Joe Francis, who never met a lawsuit he didn't like (well, aside from the dozens he's named as the defendant in), is going after Brody Jenner's Playmate girlfriend.

The reasoning? He says Jayde Nicole threatened to kill him during a bar fight back in August, and now the Girls Gone Wild slime bag founder "feared for his life."

According to the lawsuit, Francis claims he was innocently walking through a crowd of people at "Guys and Dolls" nightclub in Hollywood on the night in question.

Innocently, that is, until a lurking Jayde Nicole emerged from the shadows, violently struck him in the head, threw a drink on him and said, "I'm going to kill you!"

Somehow we're guessing there was more to it than that.

Francis claims he was "startled and shocked" at the nightclub melee that broke out (and left Jenner tasered) but then he saw Jayde reaching for a bottle.

Joe Francis is suing Jayde Nicole and claiming no wrongdoing on his part.

While their accounts greatly differ, one thing that seems fairly certain here is that Jayde was pissed at Joe hitting on her BFF (and his ex-GF) Abbey Wilson.

In the documents filed in court this week, Francis claims "in fear and apprehension of being struck a third time and that Nicole was going to carry out her threat to kill him," Joe grabbed Nicole's hair (which she alleges) in "self-defense."

Joe claims Nicole fell to the ground, but only because she "lost her balance on her high heels." Not because he pummeled her senseless, as she claims.

Later, Francis claims Jenner attacked him "in a jealous rage."

Francis is now suing both Brody and Jayde for battery, assault, negligence, slander, libel and false light, because after the bar incident, Francis claims the two lied when they recounted the incident to a camera guy from a celebrity gossip site.

Brody Jenner's girlfriend Jayde Nicole is suing Joe Francis for $1 million over the she-said, sleaze-said nightclub brawl in Hollywood last month.

Jayde and Brody claim that Joe roughed up Jayde outside Guys & Dolls after she poured a drink on him. Joe denies he attacked the Playboy model.

Nicole doused Joe in booze supposedly to discourage him from getting too close with her friend Abbey Wilson, who also happens to be Francis' ex.

Francis maintains he may have "accidentally grabbed" Jayde Nicole's hair out of surprise when she tossed her drink at him, but that this was the extent of physical contact he had, while Jenner just started wailing on him for no reason.

Joe has threatened to sue Brody Jenner for defamation. Ha.

But from Jayde Nicole's perspective, as stated in the suit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, here's what went down with the Girls Gone Wild honcho:

"In an intoxicated, uncontrollable rage, defendant Francis physically attacked plaintiff Nicole by pulling on her hair from behind to gain maximum control over her, then violently shoving and/or throwing her to the ground like a rag-doll."

Ouch.

Who's telling the truth? Who's a complete scumbag?

The model wants $1 million, plus punitive damages, to compensate her for a range of injuries, including a "black-eye, swollen face, bruised ribs, sore and bruised abdomen, bruised arms and legs, ripped-out hair, emotional distress and humiliation."

Taking time out from planning the bachelor party of Lamar Odom, who's set to marry Khloe Kardashian this weekend, Francis released this statement:

"Jayde Nicole is an absolute and total liar."

"Her prior statements about the incident are not only slanderous and defamatory, but actionable... The only thing that Jayde Nicole is famous for is having a tattoo of the word 'respect' above her vagina... for which we all know she has none of."

Guy can never resist a good dig. Reports say surveillance video may actually back up Francis' account of what happened that night, but stay tuned.

The epic nightclub melee from last week that pit Brody Jenner and Jayde Nicole against Girls Gone Wild sleaze ball Joe Francis was caught on surveillance video.

Jayde claims she threw a drink in Francis' face, only to have him kick and punch her. Joe says after the drink incident, he grabbed her hair but that was it.

According to sources, Francis may be in the right.

The video at Guys and Dolls in West Hollywood shows Jayde Nicole throwing a drink in Francis' face, and then Joe grabbing her hair as he turned around.

Jayde falls to the ground but Francis never appears to lay another hand on her, although she was trampled in the ensuing melee that broke out.

SLEAZE SAID, SHE SAID: Could Joe Francis actually be telling the truth?

The fight is said to have started because Joe was hitting on his ex, Abbey Wilson, too aggressively for her friend Jayde's taste. Jayde stepped in.

Accounts of what happened after that differ, but all parties were ejected from the club, Brody Jenner punched Francis in the face and was tasered.

Jayde filed a police report alleging Francis repeatedly hit and kicked her, and there are rumors that Joe is coaching Abbey Wilson to back him up.

But it may all be moot, as sources say the tape may not support Jayde's claim of assault at the hands of Francis. The case is under investigation.

It looks like a 911 call could help determine who's lying and who's telling the truth in the melee between Jayde Nicole, Brody Jenner and Joe Francis.

A bar fight went down 10 days ago after Joe Francis was harassing his ex, Abbey Wilson when Jayde threw a drink on him and all hell broke loose.

That's according to Brody Jenner, who punched Francis in the face, causing Francis' people (or someone, anyway) to respond with a taser on Brody.

Well, apparently at 8 p.m. the night after the fight, Abbey Wilson called 911, claiming that Joe Francis had sent over people to clean out her home.

Francis says assistant did indeed pay a visit to Wilson, along with three other dudes with a moving truck, and took furniture and other stuff away.

LAPD officers arrived and no arrests were made or charges filed, and they eventually allowed Francis' people to continue hauling away property.

Did Joe ask Abbey to lie about what happened with Jayde and Brody?

Francis says he was frustrated Abbie Wilson was "lying" about what went down. A few hours before the movers arrived, Francis sent her a text "laying out what happened" (coaching a witness, according to how some look at it).

Whatever the reason, Abbey Wilson apparently wasn't biting.

Francis was pissed, because while he was dating Wilson he says he gave her a small fortune in material possessions, including the house she was living in.

Joe says if she was going to lie out of spite, he wasn't going to let Abbey keep those gifts. But would backing up Jayde Nicole and her story even be a lie?

Wilson feels Francis wanted her to lie about what happened because Francis could go back to jail if officials feel he violated the terms of his early release.

She claims she refused to lie, and that's when Francis retaliated by sending "the guys" over. It's looking like Jayde Nicole may be telling the truth here.

Joe Francis is standing by his story about his brawl with Brody Jenner and Jayde Nicole - and allegedly making sure the key witness is on the same page.

This according to a text from Joe to Abbey obtained by TMZ.

The text from Francis to Wilson, whose conversation triggered the nightclub melee in which Joe beat up Jayde (says she), was sent August 28 at 1:11 p.m.

The fight happened the previous night. Joe Francis wrote the text to make sure Wilson backs up his story that he didn't assault anyone and Brody's lying:

"Your statement is the truth. That jade [sic] threw a drink on me when I was talking to you and I reached around to tap on her shoulder to see who it was."

"Brody then grabed [sic] my shirt and ripped it partialy [sic] off. I curled up in a ball and covered my face. Joe never touched anyone!!! Most important!!!"

What a sleaze. Not that you would expect anything less.

Abbey Wilson used to date Joe Francis. Her self-esteem must be real high.

Francis' rep responded to the Abbey story as such:

"Abbey Wilson, Joe Francis' ex-girlfriend that he lived with for almost a year, has a little problem telling the whole truth ... Abbey conveniently omitted the last part of that text message which puts everything in context."

"The text reads: 'Also remember jade [sic] hit you the last time, don't lie for them.' Joe would never coach a witness but simply wanted Ms. Wilson to tell the truth about the incident and put aside her vendetta towards Joe."

Said vendetta against Joe Francis is apparently related to him breaking up with her and asking her to move out of his home. But no matter. The rep added:

"Joe is sick of this whole thing and just wishes his ex-girlfriend would just leave him alone, go back to Oklahoma and quit trying to make herself famous."

This "rep" is probably Joe himself. He can never resist getting in the last dig. Which is probably why he ended up getting his ass kicked by Brody Jenner.

Jayde Nicole, Playmate of the Year 2008 and girlfriend of Brody Jenner, is sticking by her side of the story regarding what went down at a club last week.

The 23-year-old Canadian model says she "beaten in the face and body" by Girls Gone Wild head honcho Joe Francis and there are witnesses to prove it.

The melee started because Francis was hitting on an ex, a girl Jayde is apparently friends with. Nicole wanted him to back off and threw a drink on him.

Francis denies assaulting her and says the only physical contact during the brawl was initiated by Jenner and Nicole. But the latter takes exception to that.

Jayde Nicole's rep just released this statement:

"On Friday, August 28 at 1:20 a.m., Jayde Nicole was the victim of a violent assault when she was attacked from behind, thrown to the ground by her hair, and beaten in the face and body in front of witnesses by a person identified as Joe Francis."

SHE SAID, SLEAZE SAID: Who do you trust less here?

"Jayde immediately reported the assault to the local authorities and is continuing to cooperate fully in the ongoing police investigation of Mr. Francis."

"Because of the ongoing criminal investigation of Mr. Francis, it will be inappropriate to comment further at this time out of respect for the process."

"Photos, videos and hospital records of Jayde's injuries and of the attack corroborate the crimes committed by Francis, and it is the hope of those who love and care about Jayde Nicole that he will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law."

It's an interesting claim, as Francis also says that video and eyewitness accounts will support his side. Then again, he's Joe Francis. Can you really believe a man who gets teenage girls drunk and makes them take off their tops for money?

Yes, the put-upon Girls Gone Wild founder is trying to paint himself as a sympathetic figure in the aftermath of the epic nightclub melee the other night that resulted in words - and blows - being exchanged with Brody Jenner.

"Brody hit me in the face," Francis says of the incident, which took place outside the Hollywood nightclub Guys and Dolls and ended with Jenner being tasered.

Jenner says Francis kicked and punched Jayde Nicole, his Playmate girlfriend. This happened, according to witnesses, after she threw a drink in Francis' face.

She did this because in her opinion, Joe was paying too much attention to his ex (and her BFF), model Abbey Wilson. But Francis says he didn't hit anyone.

He "may have accidentally grabbed [Nicole's] hair" as he was turning around after having a drink poured on him, Francis told E! News, but that was the only contact he had with anyone. He says that surveillance footage will back him up.

"Someone shoved me from behind, then hurled a drink at me, glass and all," poor Joe Francis said after the fact. "I turned to see who that was, and the next thing I knew, I was on the ground, with Brody Jenner ripping at my shirt."

"The security guards told me that they saw the whole thing, and apologized to me for the trouble. They even offered me a new Guys and Dolls T-shirt."

Security was helping Francis to his car when he says Brody Jenner "cold-cocked" him. At some point during the ensuing rumble, someone took a taser to Jenner.

Francis says he's considering legal action against Jenner for the "false, outrageous, and slanderous" accusation (via Twitter) that Francis pummeled Jayde Nicole.

"I've never hit a girl in my life," Joe says, "and the accusation disgusts me."

But, since he couldn't possibly take the high road without getting in a sleazy dig, Joe says Brody has the "smallest penis in Hollywood" and that only a low caliber person "dates a girl with the word respect tattooed above her vagina."

Brody Jenner and his girlfriend, Playboy Playmate of the Year 2008 Jayde Nicole, apparently got into an epic fight outside of Guys and Dolls this morning.

Not with each other. It was both of them against the slimy Joe Francis.

Here's how it went down, according to Brody: he and Jayde were at the club celebrating his birthday when Jayde saw Joe hitting on an ex, "unrelentingly."

An ex-girlfriend of Francis', that is, but one Jayde Nicole and Brody know, and felt Joe was harassing. Jayde then stepped in and threw a drink on Francis.

Francis responded by pulling Jayde's hair, smacking her in the face and shoving her to the ground, where he proceeded to kick her. What an a$$hole!

Security broke it up and Francis was dragged off, but Brody was irate. He started yelling at Francis and trying to get at him until both men were ejected.

We can only cross our fingers that The Hills was being filmed at the time.

Joe Francis allegedly beat up Jayde Nicole at a club early this morning.

Outside the club, Brody tried to get back in to check on Jayde but security wouldn't let him. Jenner then saw and got a clear shot at Joe Francis, punching him in the face. Someone then tasered Brody and he collapsed to the ground.

Francis left the scene, where the cops came, but no one was arrested.

Jayde Nicole, who has a black and blue cheek, a swollen face, a bruised left rib and a sore lower abdomen, says she will press charges against Francis.

Brody Jenner took to (what else) Twitter to speak out this morning: "Joe Francis beat up my lady for no reason! Pulled her to the ground, punched & kicked her. what does that say about him. you call yourself a man when you beat up a girl??"

"Joe Francis is a piece of sh!t. Joe Francis needs to be in jail!!!"

No arguments here. Hey, he was there once before.

Girls Gone Wild honcho Joe Francis and Brody Jenner were apparently involved in a bar brawl at a Los Angeles club on Wednesday evening.

Sources say the argument broke out at the hot spot My House after Francis accidentally hit Brody’s girlfriend, model Jayde Nicole, in the head.

"Francis reached out to grab Brody and ended up hitting Jayde in the head," a source says. "Brody defended her, and it turned into a huge fight."

Adds another, "Security dragged Francis out. Joe hit Jayde and was making death threats against Brody. Brody Jenner has filed a police report."

Brody was likely there celebrating Whitney Port's birthday.

In a statement, the creepy Francis tells Us Weekly: "I went to give Brody a hug, and I guess my elbow accidentally bumped the back of his girlfriend's head. I didn’t even know that happened until this morning. I was shocked."

"Brody and I are longtime friends," Francis goes on.

"I think he was a little drunk, and he started yelling at me, but it's all okay. He was angry. Brody's girlfriend is the type of girl that gets off creating drama."

"She was winding him up. There was no physical altercation. I would never threaten to beat him up or get in a fight. The whole thing was 20 seconds."

Security reportedly kicked him of the club.

When the celebrity gossip world last saw Joe Francis, he was embroiled in a lawsuit with Ashley Dupre, hiring Holly Montag (sister of Heidi) as his new assistant, and generally making a huge, wholly unwelcome ass out of himself.

Hard as it is to believe, someone would actually, willingly like to see Francis again. U.S. District Judge S. James Otero issued a warrant for the Girls Gone Wild CEO arrest today after he failed to show up in court and could not be reached.

Francis was needed for a hearing to decide whether his lawyers could remove themselves from his tax evasion case, due to “strategic differences of opinion.”

Joe Francis is a leading expert in getting (often underage) girls out of their clothes in a hurry. Here, he puts on some of said clothes for a disturbing picture.

The lowlife’s trial, which concerns his decision to make $20-30 million in allegedly phony deductions from 2002 to 2003, is scheduled to to begin on March 31.

Hopefully, Joe Francis can find a firm that can represent him with a straight face by then. Or not. Even the Mark Vincent Kaplans of the world have standards.
