Mere hours removed from the ridiculous Khloe Kardashian wedding, an actual celebrity is fueling rumors that she may walk down the aisle with her young boy toy in the near future.

Randy Taraborrelli, who penned a 2001 biography about Madonna, told Great Britain's The Daily Mail that the iconic singer is seriously thinking about anointing Jesus Luz as he third husband.

"The pop queen has been dating Jesus since January and it is thought the pair may marry before the end of the year," Taraborrelli writes. "Madonna is crazy about Jesus and has been telling close friends and family that "I could definitely see myself marrying him. Yes, it's definitely on the table.'"

Madonna divorced Guy Ritchie earlier this year and split with her first husband, Sean Penn, in 1989.

If a wedding to Luz does take place, Madonna is said to desire a "lavish ceremony" because she "knows that's what Jesus wants. She has a lot of wonderful memories of both of her weddings. She doesn't want to slip off and do it quietly. She definitely wants a big and rather fantastic affair."

Why does this pairing, between a 51-year old singer and a 22-year model from Brazil, work so well? Taraborrelli quotes a friend that makes it sound simple:

"He respects her.. He's amazed at how well-rounded she is, the way she juggles her career with her life as a mother... Of course, the sex between them is scorching hot. To be candid, it's what's driving things."

This isn't the first time wedding rumors have sprung up between Madonna and Jesus. But it is the first time sex has been cited as the basis for their relationship.

The last time we saw a Madonna video, the outspoken superstar was getting booed in Romania for live remarks about some of the planet's less fortunate.

This clip is slightly less controversial and more upbeat.

In a preview of Madonna's new video for "Celebration," he latest single, boyfriend Jesus Luz works the turntables as a DJ while the club goes berzerk.

She also grinds and makes out with him. It's sweet.

The Material Mom celebrated her birthday at the Splendido Hotel in Portofino, Italy, sharing breakfast and alone time with Jesus. What a nice family vacation.

Hoping for a knockout in the boxing ring, or at least the modeling world, Madonna’s reputed boy toy went shirtless in Dolce & Gabbana’s fall ad campaign.

Steven Klein photographed the hotness that is Jesus Luz at Gleason’s Gym in Brooklyn. Women's Wear Daily says the ad was inspired by Italian film director Luchino Visconti’s pugilist flick Rocco e I Suoi Fratelli (Rocco and His Brothers).

After learning that Jesus Luz is referring to her as "just a friend," Madonna is gonna be far from pleased. Heck, she may even kick his ass off the couch in her New York City apartment ... where he has allegedly been living.

"She is my friend ... only my friend," the hunky 22-year-old model said in his first-ever TV interview on the Brazilian TV program Fantastico.

Luz also denied he and Madge are "going to the temple" anytime soon to make it official - even though his dad, Luiz Heitor Pinto da Luz, recently spoke to Quem magazine about the pair's upcoming commitment ceremony.

"Madonna is a person who I admire very much, a friend who has entered my life and [with whom] I keep in contact. I cannot say anything more than I don't have plans of marrying her. I can't say if she is the woman in my life," he said.

Jesus Luz also touched on the oft-used moniker ascribed to him, "boy toy," and strangely didn't seem all that bothered by the less-than-flattering term.

"Frankly, I never give importance to what others say about me," the chosen one said. "They can write that I'm a 'toy boy' or 'boy toy.' And I won't care."

According to reports, Jesus Luz is currently living in the Central Park West apartment owned by Madge. Well, at least until he moves to the doghouse.

How Madonna truly feels about his comments, we can't say - but she is happy that another recent ex, Alex Rodriguez, has moved on with actress Kate Hudson.

"Madonna is actually relieved that A-Rod seems so happy with Kate," says a source. "He's always treated women like he treats home runs anyway."

"He's getting a great batting average here. In fact, Madonna is actually proud that she's raised the bar for him, so he can date a better caliber of women."

Sources say that Kate Hudson and A-Rod have been secretly seeing one another for the past month and a half, but are still trying to keep things quiet.

"When she hits Yankee Stadium, she sits in A-Rod's private seats," says a New York Daily News source. "They're absolutely giddy when they're together."

Too bad Madonna and Jesus Luz are just "friends" and a double-date is out of the question. He's already got the Yankees cap on and everything.

According to an interview in Brazil's Quem (Who) magazine with Jesus Luz's dad, the rumors of Madonna and his son getting married are kind of totally true!

Luis Heitor Pinto da Luz says: "The Kabbalah ceremony [in New York that] will link up my son Jesus Luz and Madonna only confirms he is extremely happy."

There you have it, then!

Although, the Madonna-Jesus wedding most likely won't result in the male model signing a prenup anytime soon, as the "wedding" won't be legally binding.

"I don't know if there will, in fact, be a real marriage between Madonna and my son. It will be a type of ritual, but I do not know kabbalah [or if the ceremony] will have legal validity," says Luis, who doesn't seem upset or concerned.

Jesus' father, who is probably not God, continued to discuss his son's relationship, saying He and Madge live together in her Central Park West apartment.

He denies another recent set of rumors that Madonna is shelling out large sums of money to teach her hunky Brazilian stallion to speak proper English.

"[Jesus] already spoke English very well before he knew Madonna!" his pop says indignantly, explaining: "He has an aunt residing in the United States."

The young stud has also been playing "manny" to Madge's kids, says papa Luz: "She has small children, and Jesus helps her out with various tasks involving all of them. He plays ball with the kids. Jesus has charisma and loves children."

Whatever the nature of their post-ceremony relationship, Jesus' dad heartily approves of his son's choice in women - even if they're over the half-century mark.

"I've spoken by phone with Madonna - in French, because my English isn't fluent - and she appears to me to be a normal and polite person," he says.

"She is feminine. I don't feel she is a harsh person."

Feminine? The woman's arms are like pythons. We're just saying. Has he seen Madonna recently? Good Lord. She probably juices up harder than A-Rod.

In the best fake wedding news in recent weeks, Madonna and her Brazilian lover Jesus Luz are reportedly planning a Kabbalah commitment ceremony as the young model is helping the singer get over her failed adoption bid.

The Material Girl, 50, has reportedly been dating Luz, 22, since earlier this year after meeting him on the set of a steamy W magazine photo shoot.

Prior to Madonna flying out to Malawi last month in a bid to adopt a three-year-old child, Mercy James, reports claimed that the couple had split.

But since the singer's adoption bid failed, she has turned her attention back to her lover, who took over for Alex Rodriguez in that coveted role.

Madonna and Jesus reportedly got back together in April after unofficially splitting during her efforts to adopt Mercy. Now, supposedly, it's so on.

Luz has already converted to Kabbalah from Catholicism, and according to Britain's Sunday Mirror, the pair will soon take part in a special service.

A source tells the UK celebrity gossip tabloid, “They are totally besotted with each other and he’s really helped Madonna through this tough time."

"It wasn’t that the relationship went off the boil, it was more a matter of Madonna wanting to concentrate on her adoption bid of Mercy and they wanted to keep a low profile while that became the main focus," the source added.

They were said to have parted ways last month, but Madonna and her sweet baby Jesus have been spotted together again for the third time in a week.

According to reports, she and Jesus Luz, who got together when she and Alex Rodriguez split, went to dinner at Ye Waverly Inn in Manhattan last night.

In trousers and a long jacket, the singer, 50, gave a shy smile as she left.

The Brazilian model, 22, dressed in black, was seen walking nearby.

Monday, Madonna left her home away from home, the Kabbalah Centre, with Luz ... and ex-boyfriend Carlos Leon, the father of her daughter Lourdes.

Just two days prior to that, Madonna and Luz were again spotted dining out. Looks like Madge's mauling of the model has officially been resurrected.

The couple - which first met in a steamy W magazine photo shoot in Rio - were said to have broken up last month, a couple of days before she flew to Malawi in an attempt to adopt the three-year-old child named Mercy James.

The break-up was confirmed by Madonna on Twitter.

When a fan wrote: "Hello Madonna, honey am glad you are single again - you made your best music as a single woman," Madonna replied, "Not as glad as I am."

But perhaps getting denied in Malawi and thrown from a horse has led her back to her youthful ex. Will it last? Will A-Rod be back in the picture? Stay tuned.

Okay, so the Yankees slugger isn't dead. But he might wish he were after seeing these photos of his one-time girlfriend parading Jesus Luz all over New York.

Considering he basically divorced Cynthia Rodriguez to be with Madonna, this slap in the face has to hurt as bad as the leaked results of his steroids test.

But back to Madonna.

She and Jesus Luz, the 22-year-old model from Brazil that she met on the set of the racy W photo shoot and allegedly began banging shortly thereafter, went out for a romantic meal on a snowy Sunday night in New York City...

Madonna got out of her car first then waited for Jesus Luz to get out, and they then walked into the restaurant together, in full view of the paparazzi.

While Alex Rodriguez bashes meaningless Spring Training homers, Jesus Luz continues to circle the bases with the lovely object of both their affections.

Worse yet for A-Rod, Luz is making an impression with her kids.

While the nurturing of their romance through Kabbalah (and a steamy W mag photo shoot) is generating plenty of celeb gossip heat, there may be another dynamic worth noticing in the affair of hot Brazilian model Jesus Luz and Madonna.

E! Online reports that the pop queen took her 22-year-old paramour to Los Angeles' Kabbalah Center on trendy Robertson Boulevard last Saturday.

While the former Mrs. Ritchie may be making an impression on Jesus Luz, it was Luz taking the time to get to know Madonna's eight-year-old son, Rocco.

"He was playing with Rocco than paying attention to Madonna," a source says, noting that Luz was also seen with Madonna and adopted David Banda.

Daughter Lourdes would be the last in the trifecta of children to impress as he strives to win family favor. Still, her PR peeps deny any romance with Jesus Luz.

"Clichéd as it sounds, they're really just friends," Madge's rep Liz Rosenberg said.

Of course, Rosenberg also vehemently denied Madonna and Guy Ritchie's marriage was in trouble until they divorced. Madonna and A-Rod were allegedly just pals too, until they were clearly getting it on. So basically she's full of it.

Is Madge just using Jesus Luz to make Alex Rodriguez jealous - after he ran home to ex-wife Cynthia Rodriguez in the wake of his positive steroid test - or did A-Rod blow his shot? Did he snooze and Luz out to a younger, hotter boy toy?
