Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston need to get a room.

A chat room, that is!

The former couple continues to stage a public, immature battle via Twitter, as Gaston posted the following message today:

"People mistake stupidity for bravery way to [sic] easily."

This was quickly followed by Miley's response:

"Yeah. I love when people mistake bravery with writing a few stupid tweets trying to make it seem like they don't care. You're afraid to love."

Note to Cyrus: you can't refer to Tweets as "stupid" in your own Tweet.

Another note to Cyrus: shut the heck up! Why on Earth are you airing your private grievances in such a public forum? Send a text message. Write an email. Make a phone call.

Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston are fighting... and they want the whole world to know!

No one is questioning the validity of Justin and Miley's angst. There may very well be a great deal of pent us emotion and frustration inside each individual. But we will continue to question the attention-seeking means in which these two communicate.

Sorry, Miles. But you can't work a stripper pole one day; and then pretend to be an innocent, scorned teenager the next. At least not via Twitter.

Get a private life.

In last month's issue of Elle, Miley Cyrus said she's not a kid anymore.

Based on the immature way she's handling her relationships, we beg to differ.

Despite confirmation from Joe Jonas that Miley is dating his brother Nick, the Hannah Montana star can't seem to stop flirting with ex-boyfriend Justin Gaston. What's even worse, she's playing games with Nick by doing it in a public forum!

Over the weekend, Cyrus published the following message on her Twitter account:

A short time later, Gaston replied with this Tweet:

As any John Mayer fan knows, the lyrics above are taken from the very hit song that Miley referenced. That two-timer!

Why not simply email or text message Gaston? Why is Cyrus so openly flirting with him, for hundreds of thousands of Twitter followers to read? Is she seeking attention? Messing with Jonas? Asking for fan feedback?

Granted, the break-up of Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston is old news at this point.

In the weeks since, Miley has either rekindled her relationship with Nick Jonas (according to Joe Jonas); or embarked on a single life she's sometimes "lovingg" and sometimes loathing.

Still, it's revealing to revisit the end to her relationship with Gaston, as an insider recently pointed to a photo shoot with Cyrus and Jonas as the beginning of the end for Miley and Justin.

"Miley explained to current beau Justin Gaston after the shoot that she was never truly over Nick and that all her feelings were coming back for him," a source told Fox News, adding that Cyrus returned to Jonas ""almost immediately" after she and Gaston were through.

Miley Cyrus went from Justin Gaston to Nick Jonas. Do you consider this an upgrade or a downgrade?

This insider continued:

"One day Miley was with Justin, the next she was with Nick again! His family is thrilled with the reunion. Nick's mom always loved Miley and in light of their Disney show, J.O.N.A.S. taking in the ratings lately, the entire Jonas camp is excited. There's a hope that their renewed romance will benefit everyone."

Except for Gaston, of course. He and his chiseled abs are left to fend for themselves now.

As for Cyrus and Jonas?

"They still manage to speak daily and send texts and Tweets all day long to each other," said the source.  "After Nick gets done performing they usually video chat online late into the night.  Every night!  It seems to work for them and both are happier than normal.  They are very sweet together."

Various sources are reporting that Miley Cyrus has broken up with Justin Gaston... possibly for Nick Jonas!

Both E! Online and Us Weekly have quoted insiders that claim the pair called it quits on Saturday, the same day each posted sad Twitter messages regarding the relationship.

As the young Hannah Montana heads to Los Angeles for two months to shoot a new movie, a friend says Miley simply ran out of time for the 20-year old underwear model.

"They have been having trouble for a while," said the source. "It's been hard for a long time since Miley has been working so much and traveling a lot."

But isn't a good, hot, Bible-toting guy worth fighting for? Unless, that is, Cyrus has another waiting in the wings...

Miley Cyrus: Out with the old(er) Justin Gaston and in with the new(er) Nick Jonas.

For a few weeks, Gaston has complained to friends about his girlfriend's resurrected relationship with Nick Jonas. That gorgeous body was reportedly being eaten up inside by the rekindled friendship.

"She obviously has been hanging out with Nick again a lot, and Justin was cool with it at first, as long as it was just a cool, friendly thing," an insider told E! News. "She didn't cheat, but I guess Nick was trying to get her back the whole time."

Adding fuel to this juicy fire? On Saturday, Cyrus posted a mysterious message on her Twitter page:

"I'm in a dark theater 'writing' a song with nick j who is rockin a faded eggplant shirt! :)"

Did Miley just imply - or simply state, really - that she was hooking up with Nick Jonas inside a movie theater?!? Is there any other way to interpret her "writing" reference?

Miley Cyrus wants your pity.

The beloved multi-millionaire is soon leaving to film a movie written specifically for her by a world-famous author and won't be seeing her gorgeous boyfriend for a couple months. God, life is difficult for Cyrus.

"'my heart is in two... and its all because of you.' a song i am starting to write :)" Miley posted on Twitter last week, a reference to bidding farewell to Justin Gaston as she embarks to shoot The Last Song.

Forced to be apart for a few months, how will Miley Cyrus and Justin Gaston have age-inappropriate sex this fall?

Gaston won't be joining his much younger girlfriend while she's filming the flick, nor will be accompany her on tour this September.

"He's got his own thing going on," Cyrus said over the weekend. "But I am just continuing to work hard and definitely have the whole tour going on and my clothing line and the movie."

As for Gaston, prepare your sad face emoticon, readers. He isn't taking the time apart very well.

"Haven't been this miserable in a looong time," he Tweeted this week.

Justin Gaston is a moron.

No, he doesn't sport a misspelled tattoo, like certain other young stars. But the boyfriend of Miley Cyrus tells the latest issue of Details magazine that he really likes attention... yet he dislikes the paparazzi.

When asked who he'd wish to be for a day, Gaston told the publication:

"[I'd be] one of those little lapdogs that gets petted all day. You know, they wake up, get fed, get attention. I like attention. I'd like to be one of those little dogs. Is that weird?"

Not as weird as being pimped out by Billy Ray Cyrus, Justin.

Seemingly contradicting his admitted affection for attention, here is Justin's take on celebrity gossip reporters:

"I have nightmares about paparazzi. I always have these, like, flashing things in my dreams. They're so scary. I was going to tweet about [the paparazzi] the other day, but I was afraid people might be, like, mean to me, which they often are. Please don't be mean to me on Twitter. I'm just a guy. I'm just a guy with a dream. I don't know what that means."

So, to summarize: Justin Gaston is a man with a confusing dream, who loves attention, hates being photographed, yearns to be a dog and is dating an egomaniacal 16-year old.

Miley Cyrus has some bad news for Justin Gaston, according to a report in today's New York Daily News. She wants to get back with her ex, Nick Jonas.

Despite dating 20-year-old underwear model-musician Gaston for nearly eight months, Miley apparently says her heart belongs to Nick, her first love.

The two - who split in 2007 - find it "impossible to stay apart."

“Miley and Nick want to get back together,” a source says. “They’re working together [on a new video], in close proximity to each other. They’re now spending more and more time together, and they’re constantly on the phone.”

When the two were seen on a lunch date at L.A.’s Village Idiot in mid-April, Miley Cyrus laughed off romance rumors, using the “just friends” line.

But do friends kiss? Do they cuddle? Justin Gaston may have reason to worry. When Miley and Nick get together these days, things hardly seem platonic.

“Miley was over at the Jonas house recently, and they were smooching," says the Daily News source. "Nick’s parents have this rule that when a girl is over, the door has to be open, but that didn’t stop Nick and Miley from making out.”

Nick Jonas and Miley Cyrus are “very sweet together,” but they do have squabbles - the insider says - like when it comes to telling Justin Gaston the truth.

The source says that when it comes to dumping Gaston, Miley turned on the waterworks recently, crying: “How do I tell him? I don’t know how to do this!”

Adds the insider, “She doesn’t know how to tell Justin that they are over, but Nick is being very firm with her. He’s a good, stand-up kind of guy, and is making Miley tell Justin very, very soon. He’s being tough about it.”

Some say the two are MFEO (made for each other). Miley recently told Ryan Seacrest, “Me and Nick talk all the time and he is one my best friends. We love each other, and I am happy we have been able to stay such good friends.”
