The Kim Kardashian-Joan Rivers feud dates back to January of 2014, when Rivers called Kim's daughter "ugly" during a stand-up routine.

Rivers continued taking shots at the Kardashian clan, even filming a (hilarious) sex tape parody with Ray J for her talk show. The last time Kim and Joan crossed paths - at an NBC event last month - Kardashian reportedly avoided Rivers like the plague.

Well, if she was mad before, some newly released excerpts from Joan's upcoming memoir are unlikely to make Kim feel any better:

  • Joan Rivers Photograph
  • Kim Kardashian with Breasts

Writing about the Obama inauguration, Rivers says (brace yourself), "If I want to see millions of smiling black people, I'll set up a camera in the hallway outside Kim Kardashian's bedroom."

Yeah, she definitely went there. Believe it or not, Rivers' comments about Kanye might actually be worse:

Joan Rivers is at it again. The legendary comic who has publicly bashed just about every celeb to cross her line of vision in the past 50 years (often in very funny fashion) has now set her sites on a couple of unlikely victims: Kristen Stewart and Pharrell Williams.

Joan's new memoir Diary of a Mad Diva was released today and some excerpts that have leaked online are likely to anger a wide range of celebs:

"Many stars only do one thing well," Rivers writes. "Of course the best one-trick pony is Kristen Stewart who got a whole career by being able to juggle directors' balls."

Rivers is of course referring to Stewart's affair with director Rupert Sanders, and as though her implication wasn't clear enough, she then adds that Kristen "slept her way to fame."

Harsh words. Of course, Joan's comments about Pharell aren't much kinder:

What's in a name? As it turns out, maybe everything.

Since Shakespeare first posited the question in Romeo and Juliet, actors have been using fake names to land professional roles. Not only did it allow them some semblance of privacy before the dawn of Wikipedia, but let's face it, some people just aren't born with great names.

Ella Maria Lani Yelich-O'Connor? Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta? Quite a mouthful.

If an actor or musician's entire career is dedicated to being someone else - a character or personality, perhaps - then a good stage name can go a long way to making that career explode.

More celebrities use pseudonyms than you might think. In fact, here are 67 stars who don't use their real names. Which ones did you know before viewing this gallery?

Lorde
Musical sensation Lorde was given the name Ella Maria Lani Yelich-O'Connor at birth. We'd probably go with Lorde, too.

Joan Rivers has made a career of insulting famous people, but while some celebs are able to laugh off Rivers' legendary jabs, others are unable to forgive and forget.

Kim Kardashian is apparently in the latter category.

According to Us Weekly, Kim and Joan were seated near one another at the NBC Upfronts on Thursday, but Kardashian had Rivers moved away from her by staff.

Of course, Kim has good reason to be upset, considering it wasn't all that long ago that Rivers called North West ugly.

We think it's safe to say most moms wouldn't want to sit next to anyone who dissed their baby's appearance on national TV.

Nose jobs in Hollywood are like Starbucks everywhere else. Everywhere you turn, you see one. Or at least that's how it seems.

For some celebrities, nose jobs are no big deal. For others, like Dirty Dancing's Jennifer Grey, they're career enders. (Nobody shoulda put Baby on an O.R. table!)

And then there are those for whom nose jobs are gateway surgeries to never being able to recognize the nose-owner's face and body again.

Celebs like Heidi Montag and Joan Rivers are as famous for their plastic surgery love as they are for anything else. But then there are some famous faces whose work is so subtle you might wonder if it's camera trickery or photoshop!

Here are 11 celebrity nose jobs you have to see!

Alexis Bellino
Alexis Bellino, formerly a member of The Real Housewives of Orange County, can't hide the fact that she had a nose job. Her "sinus surgery" was part of Season 7.

Joan Rivers apparently has no sympathy for the women locked in Ariel Castro’s Ohio “house of horrors” for a decade before their rescue last year.

Rivers compared her daughter’s Malibu guestroom to the three women’s plight, saying, “Those women in the basement in Cleveland had more space.”

That was on the Today show, and she doubled down on the comment Wednesday with another inappropriate joke, calling the victims freeloaders.

“They got to live rent free for more than a decade,” the defiant Rivers, 80, told TMZ, and when asked for comment by the Cleveland Plain Dealer, said:

“I’m a comedienne. There is nothing to apologize for. I made a joke. It’s what I do. Calm down. Calm f--k down. I’m a comedienne. They’re free, so let’s move on."

For the women involved, the jokes didn't go over well.

While the rest of the world may be dancing around directly accusing Lindsay Lohan of faking her miscarriage, Joan Rivers has made a career of going where others fear to tread, and at the age of 80, the legendary comedienne is beyond pulling punches.

Always, quick with a quip, when a TMZ reporter asks Joan about Lindsay's miscarriage in the above video, Rivers hilariously replies, "I hope she kept it."

When Joan's daughter expresses her disgust her disgust with the off-color comment, Joan tells her to pipe down and jokes, "I was born with a coat hanger in my ear."

Yup. If you're keeping score at home, that's two fetus jokes within the span of about 8 seconds. Comics half Joan's age can't offend an audience that quickly!

If one thing's for sure after looking through this slideshow it's that Joan Rivers' plastic surgeon needs to start handing out his business card on the red carpet.

Or we could just let people age like they're supposed to so they don't end up looking like Joan Rivers one day. Yeah, there's that option.

Here, so you can see and believe, are 18 stars who are the same age. You can Google if you want, but you might be too busy picking your jaw up off the floor to do that.

Kate Upton and Selena Gomez
Starting life as a Disney star might have done Selena Gomez good. She and Kate Upton are both 21 but one looks far older than the other.

From booze, to drugs, to just plain ol' genetics, everybody ages. Even Hollywood's rich and famous and attention-seeking reality TV stars.

Some just do it better than others.

And Hollywood's women do it better than the men, even counting Joan Rivers among the lot.

Joan Rivers pretty much makes a living these days by slamming other celebrities.

Over the past few months, this supposed comedian has bashed Lena Dunham for being fat and even referred to North West as ugly.

Last night, meanwhile, Rivers was a guest on Watch What Happens Live and was asked by a fan which celebrity reacted most negatively to an E! Fashion Police critique.

The worst criticism was Gwyneth Paltrow," Rivers replied. “She came and yelled at us, but she stood up. She can't sit down cause she's got a stick up her rear end."

Okay, that is pretty funny.

Not all celebrities get along like peanut butter and jelly, milk and cookies, Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez.

Over the past few years, feuds have broken out in Hollywood over mental health issues; late night talk show skits; and Kim Kardashian sex tape parodies.

Who won each of these rivalries? The public, really. They were darn entertaining!

Click around below to relive the back-and-forth between Kathy and Dami, David and Bristol, Kanye and Kimmel and many other famous folks who simply don't see eye-to-eye:

Seth Rogen vs. Nancy Grace
