nearly a month, is on the right track, Timberlake said.

"She's a great woman. I'm really rooting for her," he said. "[It] seems like she's getting everything under control now."

Timberlake, who just split with Cameron Diaz (his costar in Shrek, who also attended the press day), said being single has its ups and downs.

"The advantages are that you don't get in as many arguments, and the disadvantage is that you're talking to yourself," he said.

But he isn't exactly lonely. Timberlake spent time with Jessica Biel at a barbecue party at his L.A. house last week.

Things between the pair got "hot and heavy," says a source in the singer's circle.

This isn't the first time Timberlake and Biel have been spotted together: In January they went snowboarding with a group of friends in Park City, Utah, and hung out backstage at one of Timberlake's concerts in San Diego.

And at Prince's Golden Globes party that month, Timberlake and Diaz had a spat after Diaz saw Timberlake chatting with Jessica Biel.

As for Biel, when it comes to Timberlake, a source tells People Magazine that the hot actress is "crazy about him."

Who isn't?

Justin Timberlake Loves, Respects Cameron Diaz

Awww.

Although he and Cameron Diaz broke up earlier this year after nearly four years together, Justin Timberlake has nothing but kind words for his ex.

Asked about the split by British GQ, Timberlake says, "It's hard for me to talk about because we're talking about a person that I love and respect."

Justin Timberlake, known for being mum about his personal life, makes it clear that he'd never speak badly about Diaz and wouldn't tolerate anyone else doing it, either.

Bringing Diplomacy Back

"If I hear anyone say anything bad about Cameron then I'll have something to say to them," he tells the magazine in its May issue.

When it comes to the subject of his other ex, Britney Spears, Timberlake tells the magazine, "Honestly, I am so far removed from that situation."

Justin Timberlake's best friend, Trace Ayala, seconds that, saying, "She just isn't part of his life." This in spite of the fact that Timbaland wants to work with her.

As for the rumor that Justin sent a veiled message to Britney Spears while accepting a Brit Award for best male solo artist in February, the singer is mystified.

At the awards ceremony, Timberlake told the crowd, "Stop drinking! You know who you are. I'm speaking to you. You are going to get sloppy!"

Naturally, some tabloids guessed was a reference to Spears, who checked her crazy self into rehab later that month.

Timberlake says he "didn't know anything" about the rumor and shakes his head in disbelief, asking, "A coded message to Britney Spears?"

Seriously. There was also a supposed heartwarming letter to Britney he didn't write.

Anyway, Justin clearly has other things to think about. No, not tapping the incredible booty of Scarlett Johansson. Well, at least we don't think so.

JT is midway through his FutureSex/LoveShow tour, which wraps up in China in September, and starring in the new movie, Black Snake Moan, with Christina Ricci and Samuel L. Jackson, currently in theaters.
